Need BBEG2 for Eberron Campeign [Archive] - Wizards Community

Was just looking for some interesting story suggestions for the BBEG's # 2

I just started an eberron campeign based in Khyber, around the huge tomb of a daelkyr.

The Daelkyr is the Main BBEG, now i'm looking for a his right hand man

Not an Aberattion ( I want him to contrast with the rest of the Innately Evil aberrateions) most likely a giant ( ogre mage, Troll and Cloud Giant are the winning contenders at moment)

I also want the BBEG2 to have a bit of internal strife, and was looking to see what some of the bright and talented people here could come up with

am open to suggestions for classes , althought blackguard is a classic i can always use more ideas/suggestions

target CR is going to be in the 16-20 range ( most likely 20+)

Other than this, what about a non-evil gnome wizard 20 who was overwhelmed by an intelligent dagger of evil alignment? The dagger should act as a Rod of Metamagic, and have as special purpose of "Protecting the Daelkyr."

04-26-06, 03:12 PM What about a hobgoblin or duergar who spent his life crusading against the hated aberrations, slaying dolgrims, dolgaunts, and anyone else he could find, eventually taking levels in Impure Prince, and eventually becoming a sort of aberration himself, but still fighting the Daelkyr-spawn, before being hit by some sort of mind-control magic that the Daelkyr use to enslave their own minions, but which works against him too, since he's become an aberration?

04-28-06, 11:38 AM Hmmmm, been playing with the idea for a Half Brood, for a while, why not now? . I like the magic item idea (just for the Fact the Ego is likely going to be so huge it will actually give the players a run for their money)

As far as the Little Bad Guy thread , i can't seem to make it work, is it one of he one's that got lost? ( you know im not that much of newb but hey i thought id ask)

Hmmm but who can refuse a gnome wizard 20

Cloud Giant is still strong contender however
