| Black_Kaioshin07-02-04, 02:00 PM | Well, in a campaign my friend is DMing for us (a desert world), we, the PC's, have encountered our Gods!! Now, we are only first level, mind ye, and the DM is using the Aztec Pantheon. I play the party mage, and I've met my goddess Calpoca (sp?) the Goddess of Darkness and Magick. I'm wondering how I should role-play this. My character is a somewhat carefree individual who just had a brush with a Goddess. At first level. I can't just take this in stride, but at the same time I don't want to have my character become some kind of raving zealot maniac now, either. Got any sugestions? |
| Eilistraeeeee07-04-04, 06:46 AM | what is your character alignment?? i would guess it'd be neutral or evil, hence goddess of darkness and magick, so you could play him a bit arrogant and boasting there and everywhere that he met Calpoca or if he is more on the good side, make him a bit introvert and let him pray a lot, not necessarily zealous. see him more as a devoted to Calpoca, and hoping to have such an exalted meeting again... |

Well... this really depends on the goddess. I mean, did she appear as an old woman, or young girl, or was she an imposing force of blinding light, deafening chorus and soul-crushing presence. This then becomes a matter for you to discuss with your DM. |
