Nova_blade 07-09-05, 02:23 AM	I would think so... You have people with other mental related disorders, say autism, knowing that they have it.... I don't see why a sociopath couldn't think he's twisted. Of course, he wouldn't think that it's wrong being the way he is... more a knowledge that he's different. The other limiting factor, also, is whether or not such a diagnosis can exist in your campaign world - how does the character figure out he's "different", if not necessarily sociopathic?
