War Troll ideas [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-20-04, 10:04 AM I am currently slightly obsessed with war troll characters and I kept thinking of a way to present a good bio without the "mad experiment" part and going for the Conan movie idea. A barbaric creature, bred in captivity, trained killing machine. I just can't make it deep enough. Any hints?

Make the Troll think its a dwarf. Make it relatively intelligent, but relatively mad too.

Give it a massive axe, shield and really heavy armour (with fire and acid resistance......) that completely covers its body and actually looks like a dwarf. Except 9 feet tall.
