Hey guys, yes another post about if my yet to be completed character. Currently level 8 swordsage +1 level of L.A. due to Aasimar.
His history has yet to be thought out much at all. If any of you know Dorian Lancaster it could help if not you'll find a link bellow.
All that I've thought of yet it that he was Dorians apprentice about 12 years ago. This is hinted at with some minor similarities: TWF, weapons with high crit rates, similar sense of humor, ect. He was also Maranda's confident, but that's all I can remember. Umm...after the battle in which Maranda was killed he never saw Dorian. In the last 12 years he's spent a couple in years in amonastary, until his contradiction of their beliefs (thought they were too passifistic), he now carries no religion. After that he spent the majority with a weapon master he found on a mirc. mission through a long strech of desert.
I was hoping someone could give me some more specifics, or fill in the gaps. Any trinkets he'd carry on person or nervous tendencies. Whatever you can think of that would fit. Overall he's easy going, but very serious when it comes to combat or family(as he has none). Physically, as far as I've imagined, he has long silvery hair, silver eyes, plane white robe and garments, sheaths are light ruby red and a pale sky blue., with white and black interlay.
All ideas are welcomed. Thank you very much.

Here's the link, as promised

PS

Sorry about the spelling and grammar.

Unless he's changed since that thread it looked like dorian was going the way of halberd.

As for your character swordsages are rarely military in my oppinion. They should be lone travellers or travel with a small group of trusted companions. I had earlier advised Dorian that if he wanted to go warblade a swordsage who tried to pull him out of the bottle would make a nice addition to his story so I'd start there if you want to tie together the character in that thread with yours.

Beyond that the only thing I can offer you on this one off the top of my head would be to focus on that lack of family. You know full well that you aren't like other men and that bothers you. Your blood tells you you must have been born to a purpose but what purpose that is eludes you as you don't know where you come from. Perhaps that is why you spent so much time in a monastary. You hoped its sages could help you uncover that vital clue which would tell you where you came from. You hoped they might tell you who you are.

Terjon, those are some good ideas. I'd tought of trying to break him of his drinking habts, but didn't want to sound to "greater than thou" when doing it. As for the miloitary thing, ya, Zelkov trained in the military for a while, but I would imagine he did not find it to his likeing and that would be why he left for the monostary. The lack of purpose when he feels he should have one sounds perfect! I've recently chnged him into a dustform [template/+2 L.A.] meaning he died in the desert. I was thinking I'd do it while he was looking for the Deert Wind Legacy Weapon. When trying to come up with what would have killed him and friend of mine suggested dry litch, so that's what I'm going with for now. Since his death (which he [CLICHE WARNING!!] doesn't remember) he has become a little more ruthless and chaotic, changing his lawful good to neutral good; it just seemd to suit better.
Thank for the input and ideas. They were golden.
