So, for an upcoming campaign, I have decided to play a wizard that uses exclucivly (or at least mostly) spells with the force descriptor. I've been thinking and i'm not sure what kind of attitude or disposition a practicer of such magic would have and any suggestions would be very helpfull. I would like to stay away from the scholorly type.

Perhaps he's attracted to the brute force approach of force spells. Fire, electricity, cold and other elemental damage is effective, sure, but it just doesn't have the same kick as a magic missle or a blow from Bigby's clenched fist. You might play the character as being a bit of a mental bully. Maybe he himself was picked on in his past, but wasn't physically able to stand up to his attackers - only mentally. The resentment he bore would have been his fuel and purpose for pushing himself to learn magic, even though he isn't actually the type normally fond of study.

If thats the case, he may also like to cast spells that enhance his combat ability, like Enlarge Person, Fist of Stone (Complete Arcane), Bull's Strength, and of course Mage Armor and Shield.

He doesn't have to be outright evil.. he may be generally a nice guy, but one who can't stand bullying, even if he isn't the target, and stands up for friends and strangers alike. If you want to play him a bit darker, now that he's found his power he may have disdain for those who don't find a way to stand up to their oppressors.
