My character is 53 years old and has followed st.cuthbert his whole life...

i need to make a backstory with all three of these elements

1) He is extrememly devoted to his religion
-he is a part of The Chapeaux,

The Chapeaux, whose symbol is a crumpled hat, seek to convert people into their faith. They are equally divided between lawful good and lawful neutral characters. Paladins of Saint Cuthbert, known as Votaries or Communicants, have an honorary position in the Order of the Chapeaux. Their role is not just to convert others, but to actually fight enemies of the faith.

2)His intimidation
-He has a one milked out white eye-
-he doesn't look to aged
-Large hands
-he reads his religious texts while running into battle(goes with first element)

3)Hatred of Orcs
-Evil Deity

I am fairly new, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

Well I'd start with a suggestion that those who spend the most time trying to convert others are very rarely converts themselves. You were born and raised in the church of St. Cuthbert. A natural follower of his cause you took to your parents teachings with glee. Chances are you prefer intimidation to more subtle forms of diplomacy as a result of two of two things. The first is a role model who was a joy of heaven and wrath of hell sort and the other would be a disdain for the peacable ways of many of the other so-called "good" dieties.

I may have more later. I'll think on this one but hopefully I've got you a start.
