| captainmorley09-13-05, 12:55 AM | Ok my new character im gonna play is gonna be a barbarian 1(for rage ability) and then wizard and archmage for the rest of my lvls.....maybe a little disciple of mephistophelese thrown in there for another good taste nad maybe a little crucifying and whatever else i might get the idea to do but he is defineatley going to be a pyromaniac like all he does is cast fireball, meteor swarm, and any other fire spells from some of those books hell take archmage to get his fireball as a spelllike ability like 20 times a day and just run around throwin fireballs alll day good times. So anyways hes going to be a human and I need some ideas on his backround i was thinking he was raised in a barbarian tribe and the tribe had to pay homage to a fire giant who in turn taught him the tricks of the trade in burning stuff for a good time but i need a lot more than that any ideas on things i could add to his profile? hell prolly be neutral or chaotic evil and be a paychopath masocist wierdo so any ideas would be very helpful. O and i also am going to have him be very short tempered so he can fly into a rage adn cast fireballs at people....which i know you cant do but my DM said hed allow it for flavor since it ownt help anything good times so anyways yea any ideas would be most helpful thx in advance....also any classes that enjoy burning i missed out on adn what book are they in? |

Bloodlines are feat published in Dragon 311, and summarized in Crystal Keep (see link in my sig). It allows you to add a spell of each level to your spell known. Also, try a Warlock from Complete Arcane. They can cast Eldritch Blast at will. As for the backstory, perhaps his house was set on fire and he miraculously (sp?) survived, and gained some power over fire. Make him horrible scarred by fire, and maximize his Intimidate skill. |
