BRADLY
REMINGTON
MARQUE
LAMONT
JUS'TEECE

Illumian Marshall 1/warlock2/binder1 (future levels will all be monk)

As the title says its a diplomacer build but also has Vow of Peace, Poverty, and Nonviolence. Also My alignment is neutral good when we start even though warlock requires a chaotic one.

I just can't think of something to tie this all together. The warlock to binder jump is easy but the VOP marshall is kind of a tough one. Personality wise he is just a really nice guy that doesnt' want to hurt anything but LOVES attention. I'm thinking maybe something like he grew up in a wealthy home but grew weary of the gawdly lifestyle and wanted to live a simpilar life where he could help out the needy and downtrodden and explore mysterious arcane methods.

Any feedback would be great

PS everytime he comes to town he has some one anounce him with the entire speech at the begining of this post.

I think it's kind of easy to explain the jump from marshall --> warlock --> binder. Growing up, he simply had supernatural charisma and a silver tongue. This can be represented mildly through the marshall's minor aura, then it can manifest into the warlock's eldritch powers and finally through the binder's power. The origin of this power? A hidden supernatural bloodline or someone in his family made a pact with some otherworldly power (fey, demon, celestial, heck... maybe even Illuman in nature).

Remember don't be bogged down by class names too much if you need to explain multi-classing.

To explain, VoP. That's really a choice. Maybe after Bradly grew tired off his gawdy lifestyle he decided to seek enlightment thus taking VoP and Monk (which I think you mentioned).

Come to think of it. You might want to read the Race of Destiny's chapter on Illumans. They have a lot of roleplaying application that are different from the standard races and I think it might be good source of ideas. I'd suggest reading about their society & culture, and 'Final Seeds'.

Here's some transitionary advice

Marshal - He Used to be a minor general who lead warriors to battle and inspired them greatly
Soon after the other illumian leaders realised that he wasn't much good at actual fighting and retreated once the real battle and violence started. So they decided to make him a motivational speaker for green illumian recruits or battle trainee's

warlock- he always was very adept at verbal manipulation, was charismatic and loved attention - devilish qualities he had inherited from some ancestors. He kept these hidden and was somewhat ashamed of them.He tried to suppress his urges to go more in the devilish path [take more warlock levels]

binder- But the devilish blood and curiosity in him drew him to research binding. But he tried hard to refrain from delving too far as he feared these might lead him into depravity and violence

monk-To better suppress his devilish urges because he hated the violence and greed which was inherent of devils. He learned meditation and discipline and decided to be a monk because it gave him greatest happiness. He rejected wealth and unnecessary violence, two things which he saw gave him no happiness. Now he saw the true power of word over sword - words which the illumians are born of and thus became enlightened
