Can't find em... nope. I thought unearthed, but (spare me criticism for this one) no dice so far. Any help?

Exactly what do you mean by 'fractional'? Perhaps if you define that more clearly. Also, and this is just me, but I think that this topic would be best for another board, like maybe Character Optimization, but better yet, a general FAQ board.

It's really simple. The purpose is to fix the BAB penalty and "bad saves" penalty for multiclass characters. I'm pretty sure it's in UA somewhere.

For BAB:

Taking a level of a "good BAB" class adds +1 to your BAB.
Taking a level of a "medium BAB" class adds +3/4 to your BAB.
Taking a level of a "bad BAB" class adds +1/2 to your BAB.
If your BAB is a fraction, round down to compute your attack bonus.

So a Monk 1 / Cleric 1 / Rogue 1 would have a BAB of +2 (rounded down from +9/4). In the RAW this character has a +0 BAB.

For saves:

Taking a level of a class for which a save is "good" increases it by 1/2.
Taking a level of a class for which a save is "bad" increases it by 1/3.
The first level of a class for which a save is "good" adds an additional +2 to the saving throw.
To calculate your actual save bonus, round fractions down.

So a Ftr 2 / Barb 2 would have base saves of Fort +6, Ref +1, Will +1 (rounded down from Fort +6, Ref +4/3, Will +4/3). In the RAW this character has +0 to Ref and Will.

It's in the Gestalt section in UA, if memory serves.
