Hi! I'm currently starting a Succubus character (level 3). Aside from having fun with manipulation and seduction, but i'm not sure what her goals should be, or why she's on the Prime at all. Any help would be great.

Are you using a levelled Succubus from Savage Species?

If so, you could use the fact that your character hasn't full come into his/her powers yet as a roleplaying tool.

Would it makes her an Alu-Fiend instead, and level up to Succubus later?

As for the goals, there are not so much goals for a succubus: to lure mortals, to lure some mortals in a specific area or to lure a particular mortal. It could range from creating a thieves guild and starting a guild war in a city (a bit like BGII), to tempting a powerful character (the Lord of the place) so all the city is under the Succubus control. Even corrupting a paladin should be enough.

Live for pleasure and taking mortal souls.

If you've seen Saint Sinner you have an idea... but you don't suck out the fluids of men...

My inncubus pretty much lives to party and have fun. Of course, his idea of fun is bagging lots of women, stealings anything that catchs his eye and poisening stragers just for because he can get away with it (him being immune to poisen and all).

I have a succubus character in mind who I'm planning will:

A) Unite the evil humanoids of her homeland and lead them in a war against all those poncey humans and elves that have kept the humanoids oppressed for so long.

B) Rule the world.

C) Become a God.

D) Then have breakfast. Okay, now I'm being silly. ;)

Succubi don't need to eat... :D

As far as why your character might be on the Prime Material, well, at home she's just another Succubus(and not even a fully developed one, at that), on the Prime Material, she's really something else. Besides, all those mortals to lure and tempt. Mmmm, tasty.

Perhaps she one day wants to return to her home plane and take over having amassed power and greatness on the PM.

Perhaps she rejects the plane which spawned her and jealously wishes to guard against similar competition to herself (especially other succubi), so wants to gain enough power to destroy it all.

Perhaps she's on the run from powerful entities on her home plane which she angered and the only place she feels safe is on the Prime Material, where they haven't thought of looking, yet (or so she hopes...).

Well, unless you really want to.

I draw your attention to my own succubus, Maruath. She arrived on the Prime as support and research for a demon invasion, which got soundly trounced by epic characters. She, smartly, hid.

So, now she's stranded on the Prime, and needs something to do. Well, apart from trying to get a new tanar'ri invasion force to come establish a beach head, she's putting her talents to good use...

She got in good with the local thieve's and assassin's guilds...and bought a brothel.

Now, using her inborn talents, she's turning a metropolis against itself. With detect thoughts and suggestion at will, she's slowly gathering blackmail material on everyone she can, and bending their wills subtly to her desires..."Bring me a present...like a diamond...or a magic sword...it'd make me soo happy..." or "Councilman, we really do need more guards near the council hall, you can use the ones from around these blocks, we can take care of ourselves, but what if the mayor was attacked?"

All this sets her up to begin training in the three fiendish prestige classes in the Fiend Folio...seducing evil with powerful contracts, corrupting the neutral with possessed "magical gear", and confronting good with cultists bent to her will...Soon, she will become the hidden master of her city, as long as she plays her cards right.

Now, that's for a city campaign, not as useful for the road and travelling, but a few levels in rogue, and an immunity to poison makes for some interesting combat application.
