Okay here's the deal. There's a 6th level half elf Favored Soul in my party. His friends have talked him into taking four Sorceror levels and then becoming a Mystic Theurge. They tell him this is a powerful build because now he can use the fireball and lightning bolt wands that the party has. I say "a one level dip into Sorceror will accomplish that." What do you think guys? Is it a powerful build? What am I not seeing here that makes this a good idea? :D BTW, please let your criticisms flow freely. I'm not a sensitive little pansy. I can take it.
