Probably not absent-minded, as the Wisdom is still above average, though it may be lower than average Pixie Wisdom. I would suggest more theorhetical than practical and having strong ideas about how things should work as opposed to how they do work, especially when backed by an high Charisma, which tends to help Pixie X get its way. Not absent-minded, but with a willful naivite that reflects its force of personality and intellect when compared to its practicality and awareness.

In any event, just an idea.
