LittleDragon_JKD 11-12-04, 05:13 AM	allrighty then my fighter was killed in a epic battle i killed a lvl 15 char that was half orger and dragon by my self and i never got tuched that was weard lol but he died in a nother fight 12 elemets of power collided and caused an explosion lol whole party was dead by that was a prelong to the real campain T_T i worked hard on that guy too... lol but owell now im trying something new The Battle Sorc My char is a lvl 3 half nymph/human battle sorc and since its my first time playing one i was woundering how to role play one what are be sure to get spells in the biggining and is there any good books where i can get neet acrane prestege classes? ~im trying to go for the orphan the sorc power thing~ http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v322/JeetKuneDo/Anime/belanim21.jpg Thats her ^_^

nihility 11-14-04, 12:26 AM	For personality... Well, my first impression is that the character enjoys her work. She looks like the type that adventures because she likes working magic, likes using magic, and basically loves the whole life in general. Maybe she's happiest on the road, maybe she loves slaying evil for fun and profit, but I definitely see her as a person who adventures because she wants to, rather than because she has to or she is compelled to. Maybe the daughter of two adventurers? Actually, given the half-nymph thing, maybe the daughter of a male adventurer and a nymph. Perhaps dad trained her to fight while mom helped her to awaken her natural magical talent. I'm imagining a nice little house by the lake where the folks live, and the character drops in whenever she can to tell her parents stories about what she's been up to. Of course, any men in the party might get a glare or two... PC: Stop that! Male party member: ...huh? What now? PC: THAT'S MY MOM! Male party member:...huh? PC: Stop drooling! Male party member: Err...sorry...
nihility 11-14-04, 12:55 AM	Just out of curiousity, what are you using for the half-nymph template? I don't know of one in any WotC book, though there are several fan-produced and third-party versions.
LittleDragon_JKD 11-14-04, 08:17 PM	the dm gave me +2 cha and charm person at lvl one and blinding beaty at lvl 5 this is what i got for her back round so far: On a moon lit warm night I found my self and my party being attact by a demon and a powerfull at that. My party being thrown around and beet standing no chance agenst it. I try fireballs but they seem to be no use agenst it...I raise my hand in the air and watch it glow with a swearly light of black and white "get out of the way!" i should quicky. The party dashes out of the way and I turn around shaply and point to the sky and the sound of a gun shot went off as the my magic was shot into the sky leaving a tail behind it...Suddanly meteors fire from the sky just beating the demon, crushing it into the ground. you can here the powerful sounds of bombs as they strike the ground. Fasanated by this epic battle but yet my heart fills with panic but more excitment the demon jumps out of the huge crater and fires a black ball of energy as hes in the air "week humans..." it says in a histarical voice In a faint voice "Jasmine...Jasmine, wake up.. your father wants you." then Jasmine says "What!? god can't i get any piece and quite!" As her maids try to dress her she orders her maids to get out of her room that were tryin to dress her Jasmine yells in frustration "im not helpless, i can get dressed my self" Later on in the day her mother saying to her "well dear the day is the big day u gotta choose some one to marry and then sutters will be here by dinner time..she glared at her father and mother telling him that why should she and that other girls dont gotta, they get to be normal just cause im a princess dont make things different im still a person! ranning back to her room slamming the door behind her and locking it. "If my Life werent So messed up i would be normal, but its to complicated n my dreams...my dreams create a new world, never will awake...and i dont want any of them...i want Heero, but hes and adventurar and the law forbids it....." Jasmine starts to shead tears in her pillow as she lies in her bed. I want her to run away from her roailty so she can become a great adventuar :P but im having troubles thinking of what i can do to make her story intrasting so the dm can use it in his campain right now i have her as a dreamer, of her wanting to have a normal life so she can resque damzils in destress and so on and so forth
TheMightyMcClaw 11-14-04, 09:49 PM	Given the picture and the half-nymph thing, I imagine most would expect some kind of a squeaky little girl persona. Thus, I would recomend defying their expectations and playing her as being a loud, crude varlet. The type of person who belches without excusing herself, makes open discussion of intimate bodily functions, spits on the road.... something you would expect from a 200 lb. lumberjack, not a cute girl.
