Having gotten final authorization (after being tipped off by a number of other readers who posted on two of my prior posts here on the D20 boards), the Telflammar Shadowlord looks to be the way forward with my Rogue/Shadowdancer class. However, since my character does not hail from the Unapproachable East, he is requesting that I re-develop the prestige class to originate from my home realm. That said, I can see myself going one of a number of ways. Mix and matching various Rogue PrC 'spells' to get a nice balanced combination, or set them aside entirely and focusing on optimizing rogue abilities to get something that works. That said, I can definitely see certain abilities such as Shadow Walk (slipping into the Shadow Plane a bit) as not sticking around...though I have considered the possibility to being able to share the eyes of my shadow companion (My eyes are your eyes...Blackguard right?), etc and building on that more. Fast movement (+10 or otherwise) also sounds appealing...but I'd like a good mixture to put in front of my DM to ensure that either he agrees with it, or has enough to work with.
