Alright, soon i'll be playing a Tibbit (cat/human from the Dragon Compendium) Warlock. The campign is a homebrew, and i'm told we'll all be members of a "tibbet guild", a guild/orginization that focuses on theiving, assassinations, smuggling, etc...

Anyway it's going to be an Urban setting, and we're all rogue-esque characters including myself. I pretty much plan on staying in my cat-form 24-7, only changing back to human when absolutely needed. I need a little help thinking of a good backstory for the character so I need some ideas.

Also if you're wondering what my levels will be:

Rogue
Warlock
Warlock
Spellthief
Warlock
Arcane Trickster
Arcane Trickster
Arcane Trickster
Arcane Trickster
more AT+

My DM's letting me by a few restrictions so i can enter AT.

Not a whole lot to work with again :(. Seems like we're drawing quite a few people who don't have much of a start right now. Still you gave us something so I'll see what I can do.

You sound like a "born into magic" type to me. The character was born under a significant astrological sign or as the product of the union of powerful magics. Your guild probably made numerous arrangements around your birth, both prepping for it and working to make it happen. As such they are looking to you to find not only a means of aquiring power but also of spreading back to the guilds membership. You should be half power-monger and half teacher.

If any of this inspires tell me what you come up with and I'll see if I can't work with what you come up with. If not tell me a little more about how you usually play your characters and I'll see if I can work something out to fit that.
