A NE barbarian, eh? Well, what manner of evil barbarian do you mean? The more information you can provide, the better.

If the barbarian does evil for it's own sake, or do advance the cause of evil, you might consider Blackguard. Other options abound in the Book of Vile Darkness.

If the barbarian does evil in the service of a people or a national cause, you might want to look at the Runescarred Berserker; you could easily adapt it to other settings than FR if needed. The Thayan Knight might be worth a look in this regard.

If the barbarian does evil because it's fun, or if he just can't help himself or herself, then the Frenzied Berserker is an easy choice. The Bear Warrior might also be good for expressing a primal loss of control.

I can think of a lot of other ideas, but I don't really know where to go with this without more information. Does anything motivate the character in particular? Is there anything in the character's history that lead to doing evil? Anything you can think of would help.

An odd PrC for barbarian that I like is the Divine Champion.

Another one that I haven't tried that I was thinking of running on my next barbarian is Green Star Adept from Complete Arcana.

God... I wish I knew.... He's some kind of berserk player that does everything for his own sake, he's not a group player and he pretty much steals or betray everyone (npcs and pcs) even tough he has some kind of loyalty to his drinking partner.
All and all even tough I haven't give you as much infos as I should have, you both gave me some ideas that will help a great lot. Thank you both. :)

I think bloodhound can be found in Complete Warrior (you're lucky I'm good enough at french, posting in english (even in a reply to a french poster) would be appreciated next time).

Actually, it happens to be a Complete adventurer class, even if it's quite a fighter type, because of non combat (well, leading to combat eventually) skill emphasis I guess

Even if you don't like the class, the picture is great for any half orc (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/cx_gallery/86353.jpg)

Oh, the current version of Bloodhound is on page 28 of Complete Adventurer. I think the one you're thinking of in Complete Warrior is the somewhat-similar Justicar. Justicar needs a lawful alignment, though, but Bloodhound is certainly possible.

I'm a barbarian lvl 6 myself and I'm now switching to incarnum. There is a good prestige class for Barbarians in there though I forgot the exact name. First you take 2 levels of totemist (which fits barbarians perfectly) and then continue in the incarnum barbarian prestige class.

It's totally perfect, you become something between a barbarian and a shaman able to manifest powers that are con based (= perfect) focussing on using the strength and powers of magical beasts to add to your own.

FRENZIED BESERKER FROM COMPLETE WARRIOR! this is basically barbarian prestige class, they get an uber rage, called a frenzy, you can also take extened rage feat that extends your rage/frenzy for 5 more rounds. also, you can take another feat called extra rage that gives you two more rages/frenzies per day. finally, destructive rage, you get +8 to all destroy.break.sunder attempts while in rage.frenzy

You missed out on the "can't die during a frenzy" and the "Supreme Power Attack" class features. The only problem is the whole 'killing your own party while in a Frenzy' thing. ;p

Thematically, a FB is actually quite good for a NE Barbarian, and can be interesting for an NPC or encounter. But the fact that a Frenzied Berserker can wipe out the party while in a Frenzy, and can't even control when he goes into one, make him extremely dangerous as a party member. Treat this prestige class with caution.

there is only one true barbarian without restrictions , without manner , without sanity, with alot of attitude.
KHUDJARGH! (axe idiot) aka battlerager.. you find them in Races of Fearun and they are pure barbarian not for powergamers but for roleplayers that want a totally bloodcrazed dwarf ready to trash anything to a wet spot with his bare hands.

the valhalla version is called berserk and is found in deities and demigods

frenzied berzerker arent even close to a KHUDJARGH! (i love that word)
