I have been playing for about 3 months now, and am starting yet another campaign (others got killed off due to conflicts between the DM and the players).

It is a homebrew game, in which he wants us to draw up a more detailed background for our characters. I am fine on that part, but I want to try playing a human fighter, which I have seen to be a good pick as far as feats and such go. He is allowing us to start off at lvl 3, and one of my friends suggested that the first 3 feats i pick be precise shot, and two others specifically for bow accuracy/damage. I think this is pretty good, considering I wanted to try to have more ranged skill (i have been being barbarians and clerics up until this point, so I want to try something that still has melee but also good ranged attacks). I have tried the whole mage thing, and right now it just doesnt suit where I want to go, especially with this campaign. I always get decent rolls, and being a benevolent DM he allows us to reroll once if we arent happy. He is one of the better DMs ive played with, he wants the players to enjoy themselves and doesnt MAKE us do things, which was a problem that we had before...

I was just wondering what your opinions on my feats and starting weapons (ill get a masterwork +1 or +2 to start off with, due to my good backstory)...

Any help is appreciated,
thanks,

Alex
