Roi - A Shapeshifter [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-11-04, 08:50 AM Ok, here is the plan. We are doing an Epic campaign and I have a Drd11/Shapeshifter10. Don't worry about the rules(that would be for the Optimization board) just remember that I can change into almost anything I want as often as I want. Unlike most Shapeshifters, Roi(the Druid/Shapeshifter) prefers to go back to his 'normal' form, A human. Basically one of his animal companions is a Legendary Tiger that was Awakened (via the spell). His Tiger raised him and told him that he was born of Mother Nature herself. Roi is only 14-15 and is pure Neutral in that he will try anything if it looks fun. Basically my question for you all is, As an Epic character I will need more of a background as to how he got to level 21. I don't think he gained them from hanging out in the woods with his Tigers(he has a Dire Tiger as another animal companion). I could be boring and say, blahblahblah killed a dragon blahlblahblah but I want something more origional. Any suggestions would help! Thanks.

11-11-04, 01:01 PM Well, having spent most of your life dedicated to the changing of shapes, maybe you spent most of your years travelling with various different groups. Had a few years running with some Minotaurs, some nasty scrapes there. Then there was that year as an Illithid slaver, what with the righteous surface dwellers always after your hide. Those three years swimming as a shark would have probably been a little dangerous. If you're really willing to try anything, why not have tried everything?

11-11-04, 10:32 PM hmm interesting idea. Of course since he is only 15 this might be interesting to work out. He might have a few 'funny' stories to go along those lines though. ^_^ Thanks for the ideas!
