Well you've told us little to nothing about her except she's a female elven wizard. But rather then harp on that fact here are soem question you can answer to help us help you pick a good PrC and reason for choosing it.

WHat Alignment is she?
Is she a specialist wizard?
If so what school is her main and which are prohibited?
If she's not a specialist does she still go for one kid of spells?
What feats does she have, Meta Magic and Creation feats my determine what PrCs are available to her?
What personality have you been playing her with so far?
What skills does she have? Does she max out a few or does she spread her skills around?

These are just a few questions you can ask yourself and post at least to help get us started.

1.) What Alignment is she? She's C/N
2.) Is she a specialist wizard? No she is not.
3.) If so what school is her main and which are prohibited?
4.) If she's not a specialist does she still go for one kid of spells? She uses a little from each school, but she is a Drow female.
5.) What feats does she have, Meta Magic and Creation feats my determine what PrCs are available to her? She is just starting out. (I'll need to got back to you on this.)
6.) What personality have you been playing her with so far? She's just starting out, but I usely run all Elves as I would in thier place.

Here's another series of questions:

What kind of elf is she?

How old is she?

What kind of culture does she come from?

Does she have children?

When I play wizards, often elves, humans and gnomes, power and logisitical use of that power is my chief concern. Often, I also play either LN or CN, as you've chosen. Being Good or Evil is nice, but I find it tends to become an impediment. Most locales don't protect against Law, Chaos or Neutrality (especially Neutrality), so I'm not too worried about wards and magic runes.

But Logistics is pretty much everything. It is the most universal concern, no matter what kind of DM you're playing with. If strict rules are being adhered to, being able to cast your spells effectively and enough to be of benefit to yourself and your party's success through dangerous locales is going to be on your mind if you expect to make it to the point where you can be an Archmage (which is what I tell every potential wizard or sorcerer to be).

Logistics, put simply, is the management of your resources so that you can accomplish your task.

A lot of people, when they play Wizards or Sorcerers generally as beginners, are baffled as to how effective a 1st or 2nd level Wizard is because they run out of spells early into an adventure and they've got to rest constantly. This is because a great many of them fail to use crafting feats like Scribe Scroll. Proper logistical application will save your fanny, and if you do it right, you might never have to rest while raiding a dungeon (or, at least, it won't be because you need to memorize spells).

Your question was what PrC do I recommend, so why am I telling you about logistics? Because in well-run campaigns, this will be your deciding factor in choosing a PrC.

There are a lot of PrCs that are just utterly worthless, especially in campaigns where they aren't really necessary. You need to appraise each one for what it can add to your spell-casting abilities. As much as I like the Loremaster, for example, it doesn't really bring much that I need to accomplish my job. It's nice to be able to access a rare bit of lore, but how often does that really come up in a typical campaign? In my experience, almost never - the DM usually provides an easy way to access such information. How about the Alienist? When is it going to be necessary to change into a bizarre creature-type?

I recommend things that add to your abilities, like Mage of the Arcane Order, Mystic Theurge, and Archmage, for example.
