Hi guys,

This is an outline of the character that my finace wants to play. She's going to be a mobile front liner, using the Tome of Battle disciplines of Desert Wind and Diamond Mind. The picture for inspiration is that of the Revenant Blade in the Player's Guide to Eberron.

Books used: Players Guide to Eberron, Eberron Campaign Setting, Races of Eberron

Tamuril's patron ancestor - as decided by the Keepers of the Past at her birth - is the mighty elven hero Lia Xael. Lia's legendary prowess and stealth were crucial in the fight against the giants in Xen'drik. As is the Valeas Tairn's custom, Tamuril strives to emulate her patron in word and deed, and proudly wears her zaelshin amulet that bears her seal.

Her skill with the double scimitar and her spontaneous quoting of ancient speeches of her patron that she couldn't possibly have read or heard piqued the interest of the Keepers of the Past. The elders guided her to Taer Valaestas where they tought her to submerge her thoughts in memories of the past and let her spirit ancestor guide her hands. She was taught the way of the Desert Wind and the Diamond Mind, to serve as the focus for Lia's legendary combat skill.

Soon she was made one of High King Vadallia's elite palace guards and spent most of her time in the palace. But when the warlord Taeral Naith - leader of one of the Valenar warclans - returned from an expedition to Xen'drik with an artifact of the elf-giant war, High King Vadallia offered him any reward of his choosing. Smitten by the beauty, skill and mystery of Tamuril, Taeral asked for her hand in marriage. High King Vadallia agreed to his request, and she was to become Taeral's wife.

But as the festivities started on the eve of their betrothal, Tamuril fled the palace and boarded a Lyrandar elemental galleon destined for Sharn...

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

Seems about perfect to me. I'm not as familiar with Eberron, but from what I understand, it's keeping with the flavor quite well.
