I am planning a new character, he is going to be a Whisper Gnome(RoS) Rogue/Psion/Shadowmind(from complete adventurer). Currently he is level 7(rogue 3 Psion 4) Stats are as follows... Str. 14 (16-2) Dex. 20 (18+2) Con. 18 (16+2) Int. 18 (17+1) from level 4 increase Wis. 15 Char. 12 (14-2) I currently want to take two flaws as to get 2 extra feats for Extra Silence and Silencing Strike(from RoS) This is going to be used in a combonation Energy Ray/Silence effect when fighting spell casters. It is extra useful since with Silencing strike, i just need to pull off a Sneak attack and there will be no save for the silence. His tactics are mainly going to be ray attacks combined with sneak attack and the occasional psionic shot. Other feats will include Precise Shot and Psionic Shot(Precise at 1st, Psionic shot with Psion bonus feat) and then i have 2 other feats to use to enter Shadowmind(I forget exact prereqs other than Concealing Amorphia and skill ranks). His name is Barel Urdapin Heduran Faeral Wannawed Fungaer Janachik Skoruran... Though his friends and family call him Flurppy, or Shadowfox(his nickname) He uses all sorts of alias(es?) such as Matrim, Lan, SHadar, Tsorovan, Shadow, Faeral. and Skoruran. He is 55 years old(barely an adult), Weight is 48 pounds, and his 3'8''(very tall for a whisper gnome) and is Chaotic Neutral. Fights with pionic power, his Masterwork Composite Shortbow(+2str) and a shortsword(only if necessary). His armor is Studded Leather and a MW Buckler. His father gave him the bow and buckler when he graduated the college(rogue/psion school). **he was an apprentice rogue/psion at 1st level** His current powers are all combat. 1st level- Crystal Shard Energy Ray Entangling ectoplasm Offensive Precog Conntrol Object 2nd level- Concealing Amorpha Concussion Blast Energy Missle Energy Push He has 10 ranks in search and disable device, as well as 6 ranks in hide, movesilently, spot, listen, slight of hand, bluff, tumble, autohypnosis, psicraft and gather information. Then he has only 3 ranks in jump, climb, balance, and open lock. Well... thats all the character sheet information about him... and what im having trouble with is the backstory. I want to play him as a semi-quiet person who will freely speak his mind but knows when to keep silent. If ever confronted directly, he primarily uses his psionic power scare people off/intimdate them/show people how powerful he his compared to how powerfull he appears. Any help would be awsome... also, not too sure what god he follows atm(homebrew game where the gods were only recently brought into godlyhood-25ish years ago- and are actually only demi-gods/quasi-dieties) and EVERYONE follows a god, especially because the gods are at a constant war to see who can get the most divine ranks, and some of them have even been trapped in genesis by the god of trickery, preventing their clerics from casting spells. THats just a little history/going ons of the world. So with the timeline, he would have been alive durring the God War(all goods you havce ever seen pitted against one another is a massive bloody combat with no/few survivors(godwise) and the raising of new gods. I think he would initially of worshipped Olidammaru(sp?). Now he would worship Otto(the trickery god stated above). He would of have been too young to participate in the godwar. Again, any help would be awsome, and sorry for the long post.
