Frank_Vinneti 03-21-04, 05:49 PM	So, I got this character, a Rogue, and decided I would go Psion next level. Next level was last friday, and I'm now Rogue 2/Psion 2. I also have a huge Craft - Chemical/Alchemy bonus (+19 on level 4...) and some Craft - Mechanical/stuff of something like +11. Now, what I'm wondering is.. what should I make of him? I mean, a Psion is cool and all but, there's more to it, right? I'd like to be Telepath, but the DM said there would be alot of undead at higher level, so it would kind of be useless. So, I guess what I'm asking is: Without maxing-out a Psion, how do you play them? I had the image in my mind of a man smiling and talking to someone while he was reading his/her mind and modifying his/her memory, etc... Hope to hear from you guys soon! Frankto
Twilly 03-22-04, 04:11 PM	Maybe your DM allows you to take a feat so you can by-pass the immunity to mindeffecting spells and abilities, that all undead have.Then you can still be usefull when facing all the undead. Even undead thinks in a way or there is someone to think for them, maybe you can fool the undead that you give them orders, or their orders might be perceived differently as you are messing with it. You should talk about it with your DM.
