obtusehobbit 03-18-06, 09:38 AM	I recently got roped into playing the only spell caster in my group. I created a favored soul/Sorcerer and have so far spent my time keeping everyone else alive. The Character is human, neutral, Worships the god of knowledge, and is in Eberron. I am having some problem getting a handle on the personality and back story. I thought of having him be a journalist for the Sharn Inquistor, but it didn't feel right. The DM says we most likely will be adventuring in Xendrix, beyond that the party all just woke up in a cell together with no idea how we got there. :weep: :raincloud :weep: :raincloud :weep: :raincloud :weep: :raincloud :weep: :raincloud
Need_A_Life 03-19-06, 06:52 AM	Okay, you could always go with the clichés: Family was traveling with a caravan a friendly orc/half-orc/drow when they were attacked by bandits/religious fanatics/etc. and your character watched the slaughter that ensued, his friend was mortally wounded and he had no way to prevent him from bleeding to death. With tears in his eyes he swore that he would see no more friends die. That's the best thing I could whip up in 5 minutes-
