Hi, This character is not out of any product by wizards of the coast. This is actually from a Homebrew DBZ game run on and OpenRPG server. Anyway, basily it boils down to this. Some of the races (restricted races) are only allowed to be played if you have a good background for the character. I don't watch the series much at all, so, this is the game background:

Rough Time Line:
Any events that took place before the reconstruction of the universe has been lost to the knowledge of almost all of its inhabitants. Some beings in Heaven and Hell are aware of events from the past, such as the corruption of the Saiyan Queen, or the 'watcher' of the universe known as Yardie Ehod. Because of the lack of knowledge from this time period, it is not included in the time line. The universe's dating system starts with the year it was recreated. No one is really aware of the fact that it was recreated, most people simply had memories rebuilt for them when the universe was reconstructed and thus they are not aware the event took place. Again, some beings do know though...

Year 0: Kaioshions give up their souls to reconstruct the universe
Year 496: Hell's army come into the universe through a portal they create due to the lack of Kaioshins in the universe to stop their flow of evil.
Year 499: Hell's army is defeated when a group of beings reopen the portal to Hell with the dragon balls, plunge into it and barely defeat Hell's overlord Neh'Ashiir.
Year 500: Gasper comes into the universe then disapears shortly thereafter, after destroying several planets.
Year 550: A warrior that went into Hell, Flinx, reapears and helps to create the Solar Council with the help of Earth's Kami, at the time, Corrie. Flinx then disapears once more and a few years later Corrie finally dies of old age, only having lived so long due to the longevity granted by being a Kami.
Year 575: The Solar Council, still headed by Earth, begins rebuilding planets. It takes aproximately 5 years to rebuild Liquius, five more to repopulate it.
Year: 625: Rinos five is rebuilt, it doesn't take nearly as long as Liquius- five years to rebuild and repopulate it.
Year 650: Icer Empire begins to fall apart
Year 655: Mistal is rebuilt and repopulated within eight years
Year 700: The old Icer Empire crumbles, Black Heart disapears, King Mist takes over
Year 775: Saiyan empire crumbles and the old way of living returns.
Year 775 to 1000: Nothing of major importance, universe was calm and peaceful.
Year 1000 to 1200: Stories were heard about the Kaioshins being killed but natural phenomenas without any explanation short of a God still occured, though their number died down. Solar Council grew in power; Saiyans and Icers lost more power.
Year 1200-present(1245): The great peace that once ruled the universe was shattered by the drums of war. The Saiyan and Icer Armies have risen to power, the solar Council was split into 3 factions fighting among themselves. Earth, New Namek, Daelence, Mistal, Rinos Five was left in ruins after the great wars.

This is the most recent Background of the game:
The long enjoyed peace of the universe was soon brought to a halt by the sounds of Icer and Saiyan battle cruisers breaking through the atmospheres of planets controlled by the Solar Council. Hundreds upon hundreds of icers and saiyans landed on the planets of New Namek, Daelence, Mistal, and Rinos Five. Upon and around these planets the wars raged on for years. During this time however the Solar Council began to bicker about the universal tears that had sprung up, and whether or not going into them could solve the problems. Slowly the Solar Council started to divide into opposing factions allowing, the Icer and Saiyan Armies to break through the defenses of the Solar Council and take control of the planets under their control, until each and every planet but Earth was controlled by the Icers and Saiyans.

The last assault by the Saiyan and Icer Armies was on planet Earth, where the heart of the Solar Council rested. It is here that it was made clear who united the saiyans and icers together. The leaders made themselves well known by joining the assault teams they had brought with them. A saiyan look-a-like (though it was questioned if he even had the blood of a saiyan in him) named Veo, was the new King of Vegeta and leader of the Saiyan Army. It was rumored that he was one of the most ruthless rulers Vegeta had seen in ages. The leader of the Icers was none other than the Icer Kiza. Some say he was driven mad by an ancient tome he found that had the true origin of his race. He was visibly far more ruthless than Veo and slayed anyone who even spoke wrong of his plans for universal domination. Veo and Kiza had but one lackey; a recoomian named Carver who led the armies of the Icer and Saiyan armies on the other planets. This time however he stayed with Veo and Kiza.

As the armies of saiyans and icers marched to the Solar Councils main headquarters, a group of would-be heros arose to stand against Kiza and Veo in was a battle that would go down in the history books. A small misfit group made up of a female human named Ashly, a human named Apoc, two bojackans named Felisha and Varinar, a reptilian named Hinuma and a jacejin named Max all stood aside a few of the leaders of the Solar Council. As the armies of the icers, saiyans and Solar Council clashed across Earth leaving much of it in utter chaos and ruins. Veo, Kiza and Carver walked their way into the Solar Council headquarters. It is there they met the group of Earthlings and the officers of the Solar Council. This battle was by no means a quick one; though those brave ones that stood before the might of Kiza and Veo soon came to see why they were in charge of these two nations. One by one Varinar, Max, Felisha Hinuma, Apoc and Ashly all fell before Veo and Kiza.

Shortly after Ashly fell, the hour approached that the Solar Council would see a sparkle of hope. Veo turned on Kiza, disagreeing with his final plans, the two broke out into a battle the shook the very Earth itself. Carver watched at first but then sided with Veo. Word spread around the planet and universe that Veo and Kiza were fighting, soon the armies of the icers and saiyans turned on each other, and yet again the Icers and Saiyans clashed into their never ending epic battle for power and glory. The battle of Veo, Kiza and Carver was soon ended by the near death of all three of them, when the Solar Council started to take advantage of their alliance break. Veo and Kiza fled back to their two nations, and Carver fled to Vega where he claimed lordship over the planet and took it under control. The sparkle of hope soon faded as the might and unity of the Solar Council shattered; the tears in the universe at long last closed, yet an ancient artifact appeared from the last rift. Luckily, the artifact was retrieved by the Solar Council, but whether or not it should be used against the fleeing icers and saiyans was drawn into question. The leaders of the Solar Council began to fight and argue once again, showing the true colors of some of the council. The Solar Council quickly divided into 3 factions: Phalanx of the Sun, Embers of Hope, and New Order Federation. The leaders departed going their own way; some swearing to keep the artifact from the hands of certain leaders, others swearing to take it by force and use it as it was meant to be used. Mean while the rest just held onto the pact they made ages ago, to try to keep peace between them all and the universe. Ironically, during the bickering, the artifacts location was lost.

Three years after the breaking of the alliance of the Saiyans and Icers and the fall of the Solar Council, the Universe was still in chaos and ruins. There was no controlling Force over the universe anymore. Countless nations saw dictators rise into power, overthrowing ancient democracies.

Was the universe doomed to see darkness and chaos again? Or would peace reform leaving the icers and saiyans on the planets to battle each other for all eternity? In hopes of finding warriors capable of defending Earth, Phalanx of the Sun has planned a tournament to be held on Earth.

Im trying to make a Cell (thing made from different races DNA - grow in a lab) and have run outta ideas. Here is my background so far:

The Saiyans created Geno 574 before they started to invade the planets with the Icers. They designed him so that he could kill Kiza if he started to disagree with Veo’s plans. As he was created as the perfect weapon, there were many, many failures before him, although it was a long time before he understood the significance of his name, more specifically, the 574 in it. Veo, who watched him fight in the gladiatorial pits, hailed him a success, and took delight in watching him ripping the other prisoners limbs off and using them to beat them to death savagely. Even his guards were afraid of him, for the sheer brutality of his nature.

Veo taught Geno 574 how to fight personally, and Geno 574’s personality started to mirror Veo’s after a time. Veo found this highly amusing, and put him in charge of a legion of troops attacking New Namek. The people from many nations died under his hands. He rose through the military very quickly, the Saiyan military rating violence highly, above all other things. One day, when in the military headquarters, he heard part of a conversation, “…of course Geno 574 will have to be destroyed… “ as he strolled past a door that was slightly ajar. He continued with what he was doing, the conversation not registering within his brain. It was not his place to be hearing conversations that he should not have heard, so he ignored it, not thinking about it.

That evening, when he was lying on the rock slab they called a bed, doing what many called dreaming. His dreams were invaded by the conversation he had heard earlier that day. The snippet of conversation went round and round in his head, “must be destroyed... destroyed… destroyed”. Final it sank in that they meant for him to be destroyed. But why? Were they afraid of him? Was it because he was superior to them? Was it because he was more violent? Of course, these inferior beings rated violence and strength above everything, and they could not stand to see him stronger than them, his creators. But he was smarter than they thought, for he was not just a killing machine, he thought. They had given him life, and now they sought to take it away! How dare they! He got up in the middle of the night. He went to the shipyard and killed all of the guards there, then he set of into space. He then sought to undo that which he had been made into. He spent the next six weeks reverting back into his original state, where he sought to undo his training, to undo his way of life, to undo who he was and why he was. But try as he might he could not forget, and he could not forgive either. While he was in his larval form, the memories of those he had absorbed came to him, he saw what their lives had been like. He saw their bad time, but he also saw their good times. He saw what had gone through them as he had absorbed them, and he say the horror that they had faced. Never forget, never forgive, never again. He would be his own master. HE would never forget what he had done. He would never forgive his creators. He would never allow himself to be used again.

He used his clearance to access the files relating to his creation, and found out why he was called Geno 574, he was the 574 Cell to be created. All the others had failed, 574 lives had been created, and 573 of them of his…his…’family’... had been destroyed because they were not strong enough. Geno knew that he would not be accepted willingly because of what he had done, in fact, many would try to kill him to take revenge. He deserved it. But did he not also deserve a second chance? He spent time thinking about how he could be accepted. And came to the conclusion that it would be through his action that he would be know, not his word. During the time he was thinking, he was prone to sudden bursts of violence, as his former self tried to resurface and take control of him. “I will NEVER go back” he vowed after one such incident.

He knew of the impending invasion of earth…

Here is where I get stuck... I want him to end up as somewhere between Good and Neurtal (no law/chaos axis in this game) - well, neutral good.
Can you help me?

"I will NEVER go back". He will no longer help those created him, he thinks that death is wrong since he absorbed the memories of others. Extend his oath to "and I will stop it from happening again". Freedom fighter! This guy will use whatever powers he has to defend others.

tamtam, that is good.
