A player of mine suggested an antipartly akin to the Linear Guild and I've decided to indulge this request. I want these villains to recurr a few times and so they'll need more then my 5-second personality touch.

First, the party:
Sir, Arumad Wordweaver - Gnome Arcane Knight (CG)
Brief history: Son of a tradesmen, Arumad always wanted to become a heroic knight, He's now living his dream and quickly learning that there's more to knights then charging dragons.
Personality: Honorable, brave and since recently contemplative.

Prof. Toddenbury - Gnome Wizard (CN)
Brief history: Grew up in the city, was sponsored into the mages guild and spent most of his time teaching there when he was suddenly ripped away by a random magical event.
Personality: A lot of ego but a scared little boy when the money's down.

Snorry Snowlaughter -Dwarven Barbarian/fighter (CN)
Brief history: Often accused of criminal behaviour at his home, never convicted and got dragged along on the adventure.
Personality: Sense of humour, selfish, likes to show off his strength.

Ot - Changeling rogue/spymaster (CG)
Brief history: None
Personality: Tact and grace, prefers a light touch rather then a blunt instrument.

Vergincetorix - Pixie rogue
Brief history: Grew up in complete isolation. Left to adventure at the age of 200
Personality: Like a child, no idea of how the world works. Add a touch of greed and you're set.

The antiparty:
Their complete builds (in my shorthand) can be seen here (http://members.home.nl/jaapstoel/Volle%20antiparty%20sheet.doc).

Sir Buddybert the brave Counterpart of Sir Arumad.
History: Born into impoverished nobility Buddybert served as an officer in the royal army ascending to the rank of knight.
Personality: Appears to be your best friend but he only makes friends with those he can use.

Animal Counterpart of Ot
History: He ate his history
Personality: As much tact as a brick. His normal way of saying hello is eating you. Buddybert keeps him on a leash, literally.

Ruathar Dwarven Bard Opposes Snorry snowlaughter
History: Spent a long time filling the great stone halls with his music but saw that this wasn't a profitable use of his time.
Personality: Diplomatic and manipulative. He could talk all four legs of an arcturan megadonkey and then convince it to go for a walk afterwards.

Master Erfcallad Counters Prof. Toddenbury
History: Everything came naturally to Erfcallad. Magic, power. He's never put in a hard days work in his life.
Personality: Decadent and easily bored. His idea of entertainment is watching a group of people flee in every direction from some kind of hazard probably himself.

Charles Thornton Counters Vergincetorix
History: Growing up in the cold north left Charles with little time for idle thought. Survival was priority one on the frozen wastes.
Personality: Practical, and straight to the point. He has no patience idle chit-chat.

Thoughts, comments?

Buddybert could be a no-nonsense self-righteous knight. Miko Miyazaki is a good example of how that works out. Have you read Dominic Deegan? Anyways, you can make him a Fighter or Marshall who belongs to a respected religious order.

Animal... Make it a shapeshifter that preys on people using its disguises. Feral doppelganger? Maybe you can draw inspiration from some of my progressions.

Remember, Chaotic Evil doesn't mean totally crazy. It could be very cunning and intelligent, knowing not to kill with witnesses just about covers that, but totally driven by hunger.

Dwarf bard? Oooh, make him a coward. Of course, you can set up his abilities (summoned monsters, thralled/enchanted innocents) to make sure it's very hard to wound him, but even the slightest scratch will make him flee in terror.

Erfcallad... Give him a chair. We're not talking a stool, it should be nearly a throne. Unseen servants carry it for him, all the time. Maybe make him a typical member of an elvish noble family, just to accentuate it.

Thornton could be an ice devil in disguise. Cold iron, right? Or is it silver? Meh.

Miko miyazaki is a good idea, I'd like to go with that if its plausible.

I've read dominic deegan, which character are you referring too? "Knight vision"?

For Animal I wanted to go with the anti-social type. Since Ot tends to be well versed and charming.

The dwarf bard is indeed a bloody coward. great minds must think alike eh? He prefers to stay at a distance.

I was thinking of getting a small flying carpet with a comfy sofa and footstool on it. Boredom and decadence to the ultimate. I like idea of him being a sort of nobleman.

Ice devil... Lets see what I can do with that.

I'm referring to what's-his-name. The dedicated knight who gets set up as a lord of Hell, mostly due to a supernatural phenomenon. The way this would work out would depend on how you want to do it. You could make him totally loyal to whoever he has sworn fealty to, zealous even. Has no problems killing people for the greater good. He would associate with evil people because he's resourceful and they compliment his abilities, and he would be under the impression that he's capable of controlling them. You now have a Lawful Good villain! :D

Animal can be plenty anti-social, it would just use its shapeshifting abilities to blend in while it's hunting. Maybe a lycanthrope?

I'll have to re-read a lot I think. I kinda slacked off reading it when that whole war in hell began.
