| Moosh Nailo05-15-06, 10:45 PM | I just recently made a new character, a warlock, based in the Ghostwalk world. Now, this warlock is special. He has religious issues, in the form of minor insanity. :D Now, my warlock believes that everything is controlled by a single, omnipotent god-like being. This being, or Puppet King, is a supreme puppet master, and controls the lives etc of everybody as though they were puppets, simultaneously. The warlock does not disbelieve the other gods, not in the least. He simply believes that this world is one hugemungous play put on to amuse the other gods. The warlock goes so far as to idolise all dolls, creating as many as possible. He also attaches thread to the backs of his hands and feet, and the top of his head, in veneration or homage of this god. The trick is that nobody else has ever heard of this being, and there is absolutely no proof he exists. I would really appreciate any ideas anybody has to add to this, any constructive criticism. Anything at all to flesh out this belief and character. Thanks |

Something that might be cool is that instead of simple threads, perhaps he could have an exotic weapon, like a very thin spiked chain, or a strong string with daggers or weights at the end, working as a whip of the same kind. Also, maybe if he took a few levels in Master of the Unseen Hand (if possible for Warlocks), it could work a little better. |
