I've been putting some effort into these three, because they are very much intertwined and I'd like them to be particularly memorable. They are for use in an alternate-history campaign set in my D&D Future setting.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Kerrigan - ½-Human ½-Farspawn Swashbuckler 14
(In keeping with her unique status, Lizzy's precise statistics have been slightly modifed from what they would normally be to include a number of Tsochar qualities, and she has the Swashbuckler dead-level (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cwc/20070227x)ability Seduction)
Lizzy was a fairly average girl until the Temple of Zakia in Beldor city kidnapped her in 1955 when she was only 8 years old. She was implanted with a Tsochar parasite, fanatical to the Zakian mythology, and brainwashed into similar worship. During a confrontation between the Dead-Nick Squad and a group consisting of herself and a number of other kidnapped children, she alone escaped into the sewer system.

In the sewers, she began to undergo a startling metamorphosis. Instead of fighting off the Tsochar within her, her body instead began a process of perfect symbiosis, a reaction considered by Sovice and Makinoan researchers to be the result of specific genetic mutations within her. This process took several years, and she was well into her development when it was finally completed in 1958 at age 12. However, her mental and physical development after this completion made her more akin to a 19 year old. Over the four-year period, the Tsochar portion of her had been almost continuously breeding, producing an incalculably massive grouping of strands that served as a hivemind for her (The first incarnation of the “Flow”). Eventually, the Dead-Nick Squad located her (Having been recently tipped off by an increasing number of Caucasian females being assaulted with their skin being removed, which Lizzy was using to repair the gaps in her own humanoid flesh from the transformation) and destroyed virtually all of her hivemind, leaving her to flee from the Material Plane to escape her own destruction.

After the destruction of the original Flow, Lizzy Kerrigan did not surface for many years, and was presumed lost. However, she re-appeared a few years after the divulgence that the Faldean Republic in Alastia had located the Tsochari Emirate. Lizzy (Having survived to this time by replacing old tentacles with her own strands, as Tsochari do) made her pilgrimage to the galaxy of Aberrus and became a powerful ally with the Tsochari Emirate. Because she does not always agree with the decisions of her peers in the Noble caste, she is also known as “Queen of the Flow”, which still exists to date, allowing her to pursue actions outside of Tsochari rule.

Lizzy, as a quasi-rogue agent of the Emirate, appears several times to the crew of the SCS Simbelminos and serves as their treacherous ally to the Tsochari, who infrequently end up attacking the ship and its crew. Even after over 2000 years, she still remains loyal to the teachings of Zakia, and the crew will usually stave off annihilation at her hands by dressing the ship up as one piloted by Zakian worshippers.

Whilst she has had much time to develop her mature personality, Kerrigan still holds a few traits from her grievously aberrational childhood in the hands of a biological mutation. Evident of this is her belief of irreversibility, that if something changes it most likely will not be able to be turned back to how it originally was. Because her puberty was overshadowed by her transformation, and she now reproduces asexually to produce new Tsochar strands, her knowledge of sexual matters is somewhat limited, but she is not above using her feminine allure to get what she wants.

-------------------

The swashbuckler levels aren't so much about the buckling of swash but the running rings around everyone. Her combat skill is largely based on Tumble and luck feats, she darts about here and there, sapping your strength with Weakening Critical on a 15-20 threat range rapier, high AC, etc. Her spell-like abilities, The Flow not withstanding, gives her invisibility, blur, blink, etc.

30% of the time, she gets a critical hit, adds her impressive Intelligence, and deals 2 Strength damage & 1 Constitution damage.

She's all about misdirection, and this extends to her diplomacy. If she's going to extract information, you'll probably not realise it while she's seducing you into pillow talk and flirting.

The Farspawn mingles with the Swashbuckler, because one forced her into a metaphorical open-ground, and the other allowed her to survive in it. She's very survivalist, if there's something that threatens the survival of herself or the Flow (Oftentimes the latter before the former), she does everything she can to eliminate it, she's very protective of it. Overall, she handles herself and her interests like a sly Sherlock Holmes burlseque villainess.

Savitri "Savvy" Kerrigan - Insectile Human Expert 5/Survivor 5/Mountebank 4
(Savvy also has an added tail & replacement tail Yuan-Ti graft)
Savitri “Savvy” Kerrigan was the eldest daughter of Diana Kerrigan nee Dibra and Tanas Kerrigan and the older sister of Elizabeth “Lizzy” Kerrigan, and did her part for the alchemy store by acting as a public liason. When Tanas had Lizzy captured by the Temple of Zakia worshippers, Savvy began to regret her part in her father’s endeavour, a regret she revealed in detail to Lizzy’s best friend, Tomiko.

However, despite this revelation, Tomiko captured her in a gem and early in the 5th Einderseod millennium began experimenting on her to recreate her own transformation. Whilst the experimentation did not faithfully reproduce Lizzy’s own transformation into Queen of the Flow, careful control of the experiment transfigured Savvy into a hybrid human/Tsochar breeding machine, allowing Lizzy to pursue other activities outside of spawning the Flow.

Savvy stays chained in the main headquarters of the Flow, where she has been conditioned like a Pavlovian dog to release a clutch of eggs with the reception of a specific telepathic message.

-------------------

Savvy used to be a bright and bubbly girl, think the nice kind of popular girl in a high school setting. She worked to get supplies for the alchemy store and put the word out on new sales, prices, products, etc. If she ever got into trouble, she could shift into an Ethereal Filcher form using Alter Ego and then jaunt off to safety. Alternatively, she could pickpocket some extra change from a jerkish customer (Though never very much).

She was good friends with Tomiko, and confessed her misgivings to her less than a week after Lizzy's escape. She had previously assumed everything would go to plan and Lizzy would be returned unharmed and fine, though that doesn't mean she thought it was a good thing to do. Savvy was the one who sent Lizzy to the Magic Market, where she was abducted by the Zakians.

For her part in Lizzy's transformation, she has been transformed herself. She has six arms, mostly human-esque in nature, arrayed in pairs down the sides of her torso. She also has seven eyes, though her two most prominent are set in her original eye sockets. The other 5 are arrayed in a circular pattern around her head, the final seventh slightly raised at the back of her skull. Her waist ends with a short serpentine tail, a larger version of which replaces her legs. For her modesty, there is a ragged white silk shirt that covers everything private between her shoulders and her midriff, though the almost invisible slit on her locomotory tail is left unobscured as a matter of function.

As a result of her transformation, disfiguration (The tails were added to reduce her ability to escape), and imprisonment, Savvy spends much of her time being melancholy. She has had many years to regret her actions and her fondest wish is for Lizzy to accept her apologies. Unfortunately, Lizzy will hear no such thing from Savvy, and whenever she tries to do so Lizzy gives the telepathic command.

Kamar "Kam" Kerrigan - ½-Human ½-Fiend Monk 6/Fiend of Possession 6
(Kam also has a Tongueworm and 2 Tentacle Whip symbiotes)
Kamar “Kam” Kerrigan was the eldest son of Diana Kerrigan nee Dibra and Tanas Kerrigan and the older brother of Elizabeth “Lizzy” Kerrigan, and worked as the heavy labour of the alchemy store, and his father's assistant. Unlike his sister Savitri, he had no misgivings about his father’s plot to acquire a Tsochari parasite by allowing Lizzy to be captured by the Temple of Zakia worshippers.

He learned of Tomiko’s peculiar abilities after Savitri was captured, and attempted to court Tomiko in order to gain better access to them, hoping to produce a hybrid creature for experimentation, capturing the freakish mother during the pregnancy. However, like Savitri he too was captured by Tomiko, and the results of his efforts at impregnating her reached an unknown conclusion.

Like Savitri, experimentation did not yield a result equivalent to that of Lizzy’s natural transformation. However, it did yield a powerful melee capacity that has since made him Lizzy’s personal bodyguard, and has forged her efforts to mass-produce the same mutation as a foot soldier for the Flow.

Kam doesn’t talk much, if at all. His only statement is “Hell Bye” in an archaic dialect of Infernal, which he tells his victims, who usually mistake it for “Hell by” and inquire as to the path or transport means, before he kills them, metaphorically answering their question.

-------------------

Kam, as the name may imply, is the antithesis of Savvy. He's cruel, cunning, and malevolent, taking much from his father. Like his father, he is ambitious, and when he learned of Tomiko's abilities he was the first to consider what to do with/to her, and shared this information with no-one.

As Lizzy's bodyguard, Kam is even more cruel. He toys with his victims, though he does realise the meaning of "efficiency" and is loathe to waste time he doesn't have. He doesn't talk much if at all, and normally in an encounter his only statement if any is "Hell Bye". He is understandably very quiet and fully capable of prolonged periods of stealth in enemy territory. Whereas his original self was verbose and a braggart (Though hardly oil-tongued), this version is cold, quiet, and calculating. For comparison, see Karl Kroenen

In appearance, Kam is difficult to distinguish. He wears a black bodysuit that covers the majority of his features, though occasional hints of musculature can be seen beneath. His face, save the lower jaw, is covered completely by a dark leather mask, which has no eye holes or similar features, and beneath this he wears a slightly bloody folded moist cloth that covers his eyes. The forearms of the bodysuit have 6 cm diameter circular cuts that allow the tentacle whips out. Whilst the suit should leave him physically blind, his perception is uncanny. His back is dominated by the powerful curved membranous wings he uses to fly.

A little trivia, Lizzy is named for both Lizzie Borden & Sarah Kerrigan. Kamar and Savitri are named for the moon and sun, respectively. Similarly, their parents Diana and Tanas are named somewhat biblically.

Given her present state, I figured that Kerrigan was a good last name, and combined with Borden's famed slayings I figured Lizzy Kerrigan to be extremely appropriate :)

Their status as villains is somewhat derived from their challenge ratings (18, 12, and 15 respectively).

Savvy is somewhat of a victim amongst the trio, she's the only one that doesn't like what happened to Lizzy (Though Kamar has little choice), and combined with her breeding capacity this means she isn't much of a threat in comparison. She occupies 27% of the sum CR.

Kamar is Lizzy's bodyguard. His intellect has largely been twisted and he's little more than a barely-controlled psychopath now. If he makes his rolls, he can kill a creature without them even knowing he's there. If you're looking to fight Lizzy, Kam is the first person you'll meet. He occupies 33% of the sum CR.

And then we finally come to Lizzy herself, Queen of the Flow. Since her siblings are largely side-characters in comparison, I've put a lot more into her. She's the result of her father's morally-bankrupt schemes, but she's flipped the coin by going from a failed plot device to a successful monarch. She schemes, she murders, if I had to give a comparison I'd almost think RepliCarter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Replicator_Carter). She has a limited ability to change shape, she can avoid death narrowly, and as long as she's within 10 ft. of part of the Flow she commands significant magical ability. She's had a very long time to build the Flow, to the point that there are space stations partially constructed of it. She occupies exactly 40% of the sum CR, making her the most dangerous member of the trio, and it's leader.

How does the half farspawn+ swashbuckler thing work out
One seems alien and distant, while other is outgoing, free, carefree and swashbuckling
Emphasise the swashbuckling thing more

These have something i can't really put my finger on lacking.Maybe they need more "life" in them. Something more to make their personality unique, to put their augmentations and history into action
Belief's, reactions to things, types of people associated with etc

Your writing seems to have the technical and "the story till now" aspects well covered. But the image of the character doesn't form in the imagination, you can't feel them or empathise with them
Maybe you should give a description of their appearance

Modified.

Anyone care to try and spot the naming convention of the parents? On that note, I'm still wondering what to do with them...

Oh, and I realise I've put in quite a few references to a "Tomiko" without actually explaining who she is. Well, simply put, she's Lizzy from the future (Yes, agonised groan and all, I know).

Using Teleport through Time, Lizzy came back a few years before her abduction (She was aiming for during her transformation). With little else to do, she befriended herself and did her best to try and prepare her for what was to come, albeit clandestinely.

As a result, she became her own best friend, and became better acquainted with her sister, Savvy. However, in this time, her plan was still winnable, so she eventually did capture Savitri using trap the soul (Thus ensuring she could be released at a much later date without difficulty).

Kam was witness to Savvy's capture, so he learned of Tomiko's abilities as future-Lizzy (Though not of the Lizzy part). As a result, he attempted to utilise this knowledge for his own gain. His best option, he reasoned, was to impregnate Tomiko (Eww) and then utilise the offspring (As a vulnerable half-breed) and the mother (As a full-breed) to produce a strain of selective breeding for purposes like military weapons and alchemical ingredients.

He engaged Tomiko in flirting and dating, but was captured during the 'act'. Afterwards, the soulgems were left with then-Lizzy, whose Flow-made skill abilities allowed her to realise they contained the pair (Though future-Lizzy slipped them to her discretely on the body of one of then-Lizzy's victims), and future-Lizzy returned to the future.

Okay, considering the parents:

Diana Dibra/Kerrigan: She's the submissive of the marriage couple. She works at the Mystical Experimentation Complex, meaning she works to create new potion formulae and mixtures and put existing ones to alternative uses and/or improve them. She's abused periodically by Tanas, but she doesn't leave because she's afraid of what he'd do if she did, and more certainly about where those beatings would go (Ie. the children). She wasn't behind the use of Lizzy as bait to get a Tsochar parasite, but she didn't exactly have much say in the matter.

If there was any person in her family Lizzy could trust and admire, it would likely be Diana. Therefore it's unlikely that she'd do anything majorly cruel to her, she may even be living in luxury. However, the transformed Lizzy and the Lizzy that she gave birth to are very different people, and it's unlikely that she would be left completely unaltered.

Tanas Kerrigan: Certainly the most vile person one could never hope to be related to, Tanas runs the alchemy store inherited down his male bloodline. He beats his wife, is fairly indifferent to his son, and pretty chauvinistic towards his daughters, though he is careful to ensure that any men they become romantically acquianted with would prove worthy heirs. He's basically a middle class sycophant with a king complex. He wanted the parasite at all costs because he believes that it can be used as an ingredient in one of his newer formulae.

Like Savvy, he's undoubtedly being held captive with all the Colditz-inspired accoutrements inclusive. However, unlike Savvy, I doubt that Lizzy would keep him so comfortable (That is, Savvy isn't in constant agony). Torture is possible, but Lizzy would keep it insidious and cunning enough to leave the maximum effect. She'd hold back just enough to keep him in his normal frame of mind. Outside of this, however, she's going to want to take anything and everything he values from him.

Tanas
Okay, let's start off with the most prominent of the pair on the Hate scale (In which I'd wager Lizzy constistently rates him several orders of infinity over 10). Tanas is extremely chauvinistic, believing women to be of little use beyond mating and housework and selling their bodies. Therefore, his most prized possessions would include
his bloodline heritage
his masculinity
and his inherited potion business.Lizzy would need to take all of these away from him in order to make him really suffer.
How do we get rid of them:
By experimenting on Savvy and Kam, and with Lizzy having been transformed herself, Tanas can kiss his bloodline goodbye. This could be rubbed in by having Kam and Lizzy persistently visit and using their transformation-gained abilities to showcase this.
A good bit of transmutation can cover this, certainly something more than simple castration. She would need to make him as feminine as possible, removing every conceivable masculine trait whilst retaining his mentality. Essentially, turning him into what he believes is the weakest thing in existence. We're certainly delving into Book of Vile Darkness here, I don't think it's too far to consider pregnancy to be the most feminine thing imaginable.
Looking at thousands of years into the future, with the family having been stolen from their home era, the potion business has likely fallen into ruin already. However, to rub it in, Lizzy may use magic to instill false memories into his head of the shop burning, being looted, etc.

Diana
The polar opposite for Lizzy's Hate scale, but she loses points for not trying to save her. This would need to be something mild but nowhere near the torture of Tanas (Which might become a dialect term in the Flow now that I think about it...). It's likely that, instead of severe physical torture, she would instead go for pyschological, exposing her to taint (Such as by watching her strip everything from Tanas). Under the Taint rules, I think that the Winded corruption tree would work best.
Once the tainting of her physical form is done, she would undoubtably be left in abject luxury inside the headquarters of the Flow. She'd have good meals, good accomodation, entertainment, etc. She might even enjoy good company.
