| Azezel11-13-06, 11:07 PM | I am contemplating playing a Cleric of Joramy (Fire and Wrath domains) soon (my current character does not play well with others, for the enjoyment of the other players, he must retire soon). She is an Elf, and an Alchemist. I like the concept of a nun (indeed an order of nuns) devoted to Joramy. The game is set in a distant and mostly uninhabited continent, all the current PC's are immigrants, and this one will be to. The way I see it, she was a nun, who has recently taken her clerical vows to go to the new continent as a missionary. I have my own ideas, but I am interested to hear what my fellow board members think of what they consider a convent dedicated to Joramy, and what sort of person they think would be produced by such an environment. How would someone from this environment act when thrust suddenly into the wide world, and a fronteir at that. I think anyone who has lived a long time surrounded by worshipers of the Goddess of Quarrels will not be easily cowed, but I suspect there is greaqt oppertunity in it for rp. As an Alchemist, she speciallises in Fireworks, but knows a trick or two with Alchemist's Fire too. One concrete thing, she looks like Servalan from Blake's 7. I mean, let's face it, she has an Elf's face anyway. (If you were a serveant of the goddess of Fire, and an Alchemist to boot, you would have short hair too, or at least you would after the first explosion). |
