OK, here's a thread where you can attempt to stat up your favorite villians from anime, to the best of your ability. Feel free to aid people in their constructions, just make sure you quote the thread you're wanting to critique, so they know who you're talking to! I'll start, with my stuff for Kagato, from Tenchi. I'm not sure exactly, but his lowest ability score would be his Wisdom, which would be at least 20, Epic+ level Sorcerer, spec'ed in Conjuration spells, with the Toughness, Improved Toughness, Epic Toughness, Silent Spell and Still Spell feats (plus others), and at least one spell created by himself. Mystic Blade Conjuration Sorc/Wiz 8 Range: Self Target: Self Duration: Concentration Effect: This spell conjures a weapon of whatever sort you desire, which functions as a +3 weapon with the Brilliant Energy feature. The caster may use this weapon as though they had proficiency with it, whether or not they would normally.
