| Mr.Atheist10-01-06, 12:29 AM | The D&D official homepage has articles with tons of pictures, if you just run a search for your race or class. Also the picture archives from each book work well. There's also the old PC portraits (from dungeon magazine i think) right here http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/pc I don't like portraits that much, myself. |
| Need_A_Life10-01-06, 07:20 AM | D&D books or elfwood.com I have a friend who can draw, but with the turnover rate of our GMs campaign, I'd be taking advantage of him by asking him to draw the characters. |
| darkdrow6610-01-06, 04:02 PM | I use deviantart.com |
| OldManWinter10-02-06, 10:58 AM | I like to use the art work from here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/ag to make my character sheets. Here's one that isn't done yet but I think it still looks pretty good. Fash Bermin (http://winter.bounceme.net/dnd/Whisper.pdf) I still need to write up his back history, buy his equipment, and finally fix a lot of the formatting. I love that he has a +17 to his hide skill at level 1. And for anyone who pays attention, all of those rolls were witnessed by the DM (we use roll 4d6 pick the best 3) using the same dice as the other players. I just happened to have a whole stable worth of horse shoes with me that day. |

I think at last count I had some 200 artist's bookmarked on my computer, so art is in abundence [I'm an amataur, I look at good works in the hopes of getting better]. A good start would be toddlockwood.com, lockwood has work's you'll reckognize instantly and many more besides. Some others would be adrian smith, wayne reynalds, justin sweet and sam wood, Sam wood doesn't have a website sadly, but open a D&D book, you'll find something by him within seconds. |
| Relic10-03-06, 11:59 PM | http://www.planetadnd.com has a gallery full of D&D art. |
| Tsushi10-04-06, 01:07 AM | Have you tried googling under image. I use this constently for PC portraits. Never had a problem with it. |
| JadeSpider964310-04-06, 02:51 PM | http://www.epilogue.net/art/ has some fantastic artwork across the board, a few artists have galleries of D&D fantasy characters. You might not find exactly what you want, but you're sure to find something interesting. |
