| Leenaria The Pixie02-02-04, 04:29 PM | {OOC: This thread is for the high level characters (20+), who can have somewhere to rp and not worry about hearing their characters are to strong and overpowering. Dai'Morra (pronounciation of her name is Day-more-uh)} The fortress is made of brown stone and is surrounded by a moat, which is quite murky and a deep green colour. It also has a drawbridge which lowers from the inside and the edge of the drawbridge lands just on the other side of the moat. There are many rooms including 25 bedrooms, a kitchen, a mess hall with 10 round table that could seat 10 people each, a relaxing room, 5 washing rooms, 3 training rooms that could fit 20 people (1 for magic training, 1 for sword practice, and the last for any other type of training that needs to be done), and a number of other rooms. A woman sits in the relaxing room that includes a coffee table, two velvet red couches, four cushioned chairs, a fur rug on the floor, a fireplace, and a small end table on the right side of every furniture so one could place their drinks or food upon it. Her amethyst coloured eyes looking up at the ceiling in which a picture was painted on it of a unicorn grazing in a lush meadow. She lays on one of the velvet red couches, her amethyst eyes looking upward at the painting which was painted on the ceiling. It depicts a beautiful white unicorn grazing in a lush meadow filled with rose bushes and a sparkling blue pond. .oO(I wonder when I shall have visitors, a month after this place is built and I'm still without companions. Though I do wonder how long it will be before I hear word from my messenger that I sent to Kruanbar. I must know the plans before I can call for help...) She sighs softly and continues to look at the painting which brings her a feeling of calmness and peace, both of which she hadn't felt in a long time. |
| Terr0rwookie02-02-04, 08:04 PM | A small elf stumbles from the forest into the clearing and gazes onto the stone fortress before him. He has a large cut across his chest. he stumbles to the edge of the moat and passes out as he falls in |
| Weathertop02-02-04, 09:31 PM | The great half-elf warrior Elór Galóldur strides from the tree line making his way toward the “Brown Fortress”. As he strode through the tall grass, his black leather armor glistened with the midday sun as his weapons clanked in there scabbards. _________ Elór Galóldur Picture (http://a5.cpimg.com/image/BD/A3/29066685-ffae-008000C0-.jpg) |
| Leenaria The Pixie02-02-04, 09:58 PM | "There are others coming...I should go see them at the door..." She stands and makes her way toward the fortress' drawbridge, from the corner of her eye she sees a body. Dai'morra kneels down and gasps realizing it was someone! She stands up and uses her telekinesis to lift the body up from the water and gently places him down in front of her. Dai'morra then begins to check his vital signs to make sure he is alive, and to see what she could do to make him well again. Deciding he probably lost a lot of blood she places her hand gently over the wound on his chest and allows the magic from her hand to flow into him. His would slowly begins to heal up if there isn't any poison within it. Hearing movement she looks around wondering who else could be coming this way. "Perhaps it is my messenger returning...." She continues to kneel beside the man while keeping an eye out for whoever it is heading in her direction. She sighs realizing it wasn't, "Oh well... perhaps he'll have seen my messenger along the way in the woods somewhere...I will have to ask him." |

He starts to smile as he falls back into darkness |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-03-04, 05:06 PM | Dai'Morra looks down at the elf who smiled at her and returned his smile, though it was only brief. "I wish I knew what was ailing you, I suppose I shall try everything I have..." She, again, places her hand over him, and starts using her spells (cure critical wounds and heal which removes all diseases and curses). Dai'Morra then waits to see what happens. |
| Terr0rwookie02-03-04, 06:43 PM | Kalazars eyes open slowly. He suddenly rolls away, jumping to his feet. He darts his eyes around and then rests his gaze on Dai'morra's face. He slowly lowers his guard and moves his hand to the now healed wound across his chest. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-03-04, 07:04 PM | She watches him for a moment, then stands up, "Greetings! I hope you are feeling well again!" |
| Terr0rwookie02-03-04, 07:09 PM | He bows "thank you m'lady" his voice is tenor and mysterious His ears twitch as he hears a noise from behind. He snarls as he notices the elf walking towards them and he dives into the water and disapears |
| Terr0rwookie02-03-04, 07:12 PM | {OOC btw kalazar looks like an elf but shows a great distast for anything with elvish blood} |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-03-04, 07:15 PM | She watches him jump into the water and shakes her head, "Odd that one is.." she half smiles then stands waiting for the other elf to come walking up. |
| Terr0rwookie02-03-04, 07:20 PM | Kalazar amerges from the water and climbs out onto the shore, He sneaks into the woods and follows the treeline untill he is behind the elf, there he waits, though hekeeps his sword sheathed |
| Weathertop02-03-04, 07:48 PM | Elór finds himself far away from his homeland, the Elven Kingdom’s Landeladar forest. It is there that he was born to a wood elf, his father; a human has always been unknown to him. He has made a great name for himself though looked upon with distain among his fellow elves; his human blood line never truly accepted and thusly was labeled as inferior. It is this prejudice that had fueled his fervor for battle in hopes to prove himself worthy. His reputation has excelled even his wildest imagination as his exploits have taken him far and wide. The fates have now lead him here, on the edge of another grand adventure. Off in the distance he takes notice of someone near the main gate. As he draws closer he can see her. Ah, …Dai'Morra. He quips to himself then clears his throat. “Greeting m’lady Clayrentha!” _________ Elór Galóldur ...Picture (http://a5.cpimg.com/image/BD/A3/29066685-ffae-008000C0-.jpg) |
| Terr0rwookie02-03-04, 07:59 PM | Kalazar watches as the elf approches his saver. He begins to sneak behind to hear the conversation, but the land is unknown to him and he winces as a twig snaps beneath his feet {OOC sorry guys got some work to do, im out till later} |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 11:10 AM | Hearing the man speak her name she looks at him, studies him and smiles, "Greetings! Pardon me, but do I know you? If so, then my mind must be failing me." She offers a warm smile while the gentle breeze blows her hair behind her. "Nice day isn't it?" Her eyes look to the murky water, "Must have been my imagination..." She looks back to the elf walking towards her and keeps the smile on her face. |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 04:06 PM | Kalazar senses that he's be heard "Turn Elf and meet your fate" he says drawing a black rapier that crackles with energy |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 04:11 PM | Dai'Morra rushes out to the man she healed and stands in front of him, "What are you doing?! Why do you seek a fight with him?" Her hair blowing gently behind her, her eyes focused on him, her voice demanding and yet friendly. |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 04:15 PM | "He is elven, if you knew my past than you would understand." kalazar steps back and lets out a horrific scream as his body twist and breaks. Horns burst forth from his head and his body changes into that of a demon. "I am a Fey'ri, now stand aside!" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 04:20 PM | Dai'Morra frowns, "I don't care what you are, you shall not harm him elf or not! Know that I will let him hurt you either!" She whispers a few words then rests her hand on his arm, she uses her touch of fatigue on him. While waiting to see if it works she tries to calm him, "Please m'lord, we can go inside, drink and enjoy ourselves. I have some food being cooked, why not go inside and enjoy my hospitality?" |
| ThePreacher02-04-04, 04:20 PM | ((ooc: OH MY GOD! She's so damn SEXY!!! :OMG! )) A dark figure emerges in the horizon, walking amongst the trees, he keeps to the shadows until he reaches visible range within the drawbridge. He walks quitely and slowly, as if he is taking an evening walk for his own leisure. As he comes closer, one could see he's dressed mostly in green, and some earth-colored garments. Basically the first thought one would get at first glance at the man is - "Hey, I'd bet my old man's teeth this guy is one o'those ranger fellas... yea... One o'those sneaky bastards". |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 04:24 PM | Kalazars eyes begin to mellow and he turns back into the elvish looking man standing there before. " I apologize for my harsh actions but i'm afraid i will not be able to stay here if the elf lingers" Kalazar returns his glare to the elf and a fire begins to burn within them. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 04:26 PM | She turns to look at the one dressed in green and smiles, "Greetings m'lord! I pray the day finds you well, and I don't know much about him myself. All I know is that he doesn't seem very grateful for my healing him and now picks a fight with this elven man." Her hair again blows playfully behind her as another breeze drifts through. (ooc: With a Cha of 20 she better be! lol ;) Thanks, I thought she would make a good character!) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 04:27 PM | She looks back to the one seeking the fight, "Please, I invite you to stay. Can't you overcome your past and deal with one elf?" |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 04:33 PM | Kalazar jumps as he notices the new comer. He truns back to Dai'Morra "Do you know of my people Peacfull One? The Fey'ri?" |
| ThePreacher02-04-04, 04:41 PM | ((ooc: Btw.. My char didn't speak yet (Just making sure u understand). And say, did u draw her by yourself?) Whistling and walking in steps which slightly remind dancing, the man in green comes forth and faces the fair lady standing infront of two men who do not seem to be too much fond of each other. "Why what a question? I thought this day was beautiful before I have stumbled upon this place, but now I believe I am the luckiest man alive! May the gods strike me down here and now if I'm lying when I say - You are the fairest lady I have seen in my twenty eight springs!" He bows low before her and makes a gesture with his hand "May I kiss thy lovely hand m'lady?". Strange enough, the newcomer seems to be in complete ignorance to the conflict between the two other men... Infact, he doesn't even seem to have noticed their presence. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 04:46 PM | She shakes her head, "No, I don't believe I do. Peaceful one.. do you call me that?" Dai'Morra smiles at the man, and extends her right hand to him. "You may, good sir. Let me introduce myself, I am Dai'Morra Clayrentha. I am a cleric, fighter, and sorceress descended from the Aasimars and Archon angels. This is my fortress and I welcome you to it." (ooc: I realize that.. she knew sort of what he was thinking ;) And no, I wish I did as its a great picture! :D ) |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 04:56 PM | "My blood is tainted with that of both elf and demon. The elfs of old created my race through evil experiments and torment. My ansesters have been hunting taking revenge on our creators since the begining of our existance. It is in my blood, it is my destiny." |
| ThePreacher02-04-04, 05:00 PM | The man bows and takes her hand, kissing it gently. "I'm stunned by the gentle, soft touch of your skin m'lady... Ahhh.. You must forgive me for my bad manners. I am Sulay Solhon of the Cormyrian forests.. My friends just call me Sulay... You may call me your love sla....errr... hehe..heh... I meant... You can call me as you wish m'lady, I will be honored simply to be adressed by you" He bows again. o O (Damn man... Watch what you're saying! ... Oh help me Tyr... Her legs are so fine! .. Too much bowing man! Too much bowing!) The man seems to drift to someplace deep inside the hostess' eyes, glaring at her most idiotically. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 05:09 PM | She lightly laughs, "It is a pleasure to meet you lord Sulay Solhon of the Cormyrian forests." Gently she retracts her hand back to her side. Dai'Morra turns to Kalazar, "I'm sorry to hear that.." her eyes and expression grow sad. "Let me add that he may have nothing to do with that. Do not let the actions of a handful account for all of the planes. This elf may be different. If you hate him, then why not hate me due to killing the demons in a war long ago?" Her eyes look around, "We must hurry inside..." She turns and runs with a speed that is quite hard to follow save for the blur that she appears to be. Within a few seconds she is standing just on the other side of the draw bridge waiting for them. |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 05:14 PM | Kalazar glances around and follows though at a normal pace. |
| ThePreacher02-04-04, 05:19 PM | "Plea...se... Caalll... mee..ee.. S..sull...ay" The man stands with a wide smile across his face... As if daydreaming he almost falls it seems but then suddenly he snaps out of it and looks around. "Woah!... Man.. That was fast..." He mumbles to himself and then shouts - "Hold on m'lady! I shall follow wherever thou tender steps might lead!" He quickly rushes to the bridge, crossing it with speed. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 05:26 PM | (ooc: I'm assuming the elf follows too... ;) ) She watches as everyone walks in then looks at them, "I will explain later. For now, I think this would be a good time to just get to know each other better and relax as I'm sure your journeys have been long and tiring." She presses a button on the wall and a iron gate slowly creaks down and blocks the passage through the doorway, "I won't draw the bridge just yet, I want to let others know they are still welcome here." Dai'Morra turns around, "Please follow me..." She then proceeds to lead them through a few rooms adorned with armor statues and tapestries on the wall. Soon after walking through a corridor she leads them to a room with 2 red velvet couches, 4 chairs, a small end table at the end of the couch and one beside each chair. A fireplace is on the back wall near a window, a fur rug of a bear lays on the floor, tapestries of nature hanging on the wall, and if they look upwards they can see a large picture of a unicorn grazing in a lush meadow full of flowers and a pond. She sits down on a couch, crosses her left leg over her right and motions for them to sit, "Please have a seat and get comfortable. Do you wish for any food?" |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 05:32 PM | Kalazar looks around stunned by the luxeriy in which the room is adorned. He snaps out of it " No thanks, I'd rather stand" He leans up against the wall and looks down at the floor as if waiting for something. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 05:44 PM | She looks at Kalazar, "I know you don't like being here with the elf, but its a bit cruel to make another pay for other's actions don't you think? By the way, you never told me your name." |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 07:12 PM | "My name is Kalazar, Is there a room where i could be alone breifly?" |
| Weathertop02-04-04, 07:22 PM | As Elór makes his acquaintance with the lady he is rudely interrupted by the elf/demon. The master warrior just looks on as the beast makes his hollow threats. He is greatly impressed with the lady as she quickly moves to defuse the situation, as all this takes place another appears from the woods. The half-elf waits and watches as the newcomer makes his presence known. Finally they are all invited inside and so Elór follows his host as she leads the way, though in a great hurry. _________ Elór Galóldur …Picture (http://a5.cpimg.com/image/BD/A3/29066685-ffae-008000C0-.jpg) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 07:26 PM | She nods to Kalazar, "Of course! Down the hallway to the left are 25 doors. Pick one and it shall be your room for as long as you are here." She turns to the elf and stands up smiling, "I'm sorry we didn't finish our introductions. It seems you know me already. Do you mind telling me how?" |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 07:28 PM | Kalazar nods "thank you" He exits the room and silently makes his way down the hall. |
| Weathertop02-04-04, 07:41 PM | As the half-elf takes in the sights of the room, he once more continues his conversation with Dai'Morra. “Yes m’lady I do know you, not personally of course, but your name and reputation have rippled through the known territories.” Elór then finds a seat and sits. “You have an amazing place here Lady Dai'Morra, very nice indeed.” |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 07:47 PM | She watches Kalazar leave then turns to the elven man, "Well I did not know my reputation was so high." She smiles then sits back down on the velvet couch, crossing her legs the same as before, and then folds her hands in her lap. "Well thank m'lord, it took a year to build this place and its been up for a month now. I am quite pleased with it." She smiles warmly at him. Kalazar will find the bedroom to have a big bed with soft silky white sheets, a cotten rug on the floor beside the bed, a dresser to place his clothes and some already neatly folded within the drawer to fit him, and two other doors. One leads to a bathroom with a bathtub, oils and soaps, green towels, a mirror, and a fur rug beside the tub. The other door leads to a small empty closet. |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 08:03 PM | Kalazar returnes shortly. He has removed all of his adventuring gear, all except one rapier which rest in the ornate scabbard on his right side. He is wearing a balck and deep purple noble outfit. Kalazar bows low "I'm sorry for my absence, i had some buisness to attend to." He turns to the elf "Perhaps we started out on the wrong foot... I am called Kalazar." |
| Weathertop02-04-04, 08:17 PM | Elór stood as Kalazar approached him. “Greetings to you Kalazar, and the past is forgiven.” …but not forgotten …he thought to himself as he reached out a hand toward the elf. “Please join us as we were just discussing the Lady’s fame and such.” He retakes his seat. _________ Elór Galóldur |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 08:22 PM | Kalazar bows slightly and goes and leans against the wall and survays the room in silance waiting for conversation to arise |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 08:22 PM | She smiles to Kalazar, "Any spot you wish..." she looks to the elf, "I'm sorry, but I do not know your name..." |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 08:25 PM | Kalazar nods "Thank you, but im fine standing" |
| Weathertop02-04-04, 08:32 PM | The half-elf jumps to his feet once more… “Oh yes, please forgive my ignorance m’lady, I am Elór Galóldur and my homeland is the Western Kingdom of Landeladar.” He follows up his presentation with a nod of his head as he now makes his official introduction. “…at your service m’lady Clayrentha.” |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 08:37 PM | Kalazar raises his eyebrow "Landeladar? im afraid i am unfamiliar with it... where is it?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 08:39 PM | She smiles, "Quite a pleasure Elór to have you here. Now that I know you, is there anything you two wish to know of me?" She leans back against the couch trying to make herself more comfortable. Her eyes turn to Kalazar as he speak. |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 08:47 PM | Kalazar's eyes again burst into an inner fire. " I was born into slavery in the city of Menzoberanzzan" |
| Weathertop02-04-04, 08:58 PM | The warrior Galóldur smiled to himself as his thoughts drifted to his home, unaware of the elf's outburst... “Ah yes, the Isle of Kelanna and its great lush forests of Landeladar which hold the four Elven Kingdoms. It is an island of nominal size off the southwest coast of Calimshan which puts me a long way from home.” |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-04-04, 09:02 PM | Dai'Morra jumps at the sound of Kalazar's voice, "Please Kalazar.." she stands and walks over to him, "No one is here to harm you, just calm yourself. You are amoung one friend at least, that is me. I am not sure if I can say the same for the others, I hope I can." She lightly pats his arm, "Its alright." Dai'Morra turns to Elór, "Yes, home is a good place to be, though as you can tell, I can't make it back home for a while yet." She then turns around and walks back to the couch to sit down. |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 09:05 PM | Kalazar turns again hostile as he brings back memories of his home. His hand drifts towards his sword and knuckles turn white as he grips the hilt. His grip lessons as Elor speaks. "Hm... i can't say i've heard of Landeladar but i've made many travels to Calimshan. Have you heard of Menzobaranzan?" |
| Terr0rwookie02-04-04, 09:28 PM | {ooc, I have some work to do and my not return tonight.} |
| ThePreacher02-05-04, 08:25 AM | ((ooc: I see the thread drifted on.. sorry, I was busy wit college and work.)) As the lady invites them in and asks them to sit, Sulay looks around and his expression reflects his admiration of the place. "Errr.. I must ask that you forgive me, m'lady, if I don't act on your invitation to sit down in this beautiful furniture.. I'm afraid that if I do, the forest's soil will leave a stain or two.." He smiles slightly and bows. o O (Damn! Beautiful and rich! ... Haaahh.... If only in another time and in another place... I might have thought she was perfect.. Heh.. Well, she almost is..) The man in green seems to drift off again, his gaze set upon the hostess. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 11:08 AM | Dai'Morra looks to Sulay, "Let me fix that for you then..." She places a silver ring on her finger with a few sort of odd symbols on them. She walks over to him and stands in front of him, and places her hand on his shoulder. A wind begins to circle Sulay and fog surrounds him, within a few seconds the fog disappears and the wind dies down leaving Sulay clean of all dirt. "There, you may have a seat now beside me, on the other couch or perhaps a chair. Please do not think just because this place is beautiful that you have to be afraid to ruin furniture. They are easily repaired." |
| ThePreacher02-05-04, 12:19 PM | As the lady of the house nears him and touches his shoulder, the man shudders, and a warm feeling spreads all through his body. He smiles widely. "Aah... You are a most remarkable woman, lady Dai'Morra! And a marvelous user of magic.. We have only just met but I am already fully under your charms... " He smiles again. o O (Someone just shoot me dead, cus my heart has been pierced by her arrow of love, and I'm ready to die a happy man) He smiles and drifts into his world of day dreaming, hosted ofcourse by lady Dai'Morra and her tender care. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 12:26 PM | She smiles at him, "Please sit and be comfortable." Dai'Morra walks over to the couch and has a seat, sitting with one leg under her. "Well, let me thank the three of you for joining me, I do hope that I get more visitors, until then I know we will enjoy ourselves. Tomorrow I do plan to see what each of you have in the way of fighting." She smiles brightly, "By doing so you will fight me, for five minutes. I believe that shall be enough time to see what each of you have." She looks back to Sulay, "Don't be gentle just because I am a woman." She then eyes the others giving them the same nod letting them know not to do the same. "Oh, a feast shall be finished cooking in just a bit. I hope you lall will enjoy it. I had the cook prepare many varities of dishes." |
| ThePreacher02-05-04, 12:58 PM | o O (Maybe if I pretend to be that great ranger... What was his name now... oh yea, that Drizzt fella.. Maybe then I can have her to go on a walk... maybe dinner... mmmm... yea... and maybe then...) Sulay's thoughts are interrupted by the ladies words. "Fight? You? I could never do that m'lady! Please do not ask me such a request, for I am unable to comply." His face expression changes to more serious than usual, though he still keeps smiling. He sits down near the lady and turns to her. "Why would you want us to fight anyone at all? Is this how you enjoy your time most?" He seems to be puzzled by the lady's sudden change of subject. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 01:06 PM | She shakes her head, "No, but there has been word of attack on this fortress, just don't know when. I have a messenger out taking care of the spying at another place far from here. However, if you cannot do it then should I presume that you are not as strong as you look?" She raises her eyebrow at him and smiles a bit playfully. Dai'Morra clears her throat, "It isn't pertinant that you do this, only if you want to. If not then I will be training for part of the day, while you all are free to enjoy your time here as you like. You think of a room that might interest you and I'm sure to have it around this place. I do have a beautiful garden in a special room, I am often there at nights. Its a big room with flowers, a small pond, a running fountain, and of course.. lots of flowers and bushes that grow flowers on them. There is an apple tree in there as well to appease the snacker's appeitite. The room radiates magic as I had a fellow friend make it so that I could have my walks at night amoung the flowers." She smiles, at such a thought. |
| ThePreacher02-05-04, 01:29 PM | "Strong or not.. I do not like to resort to violence..." His smile changes.. Almost fades "Who would have anything against you m'lady? Who would come here in intentions other than of admiration? Tell me please, for I cannot imagine such a horrible being exists" |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-05-04, 03:00 PM | An ethemere, insubstgantial spirit travels at unimaginable speed, and attempts to enter the fortress unnoticed. It meets a passive resistance of power its caller didn't expect, but lacking the option of just leaving, it concentrates its energy, in an attempt to breach the magical wards of this place, and take a peek inside, as instructed. The extraplanar entity is surprised: it was summoned in a relatively trivial way, and really didn't expect such mighty magic to be guarding the place it was sent to scry uppon. Being within the layers of defence, but unable to proceed deeper inside, it is forced to use the remains of its force to cloud itself from being detected, and then dissipates, returning to whatever plane of existance its temporary master drew it from, after sending an small informative sequence into his mind. {{OOC: What deity does Dai'Morra worship, whose cleric is she? My choice of character will depend on that. :smirk:} |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 04:03 PM | Kalazar Looks around, "Maybe you should set up a sentery, some kind of magical alarm maybe?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 04:47 PM | (ooc: She is a cleric of Heironeous :) ) Her eyes look to Dai'Morra looks to Kalazar, "Hmm..? Why do you say that?" She looks curiously at him and moves her leg from beneath her as her leg started to tingle. She looks to the doorway quickly and smiles to someone that can't be seen, "Oh? Yes.. right, right, I shall inform them immediately. Please set out the move the cart out please. Thank you!" Dai'Morra then turns to them smiling and looks back to Kalazar for his reply. |
| ThePreacher02-05-04, 07:24 PM | "You do not answer my question, though you ask us to fight, how is it you think this is logical?" The man in green looks at the hostess, a serious look on his face. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 07:28 PM | (ooc: I started to type it in in the other post just forgot to finish it.. heh.. sorry! ;) ) Dai'Morra walks over to Sulay and smiles, "This we shall defintely discuss over our meal. Now gentlemen, please follow me, feel free to speak while walking, I can do more than one thing at once." She starts to head out of the room at a slow enough pace for the everyon to follow. |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 07:33 PM | Kalazar Follows slowly looking at the varies things adorning the wall |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 08:12 PM | She turns to Kalazar, "Do you like them?" |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 08:34 PM | "Indeed, I havn't seen fortune like this since my first days on the surface...though thats a story for a different time. What is it you said about fighting?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 08:41 PM | She nods, "Yes, there have been talk of attacks on my fortress since I built this place. I fear my powers alone will not withstand such power that comes this way. I need help, yours and the others.." |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 08:44 PM | "Is there a place where I may train? I fear I am still a little weak from my last battle" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 08:50 PM | She nods, "Yes, do you think I would forget such a room? What kind of training room are you thinking of such as a magic one, sword training, or some other type?" |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 08:52 PM | "A swordtraining room, i've never found much use for magic personally, I also require a place where i may meditate... so what sort of things have been making these attacks?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 09:04 PM | "I do have one of those Kalazar, would you like me to show you to it after the feast? As far as the beasts wanting to attack, I don't know really. I've seen them from the corner of my eyes while outside but that is all. Right now I think they are spying and seeing what is going on over here before they make their moves." |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 09:08 PM | Kalazar's hand absently makes it's way towards his stumach. "A feast? that would be grand. I havn't eaten for a couple of days...." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-05-04, 09:11 PM | She smiles, "Didn't you know that's where we are headed?" She smiles brightly, "Well you'll be pleased with the cook's cooking and the amount of food." |
| Terr0rwookie02-05-04, 09:13 PM | "You are quite cheerfull for someone who fears attack. Do you not fear these unseen enemy?" |
| ThePreacher02-06-04, 03:06 AM | Sulay follows slowly after the others, pondering on the sudden change of events. o O (Damn.. Why do they always have to spoil the moment?! Don't they know I'm the one for loving and not for fighting? Bahhh... It's always the same, they always fall for the mascular hero guy.. While the really good one is left behind.. What a shame! What a waste!) He nods to himself, seemingly unpleased with the situation and follows down the hallways. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-06-04, 10:36 AM | "I am cheerful on the outside friend, on the inside I fear I am quite a mess. I do not want you to worry and begin fretting as much as I." She turns to look at Elór and Sulay to make sure they are still following. Dai'Morra notices Sulay's expression and slows down so that she walks beside him now. "Sulay, what troubles you?" |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-06-04, 01:53 PM | Before the cormyrian has time to respond {though it doesn't nessecerily prevent him from responding}, he hears a voice in his mind. The voice's tone is polite, almost apologizing, and is pleasant almost to the point of becoming annoying. Such a voice could belong to a studious, unsocial gentleman with weak and complexed psych, or to an entity so alien and powrfull that it tries not to scare its test-subjects off, and thus looks for the most unintimidating form of comunication. ~ Dearest master Solhon, thy idea of burrowing the name and reputation of Drizzt is nearly as brilliant as the pure goal of love, for which thy mind brewed it! Yet, bringing this idea into practice would be rather hard, as neither the subject's appearance and voice, nor the more thorough knowlege of his habbits and memories are, sadly, found within thy posession. I howver, burn with readyness to assist in this venture of thine, by granting thee all thou misseth, sans exact likeness of our subject, and any relevant knowlege my own mind humbly contains... which, i may add, is more than master Drizzt had ever known of himself. Having such a minor aid from my side, and thus putting on for a while the mask of Drizzt, thou would achieve other benefits, in addition to the increaced chance of thy celestial love to return thy affection: Drizzt, in his time, escaped the city of Menzobaranzan, much like did our fellow Kalazar - yes, i understand thy genious-planned intrigue - increacing the comradrie betuin the two of you will be yet another glorious {if mundane at first glance} goal achieved by thee! The inner voice stops at this excited note, as if waiting fro Sulay's thoughts to either accept his offered assistance or decline it. It sounded very inthusiastic, apparently seriously meaning all of its words, however exaggerated they may sound to a normal person. The voice also sounded disturbingly inspiring, as if its own enthusiasm was something contageous, that would require a motion of will to resist... but would resisting it even be nessecery? The voice's own desire to help could b felt even now, while it was silently waiting for the archer to make his decision. |
| ThePreacher02-06-04, 03:43 PM | "M'lady I am thin..." Sulay's lips stop moving in the middle of a reply, his eye brows curve up and his expression turns from concentrated to surprised, and then to concentrated again. A voice echoes inside his head, uninvited, unwanted, and on top of all that - the timing couldn't be worse. Sulay hesitates for about ten seconds, listening to the thoughts appearing unwillingly in his mind, first curious and then irritated by the alien presence. He rubs his right eyebrow, as if chasing away a local pain and then speaks. "M'lady... I.. I was just thinking why would anyone attack your home - You did not answer my question when I first asked you." He keeps walking, as if nothing happened, by the side of the hostess. o O (Damn mushrooms... I knew I shouldn't have left them in that marinade for too long! Bahhh.. I just hope I don't start hallucinating next). |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-06-04, 04:08 PM | Dai'Morra watches his facial expressions with an odd one of her own, then smiles knowing what might help ease his mind. She gently grabs ahold of Sulay's arm with a smile, holding firmly to his arm so her hands won't slip. "This is not my home Sulay, my home is back in Wakenia, though I was asked by the king to leave. He knew my heart was set on adventures not staying in one spot all my life. I opened this fortress many years later in hopes of helping the less powerful and perhaps offering a few shelter. Also, I wanted to draw the powerful into one place so that we could relax and relish in each other's stories. I do not know the attackers or why they wanted to attack my fortress. That is why I sent out my messenger." |
| ThePreacher02-06-04, 05:29 PM | If sulay was made of butter, he would have melted on the spot. The mistress' touch sent a warm current throughout his body, making it hard for him to even stand. o O (Ghaaa... Get ahold of yourself man! She can sense your tension! Bahh.. Slap ... Slap... Slap... hmmm... inner-self-slap not working...) The ranger just smiled ... and then he smiled some more... then he remembered he should say something... Then before saying something he smiled again. "Well.. It might be that gathering all the powerful and sexeee... aaa... I mean beautiful would draw the attention of unfriendly eyes... M'lady" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-06-04, 05:37 PM | She smiles again, "Perhaps, whether one is beautiful or not shouldn't have to do with much, so I doubt that m'lord Sulay." Dai'Morra starts to grin, "Relax m'lord, I do not wish to harm you, why are you so tense?" |
| ThePreacher02-06-04, 06:08 PM | "Tense? Me? haha... Me, I'm on the peak of relaxation dear Dai'Morra.. hehe..." Sulay smiled and coninued to walk... An action which did not come without effort. o O (Yep! Peak of relaxation... Yep yep yep.... Bahhh!!! And I'm about to drop from a very high peak just about any minute now... ghaa...) He smiled again. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-06-04, 06:41 PM | She smirks at his words and was about to say something until she stops, "Well here we are!" Dai'Morra opens a door to a very, very large room with 10 round tables that could easily sit 8 people and one long rectangle that could fit 12. A circle table was prepared for them. It had a plate, golden goblet one of them with jewels (which was made obvious for where Dai'Morra was suppose to sit), eating utensils, and napkins. A silver cart is beside the table with different bottles and pitches of drinks (name one and its there except any kind of blood). She makes a sweeping motion and smiles, "Here you are gentleman, our servers shall be out soon." |
| Rólemäncer02-06-04, 11:04 PM | As those inside the fortress enjoy good company and food, outside near the edge of the wood stands a stranger. An older gentleman adorned in battle worn leather armor, his shoulders supporting a torn black cloak. He pauses a moment looking to the stone structure as the wind whips the cape behind him. Dedham’s eyes then drift down to his companion, a large grey wolf… “That’s odd my friend, I don’t seem to remember this construction being here when we last passed through this province.” He looks back up at the brown stone work as the wolf speaks to him telepathically. Yes it seems to be new, for I am sure this is the trail heading to Grand Fork. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 01:01 AM | Dai'Morra looks around and then pauses looking at a wall, "Hmm... Excuse me gentlemen..." she curtsies to them, "I must go see to something. I shall return soon, if not then come looking for me!" She smiles and disappears. Dai'Morra's figure slowly comes together on the drawbridge and she faces toward the stranger. The wind whipping her hair around as she stands and waits for the new commer to approach the fortress, if this was his destination, if not then she would watch him pass. On her face she holds a friendly expression that she hopes would make him feel welcome. {ooc: Something I should point out, at any time you may take over the seen servants and if your character can sense them, the unseen ones too. Any NPC's like the servants or messengers you are quite welcome to take over; unless it is for something that is really important i.e. killing someone or the like. I don't have an OOC for this board, if you would like one, please let me know!} |
| Weathertop02-07-04, 04:48 PM | Elór gladly enters the magnificent dining hall and seats himself. As he awaits the servants, aroma’s of many exotic dishes fill the air. The half-elf looks upon the table of refreshments as he reaches for a goblet of wine. “I’m guessing you have Saerloonian Glowfire…” He lifts the finely detailed chalice to his mouth and takes a sip. “Ah yes…the finest I’ve ever tasted.” _________ Elór Galóldur …Picture (http://a5.cpimg.com/image/BD/A3/29066685-ffae-008000C0-.jpg) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 04:53 PM | Soon servants began to bring out covered dishes containing different kinds of meats, vegetables, soups, breads, and pastries. They uncovered them upon sitting them on the table, they bowed to the vistors and then walked back to the kitchen. |
| Weathertop02-07-04, 05:21 PM | "Ah the food very good." Elór thanks the servants as he studies the various selections. _________ Elór Galóldur |
| Rólemäncer02-07-04, 05:23 PM | The traveler looks on as a lone figure comes into view. He concentrates his focus enough to make out a woman standing just outside the portcullis as the breeze tosses her hair about. Dedham steps from the tree line into the tall grass and stops. “Perhaps I should introduce myself to our new neighbor, stick close by Tärk I shouldn’t be long.” With that he left the grey wolf behind and approached the fortress and the mysterious woman. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 05:27 PM | Dai'Morra watches as the man approaches her and she keeps her smile on her face, her arms hanging gently at her sides though she nows clasps her hands together infront of her. |
| Rólemäncer02-07-04, 06:07 PM | The stranger approaches the drawbridge. “Good day my lady, I am Dedham Wynkoop of the village Grand Fork…and a Ranger of these great woodlands. I’ve been away for some time and now returning.” The Ranger looks up at the impressive stone work. “…and I couldn’t help but notice your mighty fortress.” |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 06:14 PM | She nods, "I am Dai'Morra Clayrentha, the owner of this fortress. I am from Wakenia, one of the few celestial cities on this plane. I was born of an Aasimar and an Archon Angel. It is a pleasure to meet you, my friends and I were about to sit and feast, I implore you to join us and stay to rest your tired feet. I couldn't help but notice you had another with you, may I ask where it is?" |
| Rólemäncer02-07-04, 06:48 PM | The Ranger’s face flashes a bit surprised. “Well met Lady Clayrentha, it’s not everyday you meet one that carries the blood of a celestial.” In answer to Dai'Morra’s query Dedham turns toward the trees. “Yes my animal companion.” …turning back to the lady. “He truly is much more though then that simple explanation states, he is a great friend and ally and helps me from that premise alone not through any coercion of my doing.” |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 06:51 PM | She smiles, "Oh, you are welcome to bring your companion in with you. I do ask that we not linger out here for long friend, please join me.." |
| Rólemäncer02-07-04, 08:45 PM | Dedham turns once more toward the tree line, placing two fingers between his lips the Ranger lets out a loud whistle. Off in the distance you can see the wolf trotting in. “Thank you my lady ...how could I ever deny a request from such a gracious host, my friend will be here shortly and we will join your feast” |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 10:31 PM | Dai'Morra smiles and turns around, she makes a lifting motion with her hand and the iron gate lifts up that had blocked the door way. "You are quite welcome! I am most grateful for you stopping by, I hope you like it while you stay." She turns to him, "Please follow me and I'll show you inside." Dai'Morra slowly starts to walk toward the fortress's main doors and after Dedham's companion walks past the doorway to the drawbridge the iron gate lowers itself back down quickly. |
| Lord Tarran02-07-04, 10:55 PM | Suddenly, a bear-sized wolf comes over the drawbridge, curling up at Dai'morra's feet. He glances around, with a "Tell me what's going on" look on his canine face. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 11:00 PM | She stops seeing the figure at her feet and then kneels down, petting it gently, "Greetings! Welcome to my fortress!" |
| Lord Tarran02-07-04, 11:10 PM | The wolf relaxes, very happy to have his ears scratched. His silver fur pulses with physical power, beauty, and magic. His piercing blue eyes are filled with intelligence and wisdom. He once again gives an asking glance, wanting to know what is up. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-07-04, 11:13 PM | "I don't know what your asking of me by that look, cannot you not speak my friendly one?" She pets him on his back then retracts her hand. |
| Lord Tarran02-07-04, 11:56 PM | I suppose. He says into her mind. He continues: What's happening in this neck of the woods? I heard that you were won to fight for good. I'm willing to join. How may I help? |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 12:00 AM | She stands speaking outloud to him, "Oh, well, there is word of attack on my fortress and I am seeking others to join by my side and help me. I await more news of my enemy from my messenger. Forgive me, I am Dai'Morra Clayrentha born of Aasimar and Archon Angel." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 12:18 AM | The wolf continues again in thought speech, smiling in that canine way. Well met, Lady Clayrentha. I am Tarran, just plain Tarran. Just a wandering good werewolf with the ability to take direwolf form and absorb those slain powers and... ((He continues, but you know all about Veran, Dai'morra.)) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 01:41 AM | (ooc: Yes and I'll just weave it into this one if you don't mind.. ;) ) She nods, "Yes, I have heard of your kind before and quite a noble one at that offering guardianship." She smiles and then looks to Dedham and his companion, "Well, let us head inside and join the others in their feasting." Dai'Morra begins to walk inside the fortress's doors, leading them through hallways that have tapestries on the wall ranging from nature scenes to scenes of particular people. Every once in a while they walk past decorative metal suits on stands. |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 01:51 AM | The wolf gladly tromps along at Dai'Morra's side, looking considerably smaller than he had been. |
| Rólemäncer02-08-04, 07:03 AM | The Ranger is a bit puzzled at the sight of this strange wolf. As they follow along he can’t help but think to himself how out in the wilds he would have surely slain such a creature. Just then Tärk’s thoughts enter his mind. What an abomination! Their kind are a menacing blotch among wolves I say! Dedham can hear a bit of a growl coming from his companion as they continue down the decorative corridor. |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 10:16 AM | The wolf glances at the ranger, before taking a human form. He is a tall man, well built, with blond hair. His clothes are simple, nothing but a kukri dagger and a flute at his side. He pulses with druidic magic. He grins, turning to the ranger. Careful what you allow to surface in your thoughts, my friend. You scent betrays you. Yes, I am a werewolf, but no ordinary werewolf, but a Veran. We are guardians of the natural world, gifted by Gaia with greater abilities in fighting the evil supernatural. He sticks out his hand in friendship, gazing down and the ranger's animal companion with a smile. I'm Tarran. I'd like to be your friend. You are...? |
| Rólemäncer02-08-04, 12:56 PM | “Easy now Tärk we are quests here.” The Ranger spoke softly to his friend then quickly halted his step as the wolf transformed into a human. As the blond haired fellow approached, Dedham looked on with interest as his thoughts wandered. He was brought back as Tarran reached out a hand asking his name. “I am Dedham Wynkoop, Ranger from Grand Fork… it seems a lot has changed since I left my homeland a year past.” He reaches out a hand. “Please accept my apology for our rush to judgment; it seems the world is changing faster than one can keep up with these days.” |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 01:21 PM | A winged legion lands, and passes out from pain. She awakes later still lying near this fortress. "Ixidor, I have avenged your death." The Legions wings are damaged, and her limbs have been severed from the battle from which she came. She drags herself further to the fortress, "I must find help." She attempts to communicate to annyone she can through telapathy in the fortress. Please help..... OCC: Maybe this will clarify a few things about my character Akroma -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quick Status — Akroma Birthplace Continent of Otaria Born 4306 AR (Argivian Reckoning) Died 4306 AR Lifeform Type Angel Written by member Evercursed When some people think of angels, they think of holy manifestations of light and purity, made in Serra’s Realm during its creation. Others think of them as benevolent guardians who were made to serve and protect. However, of all the angels in the long history of the multiverse, few have been as feared and revered as the tyrant Akroma. Akroma was dreamed into existence by Ixidor, the master illusionist, that was exiled from Aphetto after the death of his love Nivea. Driven mad from her death and his banishment into the desert, Ixidor unlocked his hidden powers a being of immense power. The angel Akroma was made from Ixidor’s arm, becoming in essence a loyal part of her creator. She was his protector and would carry out his agendas to the ends of Dominaria. One of her first tasks was to avenge her creator by eradicating the source of his sorrows, the one woman who took away his love and was an instrumental part in his exile from Aphetto. That woman was Phage. "Until the world unites in vengeful fury and Phage is destroyed, I will not stay my hand." Almost immediately, Akroma made her way to the area south of Aphetto, where celebrations were taking place due to the recent completion of the Grand Coliseum. In the arena itself, the pit fights were taking place with a spectacular match between Phage and her brother, the barbarian Kamahl. As the fight raged on, Akroma knew that her hopes of Phage dying in combat were coming to an end. Apparently, Kamahl would neither hurt nor kill his fallen sister in the hopes that she would see the error of her ways and convert back to her old self. That meant Akroma must kill Phage with her own hands. As Akroma landed in the arena, the noise died down. Phage and Kamahl stopped fighting and turned to face the newcomer. To Akroma, it seemed that the fight lasted hours on end. She fought valiantly and with all her skill but the combined forces of Kamahl and Phage proved too much. She managed escaped but not before both of her legs were torn off her body. In great pain, Akroma flew to Ixidor, the only person who could have helped her. Upon her arrival in Locus, Ixidor revealed that he would use a grafting process inspired by the ancient Phyrexians to replace her legs. The new legs would increase her strength greatly. However, to begin the process, Akroma needed to find a supplicant for the legs. To do this, Ixidor had the perfect answer. Using his great powers, Ixidor dreamed a jaguar into existence and then killed it. Taking its legs, Ixidor imagined Akroma to be whole and healthy. When he opened his eyes, Akroma's legs were replaced by those of the jaguar, making her in effect a centaur-angel. Akroma was as good as new and filled with a new vigor. After Akroma told her creator about the events of her last encounter with Phage, he informed her that an attack on Topos was inevitable. Already, the forces of Krosa and the Cabal had started to form an alliance and they would attack in a matter of weeks. Immediately, Ixidor started the building of an army to defend his land. He created hundreds and thousands of strange creatures. To provide reconnaissance, he created thousands of small beings that could allow him access to the thoughts of anyone they entered. To further strengthen his borders, he created creatures of light, which would make the fears of whomever they entered into a reality. If his plans should go to ruin, Ixidor made several shadows of himself, which he called unmen, which would allow him instant escape, should his armies fail. With these preparations Ixidor felt Topos was well prepared for the assault. "It is from Phage that this evil springs, and to her it shall return." The attack came sooner than expected and Akroma was surprised to see that while the armies of Krosa and the Cabal were marching towards Topos, they were accompanied by the rich spectators from the Grand Coliseum. Clearly, the Cabal had decided that the battle was going to be a spectacle rather a fight for vengeance. That kind of decadence would not be allowed in Topos. The combined armies of Krosa and the Cabal converged on the border of Ixidor’s land and almost instantaneously, an image of Ixidor appeared, ordering them to turn back. However, it was too late. The ruse had already worked. During that time, the small creatures had already infested the armies, broadcasting the thoughts of the men and beasts to Ixidor. As Ixidor discerned the thoughts of his enemies, he sent wave two to battle the enemy. As the creatures charged into battle, they instantly took the forms of whatever they touched, causing confusion in the ranks of the enemy. While the soldiers fought the stra! nge copies of themselves, they struggled to advance through the pile of bodies and the remains of the destroyed copies. As the battered remnants of the Krosan and Cabal forces advanced, they found themselves barred by walls made of lapses in time and temporal energy. That was when Ixidor released his last and most devastating wave of the "light" creatures. As Akroma flew towards Phage to engage her enemy in combat, she saw one of the light creatures enter her. The result was instantaneous. Within moments, the ground around Phage exploded as each person she had ever killed were reincarnated as hundreds of massive deathwurms that spread death and destruction around the battlefield. Akroma watched helplessly as a deathwurm swallowed her creator Ixidor and escaped before she could slay it. The combined forces of Krosa and Cabal fled. The Patriarch’s gamble had lost them the day. Soon afterwards, the deathwurms disappeared back to Phage's body, leaving Akroma alone in the! midst of a ruined Topos. Phage and Kamahl had fled the battlefield and Ixidor was assumed dead. Akroma was devastated. Her "god" had been defeated and her armies were ruined. However, she was determined to avenge Ixidor and keep his dreams. Within a month, Akroma had the Southern Order bowing to her. Using her angelic and heavenly appearance, she turned the natives of the surrounding lands to her cause. Thousands joined her side through her promises of hope and honour. One of them was Braids, the Cabal Patriarch's chief servant. Akroma had found the Cabal minion cowering in the undergrowth of Krosa after the battle in Topos, now dubbed the Nightmare War. Seeing Braids as a potential weapon to use against the Cabal Patriarch, Akroma healed all of Braid’s wounds and transformed her into a happy devotee of Ixidor. Though she was pleased with the developments in Locus, Akroma still bore her rage on the Unmen that Ixidor had created. They had abandoned their mast! er in his time of need and two of the Unmen had fled in order to escape her vengeance and find bodies of their own. She had hoped to gain revenge on Ixidor's behalf and granted another Unman intelligence. She dubbed the creature "Umbra" and gave him the task of finding the other two traitors. For now, she was content to wait while her ever-growing army continued to expand. "I’ll devise a fitting fate for those theocides." In the Stubble Fields of Topos, Akroma found that her soldiers had filled some of the holes that had formed during the deathwurms' escape. She had a suspicion that maybe the deathwurm that had swallowed Ixidor was hiding inside one of the holes. As she flew into the hole, she smelled the essence of the wurm but found nothing else. In disappointment she left the fields and commanded her soldiers to fill up the holes. Weeks later, she received a very interesting message. Apparently, some of the survivors of the Nightmare War had found a city and had begun to inhabit it, naming it "Sanctum". Lead by Zagorka, once second to Phage, the Sanctum had been receiving numerous visitors over the past months. One of these visitors was her hated nemesis Phage, who had apparently denounced the Cabal. However, Akroma was not fooled. As she had learned from Braids earlier, The Patriarch had intended to use Phage as a vessel to conceive his god Kuberr in human form. Armed with the ! knowledge, she flew to the Sanctum in order to confront Phage. Upon her arrival, things were not as she expected. As her rival came onto the battlements, Akroma was somewhat amazed that Phage claimed that this would not be a war of swords but a war of words. Before she departed, Akroma spoke two words: Virot Maglan, the true name of the Cabal Patriarch. On her return to Locus, she discovered an assassination attempt by Stonebrow, one of Zagorka’s centaur generals. However, before he could strike Akroma, one of Ixidor’s creatures converted him to her cause. Not deluded by Stonebrow’s attempts, she invited some distant nobles to dine with her in order to obtain help in her holy war against Phage. Stonebrow was made as a humble carrying mule for the occasion and the guests appeared to be having a good time. Just as everything seemed to be going to plan, her chief advisor Aioue rushed in, telling her that her guest’s shoes had disappeared. As she went to investigate, she noticed a portal where the shoes used to be. It seemed that the portal lead to the deathwurm. Without giving a second thought, she jumped into the box to confront her master. "The deathwurm is down there, so is our lord Ixidor." A swirl of colours greeted her eyes as she traveled into the portal and the next thing she knew was that she was face to face with the deathwurm, which ate her master. With blood rising in her veins, Akroma attacked the deathwurm in an attempt to wound or kill the creature. But all her efforts were in vain as the wurm’s thick hide absorbed most of the damage. In the end, it was only size that mattered and the deathwurm swallowed her in one gulp. The inside of the deathwurm was a terrible place to behold. The pulsing walls of purplish flesh and the hot air that constantly vented from the great lungs of the creature made it difficult to navigate. In addition, the acidic body fluids of the great Wurm attacked her feet and caused great pain. After a long and tiresome search, Akroma finally found the crouched form of Ixidor with the glimmering form of a woman that looked like herself. She tried to converse with Ixidor but it was no use. He wallowed in grief and wished to remain with the spirit of Nivea. Akroma obliged to his wishes and she departed. "I will return for you." Akroma finally emerged the shoebox portal after a month. The acidic fluids from the Wurm managed to dissolve her feet, leaving her helpless and greatly weakened. Just as she was going to pass out from the pain, she heard the voice of her enemy. Phage had arrived at Locus. However, as Phage closed in for the kill and Akroma noticed that her belly was greatly swollen. However, before Phage came into contact with Akroma, the converted Stonebrow aimed a blow at Phage. Instead of killing the minion, the blow was deflected by a hard object that seemed to originate from Phage’s belly. Soon afterwards, Stonebrow and Phage both fled Locus, leaving Akroma to begin her healing process. Months soon passed and Akroma’s spies had reported that strange events were happening in the Sanctum. With her healing processes complete and blades replacing her feet, Akroma began the move into the Sanctum with her army, which consisted of the Southern Order and various other nations that joined her cause. If attacked, the Sanctum was not going to last the week. On her way to the Sanctum, she was greeted by the three shadowy forms of the Unmen. During their travels, the Unmen had searched for ways to obtain bodies. They had tried almost everything and now requested bodies from her to be given to them out of her mercy. Akroma used her potent magic to grant bodies to the two traitors who had abandoned Ixidor at the conclusion of the Nightmare War. She had plans of her own. Once the unmen had physical forms, they could be killed. Before she could put her plan into operation, Umbra, the third Unman realized something was wrong and sacrificed himself so that his two companions could escape. Akroma’s lance swished through empty air, her plans thwarted by the sacrifice of the Unman. Nevertheless, there was no time to look for the two so she continued on her way to the Sanctum. Within days, she arrived and she was surprised that the glyphs and statues seemed become sentient and welcomed her arrival. Upon closer inspection, the glyphs directed her to a dome in the middle of the city. Eventually, she made it onto the top of the dome and there, her rival, Phage, confronted her. The two enemies spent little time conversing and before long, a fight broke out, with the two women trading blows with each other. "I can do anything I want to you. I am good and you are evil. Is it wrong to torture Torment? Is it wrong to kill Death? As the fight intensified, Akroma saw the hulking form of Kamahl wielding the Soul Reaper, the axe identical to the one Stonebrow had used on Phage. Just as Kamahl swung his axe at them, Akroma noticed the form of Zagorka jumping from one of the surrounding towers into the dome. The Soul Reaper sliced through all three women, killing them almost instantaneously. As the explosion that was triggered by the impact engulfed her body in a blinding light, Akroma finally died in peace, knowing that Ixidor had been avenged at last. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 02:40 PM | Just as she lead Dedham and his companion and Tarran to the dining hall, she stopped. "Please gentleman go have a seat and be merry with the others. Eat all that you wish and drink to your fill." She smiles at them then nods, "I shall be back." With that she disappeared and then reappeared where the angel had fallen outside of her fortress. She kneels down looking her over, "Be still and I will see what I can do for you." Dai'Morra begins to look over her body and check all the wounds on her before coming to the conclusion of what needed to be done to her. |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 03:17 PM | The werewolf smiled again. I'm probably not from your world, my friend. I'm, a traveler, if you will. My species is from a far, out of the way, Prime, but I needed to travel the multiverse. A concerned look comes over his face, as he too teleports out, and next ot the fallen angel. What happened to her Dai'Morra? The wolf placed a hand on the angel's temple, finding a pulse was still present, and letting a small amout of healing magic into her. He shakes his head, muttering "I should have prepared regenerate today." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 03:34 PM | She turns to look at Tarran, "I'm not sure what happened, but do you think you could carry her?" |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 03:40 PM | The werewolf doesn't speak, as he lifts the angel up, cradling her as he chants something in druidic. Healing blue light pulsates from him, as he walks towards the door. He stops chanting, glancing back at Dai'Morra. It seems, that I gravitate towards those with celestial blood in need. ((OOC: Think about it. When ever I use Tarran as my RP, I'm befriend a celestial. Is that scary or what?)) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 03:51 PM | Dai'Morra half smiles, "Perhaps it is your destiny Tarran." |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-08-04, 06:05 PM | As if to confirm Sulay's fear of halucinations, the voice returns, about the same time when the fortress' minstress and her newly-gained veran ally retuned to the front. ~ Though i am no factor when compared to thee, or to these other gentlemen, not to mention the angel who carves her nest within thy heart, i do belive i owe my existance to something more respectable than spoiled foods, my Lord Solhon... The voice sounds somwhat hurt now, much like a butler who had been frowned uppon by his master, after the latter's mood was soured by an ungratifying day. ~ If it is my overwordedness that upsets thee so, as to imply i am but a byproduct of thy briliant mind, i pray thee, to command, and i shalt provide thee with the ye i have offered at this very instant! My sorrow to waste thy time in speach is deep, yet i dare not act without thy order; a single thought of aprovance, and i shall undelayingly supply thee all thou deserveth. The voice sounds even more eager to please. It still bears no similarity with any of the voices belonging to the few guests and the many servants of Dai'Morra's fortress. |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 06:48 PM | Akroma begins to awaken, "Kamahl...., and the soul reaper." She holds out her hands, and an angelic dager appears. The dagger begins to change, of that of a staff, but then takes on the appearence of a reaper. She begins to faint from the pain, and the reaper falls from her hand. The Soul Reaper sliced through all three women, killing them almost instantaneously. As the explosion that was triggered by the impact engulfed her body in a blinding light. |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 06:58 PM | Don't touch that axe! Tarran roars. It defiles the air around it as evil. Suddenly, a light bulb goes off in Tarran's head. He takes his dagger, and cuts his arm. He holds it to the angels mouth. Drink, He orders. He is not worried about passing on his lycanthropy. He can only pass it when he wants too. Upon drinking, the angel begins to regenerate. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 07:17 PM | The front doors of the Fortress were thrown open wide, and into the entranceway came an elven mage. "My love, my sweet, I am summoned hence!" he cried, his elven voice ringing through the halls. The high mage was clad in a gleaming chainmail of silvery-white links; at his hip, an elven moonblade was held in place by a worn belt. His one blue and one gray eye sparkled slightly as he looked about for the one called Dai'Morra. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 07:21 PM | Dai'Morra feels another entering the fotress as she stands outside with Tarran and the angel. "No.. I must keep my mind on the matters at hand..." She looks to Tarran, "You realize the consequences from this?" |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 07:25 PM | He shakes his head. He looks confused. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 07:29 PM | Aravilar began to wander the Fortress, stopping every now and again to gaze upon a tapestry or artwork. Eventually, he became slightly annoyed. "My lady, where are you?" he called. "Oh, by the gods, this is pointless." Aravilar raised a hand, and a small globe of light appeared. "Find my sweet," Aravilar commanded. The globe sped off, arriving near Dai'Morra, sparkling serenely. It flashed blue slightly, and Aravilar said, "Ah." The form of the archwizard appeared next to Dai'Morra. "My love, I was beginning to worry!" he exclaimed, but as he looked around, he noticed several more people around. One man was holding a bleeding arm to the lips of a celestial; Aravilar raised an eyebrow. "Pray tell, my dove, what are the goings-on of the Fortress these days? It seems somethings have changed since I left..." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 07:32 PM | May I ask who this star crossed mage is? More importantly, what this angel and what I did. What's going on here! He looks extremely confused. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 07:38 PM | Dai'Morra seemed very happy at the sight of Aravilar, "Dear Aravilar!" She grins, "Yes lots has happened," her voice lowers and her smile fades, "Please, I'll answer questions later, we must get inside, I dare not linger out here! Tarran please carry her inside.." She looks up to Aravilar's eyes with great concern in her eyes then turns and heads for the fortress. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 07:45 PM | Aravilar looked quite concerned as he put an arm about Dai'Morra's waist, leading her back inside. "My sweet, what troubles you?" he asked. Aravilar opened the door to the inside with a glance, ushering his love and the rest of the people inside. When all were in, he shut the door behind them before lightly kissing Dai'Morra's lips. "My love, what ails you?" he asked, brushing her hair back with his fingers. |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 07:55 PM | The werewolf comes out of confusion. Do you fail to notice the dieing angel in my arms, elf? |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 07:55 PM | Akromas eyes begin to open. Her eyes begin to glow a bright blue as she stares at the creature carrying her "you musent do this." She looks at the reaper laying on the ground emmiting energy, "I was distracted by Zagorka, what was he doing?" She gestures toward the Soul Reaper laying on the ground, and her eyes begin to glow brighter as a grim expression appears on her face. "Hand me the reaper." "I can do anything I want to you. I am good and you are evil. Is it wrong to torture torment? Is it wrong to kill death? |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 07:58 PM | She frowns at him, "I take it you haven't heard of the words of attack on this fortress?" Her eyes look to Tarran and then to the angel. Dai'Morra's eyes study them. She then turns to Ava, "Would you please lead them to a bedroom so that we may let the angel rest. I think Tarran has helped her a good deal, she just needs rest. Then if you don't mind, show him the way to the dining hall where I will be waiting." Her smile brightens as she looks at Aravilar, "I'm glad to have you back here... with me." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 07:59 PM | ignore ;) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 08:02 PM | |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 08:06 PM | Aravilar's eyes flashed in surprise. "I have not heard this matter!" He bowed and said, "Come with me, I will show you to a room." Aravilar led the angel and the werewolf to a bedroom, opening the door. "Rest now, angel. Life will hold you in its gaze again." Aravilar turned to lead Tarran to the dining hall. "It has been so long," Aravilar began to explain, "since I have seen my love... it has been years since I last saw her, and I did not know she loved me until recently! I return to find her... troubled!" Aravilar frowned and said, "I long to be with her again--make haste!" he added to Tarran as they reached the dining hall. When they entered, Aravilar exclaimed, "My sweet, my dove!" He walked quickly to Dai'Morra, picking her up off her feet and twirling her around before setting her back down. "What ails you so?" |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 08:12 PM | Akroma directs her attention to the elf, and the woman. "The reaper will not harm you if controlled, I must not leave it behind in fear that someone will take it. She then looks at the creature carrying her, "thank you." "Until the world unites in vengeful fury and Phage is destroyed, I will not stay my hand." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 08:20 PM | The werewolf takes the axe, touching it with the tip of his kukri. It disappears. To the angel he says. The axe is hidden away. Now you rest in here. Send to me telepathically if you need me. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 08:21 PM | When the angel spoke of her reaper she nods, "I shall get it for you." She disappears then reappears with it and gently hands it to the angel. Dai'Morra then heads off for the dining hall. Dai'Morra's features brighten as Aravilar twirls her around, "Lets not worry about ailments now while we feast Aravilar. Let me introduce you to everyone Aravilar." She looks to everyone, "Alright, my guests here include Kalazar, Elór, Dedham and his companion, Sulay, and Tarran (if he follows Aravilar into the dining hall). And guys I'd like you to meet Aravilar..." She lightly squeezes Ava's hand when she spoke of him. Suddenly she turns around and starts speaking to air, or so it looks. "You have word from my messenger! This is good news!" She pauses for a moment then the smile she had fades, "No...." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 08:26 PM | "A pleasure to meet all of you..." Aravilar began. Aravilar frowned as Dai'Morra spoke the word "no". "Why doth your messenger lie hidden?" he asked, moving slightly closer to her. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 08:33 PM | She looks up to Aravilar, "I had a permanent invisibility spell put on him and few other workers here at the fortress, and this one is mute so he only speaks into the mind." Again she grows quiet, "That is horrible!" Her aura radiates anger and rage, "They will not live for long if I can help it! Their deeds must be returned so that they may feel what it is like!" |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 08:36 PM | "What is the matter, my sweet? I've never seen you so angered..." Aravilar's eyes glowed a dim blue, holding Dai'Morra close to him. "Tell me, what troubles you so?" |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 08:36 PM | "I will do so...." As she lays on the bed she examins the room, "I hope this will be a safe refuge." She then wipes her blood stained lips, "they welcome me with such caring, but are in haste to leave." Her wings begin to heal, and her limbs are restored, " Quite the healer the wearwolf appears to be." "It is from Phage that this evil springs, and to her it shall return." OCC: heh.Im a bit confused, now who takes the Soul Reaper....*blink* |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 08:37 PM | Is there fighting that needs doing? My fangs ache for some battle. ((Me. Tarran sent it back to his vault for lack of a better word, that can only be accessed through his dagger, by him. It will be safest there.)) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 08:37 PM | Originally posted by Shadow19905 OCC: heh.Im a bit confused, now who takes the Soul Reaper....*blink* {ooc: For simplicity we'll say Tarran since he posted first. ;) } |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 08:43 PM | She looks to Aravilar and then to Tarran, "It seems our battle will be starting within a fortnight from now... My messenger was tortured by demon women with whips while being chained on a spinning wheel. He was healed after 5 minutes of torture then the process started over again until my messenger spoke of what he knew of this place. The enemies are preparing for a battle and I suggest we soon look to training and plans of attack." She sighs heavily burrying her face within Aravilar's chest mumbling, "We can't be ready by then!" |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 08:53 PM | Aravilar held Dai'Morra tightly to him. "I am here now; do not worry," he explained. "In truth, we do not have the luxury of fear nor time." He sighed and said, "We will be ready. We must be ready." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 08:53 PM | {OOC: :smirk: Think Rareni.} Oh yes we will. I can call in a few favors with my bretheren. I only have about eight people we can depend on. My most trusted ally is a bit busy, but I think we will have enough of a demon slaughtering force. {OOC: Yes, Dai'Morra, I talk of Blair.} |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 09:02 PM | "The wearwolf seems to be concerned with the reaper." "How could he sense the Reapers energy?" "I do not want to burden him with this, because soon enough the reapers power would control him." Akroma lifts herself out of the bed, and wanders outside the halls in search of Tarran. "Ive become lost...perhaps now would be time to call upon him, but my energy is still depleated from the battle with Phage, I must focus now on getting the Soul Reaper. She leans againsed the wall and chants, "Perhaps that will reach him." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 09:09 PM | The werewolf appears in an instant, looking over the angel, glad to see his blood's healing powers were still active. He catches her as she falls, standing her back up against the wall. I suppose you are wondering how I could tell what the soul reaper was? I've run into weapons related to it, the scent they give off is unmistakable. Don't worry about it, its magic is not capable of affecting me. I'm immune because I've destroyed others of its kind. I'm Veran, a special kind of werewolf. Essentially, we are extra power, and what we destroy, we gain some of the powers of, and small immunity from them. For Reaper weapons, total immunity. You, my lady, need a proper angelic weapon. He taps a knuckle on his dagger, and a sword of blue crystal falls to the ground. It glows within, covered in angelic runes, and the handle itself is like an angel. This is Serafriend. Take it. I felt it calling to you since my dagger first saw you. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 09:11 PM | She nods looking up to Aravilar then looks to Tarran, "If you are willing to give me that much help then I would be most appreciative lord Tarran." She turns around to face the others gripping tightly to his arm, "My lords who have come to be a guest here, I ask that you join me in battle in one fortnight. Join my side and your need for battle, your need to win will not go unplenished! Help me defend all that is good here at my fortress!" Her eyes look up to Aravilar. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 09:14 PM | "Mi Finwe, veni huc! Necesse est tibi auxilium mihi dare, quod hanc castellam damnius est! Veni huc, in nomini mei!" Aravilar mumbled these words, calling out across the planes... |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 09:19 PM | "My lady," Aravilar said to Dai'Morra, "you have my love, my sword, and my life." He holds her tighter to himself. "This castle will not fall ere my life is taken." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 09:23 PM | Tarran reenters the hall. He grins, hereing the Latin. My Finwe, I came here? It is neccessary for you to help becuase the damned assualt? I came her in the name of me? Venis, not veni. Tarran shakes his head, but looks to Dai'Morra. I spoke with my brothers. They will arrive tommorrow morning. 8 other Veran, all my blood line, 4 Verur, werebear, who share the orginal blood line, and are related to me. A mated pair of Verrati, wererats, also related. Gotta love family. |
| Finwe02-08-04, 09:29 PM | In the forrest, a strange thing is happening. The wind begins to blow so hard that the tallst arches of the twoer begin to sway... A streak of lightning... A hammer on the anvil... A howling wind whiping thorugh the trees... A great maelstrom in the sky... A flash of light, reaching to the heavens... Then, a peel of thunder Reality cracks A portal in the sky cracks through the maelstrom, and a beam of light jets downward, just a few miles off of the fortress. Then: silence..... the wind dies the clouds dissipate the thunder cools silence... |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-08-04, 09:35 PM | She smiles to the two of them, "Thank you very much!" She hears the wind and other noises coming from outside and she frowns, "What in the gods name...?" Dai'Morra furrows her brows, "Aravilar, what did you do?" |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 09:37 PM | OOC: Dude, Tarran; "Mi Finwe, veni huc! Necesse est tibi auxilium mihi dare, quod hanc castellam damnius est! Veni huc, in nomini mei!" My Finwe, come here! {Imperative} You must help me {colloquial}, for this castle is doomed! {colloquial} Come here, in my name! ------------------------ IC: Aravilar heard a strange, high-pitched whisting audible to hsi elven ears. "That would be my good friend Finwe..." He smiled at Dai'Morra. "We are safe, my love. We will not fall this day, nor any other." Aravilar smiled more widely and said, "I love you too deeply for us to be stopped by any malicious enemy." |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 09:40 PM | Thank you, Im sorry for not introducing myself earlier, but I could barely make it to this fortress after the battle. My name is Akroma Angel of Wrath, I was created from the false god Ixidor..my master to which I have avenged just recentely. Centuries of time have passed, and I no longer seek vengence. I no longer wish to kill, and be feared and revered as the tyrant I once was. She leans over, and picks up the dagger. The dagger begins to take the shape of a staff, "Yes thank you, this will be very usefull." Im feeling much bettter, perhaps we kind find the others?" She hold the staff in the air, and begins to chant, "Now if you would please stay close to me." |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 09:46 PM | My lady? What is it? He moves to her. ----------------------------------------------- OOC: Aravilar: Veni, is past perfect 1st person singular of venire. Venis is the present 2nd person, singular of venire. The rest of my sad translation, well, I plead for sleep deprivation. Ita? |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 09:49 PM | Aravilar shoots a scathing look at Tarran, as if to say stay back. --- OOC: I don't think 501 Latin Verbs lies. Veni, venite {s. and pl. imperative of venio, venire, veni, ventum} |
| Shadow1990502-08-04, 09:53 PM | "You move rather quickley throughout this fortress, but maybe this will help." She chants once more, and they appear near the others. "Now wasent that fun?" "What is that noise?...."She spreads her angelic wings to full length, and flies out of the fortress into the air. "the air is quite windy today..ne?.... OCC: Im off for tonight....have fun! |
| Lord Tarran02-08-04, 10:00 PM | OOC: Fine, you win! Truce? The werewolf looks over to the mage. Lord Aravilar, your friend, Finwe? What is he? Also looks like I'm going to turn in for the night. Valete! |
| aravilar_holistacia02-08-04, 10:06 PM | OOC:  "My friend Finwe..." Aravilar began... "Well, you shall see what he is." Aravilar grinned mischieviously, then lightly kissed Dai'Morra. My bedtime as well. Valete! |
| Finwe02-08-04, 10:20 PM | Another great sound is heard, except this time it is the flapping of hundreds upon thousands of wings. Aboce teh forrest arises a glowing cloud of winged beings who glow with a pale light. At their head is one a bird which apears to be the leader of the group, but wreathed in flame. The bird leads to army towards the fortress, where they set down gently. Another figure apears, this time out of thin air, aand stanging next to Aravilar. Almost six feet tall, with brilliant golden wings, pale white skin and short black hair, at a distance he might have been mistaken for a solar. He bows to the inhabitants of the room, and says "Greetings, my friends. Aravilar hear has informed me of your plight and I have come with an army to aid you. It is not quite as large as the one that you shall have to face, but it was all I was able to find in this hour where evil is most prominent. I do, however, have a kind of magic which would be very useful for a situation such as this. Although it would be costly and take much time, it might help to turn the sway of the battlefield if we were able to gather more reinforcements." OOC, for those who want to know, Finwe is a half celestial half blood LeShay halfbloodHuman. (His father was a Solar, his mother a Hlaf LeShay. However, LeShay and Human Blood do not mix well, thus he doesn't have killer abilities and stats (discounting being a High level wizard), he just looks LeShay-ish.) |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-09-04, 01:10 AM | The polite voice in Sulay's head speaks once again, and this time it sounds worried: ~ I must advice that thou deside with haste, my lord Solhon, for a man of thy mother's blood have come umongst you, taking Her Majesty's heart as if it was a coin of platinum to be picked and hidden in one's girdle! It is outrageous, dear master Solhon, and even though defeating him would obviously be a matter of will for thee, it is not thy nature to practice such brutish solutions; thus i beseach thee: order me to bring into motion the cloakwork of thy plan - truely magnificent in both its simplycity and its daring, if thou asketh me - so that you may restore all things to theyr rightfull places, and lead this contngent's defence against whatever threatens thy love's fortress. |
| ThePreacher02-09-04, 02:09 AM | Seeing how events develope faster than light spread, Sulay Solhon sits in amazement, glaring at Dai'Morra and her newly aquired companion. Agrevation and jealousy start to take over his mind, his eyes glitter with pain... Maybe with pain over something lost.. But then all of the sudden, the alien voice returns to the ranger's mind, again sounding strange words and offerings. Sulay looks around him, while sipping on some ale, examining the present people... And non people. o O (By the holy woods of Echelon.. I must be going mad! Bahhh... Maybe I should get some rest.. Yes.. yes... that would be a good idea.. I'm probably tired from the journey.. Yea..) Sulay stands up and bows slightly to the others. "Please excuse me gentlemen, m'lady, but I must take my leave and retire to my premises. Be well my friends, and we shall see each other in the morning, I hope" With those words he steps away from the table, thanks the serving personnel and walks out of the dining room in search for his bedroom.. Or any other place where he can rest. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-09-04, 02:57 AM | Dai'Morra smiles to Aravilar then watches as Sulay leaves, she turns back to Aravilar, "Please excuse me for a bit, I must go talk with Sulay." Dai'Morra runs off after Sulay, though looking like a line of blur to those watching her. Once she caught up with Sulay she grabs his arm, "Lets go walk in the garden shall we?" |
| ThePreacher02-09-04, 05:40 AM | As the hostess holds him on his arm he turns around and seems somewhat surprised. "Err..aa.. Well.. I was actually about to take a little nap... but.. Well.. if you asketh me then I cannot refuse". |
| aravilar_holistacia02-09-04, 06:02 PM | Aravilar smiled as Dai'Morra sped off. He turned to Finwe. "Mi amice, salve. I trust your journey here was uneventful?" Aravilar asked politely. "It is good to see you. Let us prepare for the battles at hand... You spoke of a magic for this occasion? Let us speak of this..." Aravilar opened a portal [which, if analyzed, leads to a demiplane] and walked through the aperture. ((OOC: Fin, you coming? It's the CoA we're going to, to try to develop your spells you spoke of. We're not going to post over there, of course, but this is just a little diversion...)) |
| Shadow1990502-09-04, 06:51 PM | As akroma flies above the fortress she notices a massive amount of people coming from the woods.."Ah..so these are the reanforcements they spoke of.." "They have not informed me of this battle." She grins, "They have been so kind to me in my time of need." "Phage has been destroyed, and now I must help them, and spread the word of Ixidor." She looks into the distance, "legions, celestials?.." She flies further ahead, and spots a group of bird like people. "Ah..I see...." "I must know more of this battle." She flies lower, and senses a celestial presence. The dager to which Tarran has given her begins to glow as she chants, and then appears on the ground next to this character. "Greetings..," She stands there with wings spread to full length. She stands wating for a reply, "Wait Tarran, and the Soul Reaper." She communicates to Tarran, "Sorry, but I must ask of you to tell me what you did with te Soul Reaper." " I can do anything I want to you. I am good and you are evil. Is it wrong to torture torment? Is it wrong to kill death?" |

I was actually about to take a little nap... but.. Well.. if you asketh me then I cannot refuse". She smiles at him, "It won't be long, I promise. Lets not speak til we reach the garden." Dai'Morra still holds to his arm and leads him up a set of stairs, opens a door, and then closes it behind her. The garden has a path winding around in the room which was just a little smaller than the dinning room. The plants all sprouting beautiful flowers and the smell in here a soft flowery smell. Of course there was a small pond and a running fountian in here as she had mentioned to him earlier. She smiles while looking around and waits for his reaction. |
| Finwe02-09-04, 08:43 PM | Finwe follows Aravilar into the Portal emerging into Aravilar's sanctum. There he speaks to Aravilar in a hushed tome about a new kind of magic which he had discovered, holding great power in low levels, but with a high cost... |
| Lord Tarran02-09-04, 08:53 PM | Akroma, it is stored away. Use Serafriend, right now it will only kill you again. If you truly feel that the most powerful of angelic swords isn't what you want, I'll hand back the Reaper, but not til I've placed more than a few shields on it. He says to her telepathically. He cocks his head for a moment, before speaking aloud to someone not there. She isn't due for another month Blake, you are worrying much to much. Its probably just cramps. Check with Amaru, I'm sure everythings okay. Send to me again if things change. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-09-04, 08:57 PM | Aravilar took in this knowledge, nodding every now and then. "Excellent, Fin... But how does..." Aravilar and Finwe spent the next several hours in the tower, studying this new form of magic... After Aravilar (vaguely) understood the spell incantations and the spell mechanics, he opened the portal to return to the fortress. Emerging from the aperture, Aravilar sent a mental sending to Dai'Morra. My dove, I am returned... with good tidings. Where are you? |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-09-04, 09:24 PM | Hearing Aravilar's voice she smiles and sends a message back to him, "I am busy speaking with Sulay, dear one, let me finish and I shall return to your loving arms." |
| Shadow1990502-09-04, 09:32 PM | "Now try not speak aloud of this to others" They will think you speak of insanity." She smiles, "The reaper will soon fall into my posession again." She nods, "I know of this from centuries of telepathy and forseeing what will come." "Yes, I agree you should keep it safe until then...", her expression angers. "Yes, Im rather enjoying this new weapon, I hope to test it out soon enough." She moves that of the speed of a teleporter to Tarran. "Here take this...", she opens her hand as a bright light generates from it. "This is a creation of Ixidor, in your time of need it will help you, and cannot be destroyed by anyone, but its own creator." "In battle they can take the appearance of anyone who attacks them causing confusion among the army." "This is my gift to you for saving me." "It seems that everyone is quite burdened by this incoming battle, and I see you are preocupied at the moment." "I will wait until you are finished, and perhaps you can explain to me this battle." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-09-04, 09:37 PM | Aravilar grinned slightly and sent, "I await you..." He crossed the entrance hall, opening a door on the far side. It seemed this was Aravilar's new bedroom, as all his belongings had been magically sent here. He began to organize his equipment, but he soon grew frustrated and he laid down on the bed. His eyes fluttered shut... although elves do not sleep, and especially Chosen of Mystra... "Aravilar!" cried a voice... turned... Dai'Morra... "Look out!" cried Aravilar, but she didn't hear him... The blade flew slowly... hit her... pierced her stomach... the red... Aravilar sat straight up. He looked around wildly, drawing his moonblade, the blade igniting with white fire as he drew it, and he jumped from the bed. He held his left hand out, ready to blast with spellfire as he held his moonblade in his right hand. "It must have been a dream... but I can't have dreams..." Aravilar said, shaking his head. "I don't sleep..." he mumbled. He shook his head, as if the motion would clear his mind. "Dai'Morra," he sent, sounding quite worried and shaky, "where are you? Are you alright?" |
| Finwe02-09-04, 09:40 PM | Emerging after Aravilar, Finwe looks around the tower, exploring its inns and outs. |
| Lord Tarran02-09-04, 09:45 PM | I'm not a hundred percent sure what's going on myself, I'm just here to help. He pauses, feeling a huge backlash go through the tower. He too has the same vision as Ava. He is stunned for a moment, before changing to wolf form, and sprinting to Arivilar. Something was very wrong. Did you just feel that? Something is about to threatened Dai'morra. I didn't realize her possible death could cause such ripples in fate's fabric. Where is she!? |
| aravilar_holistacia02-09-04, 09:49 PM | Originally posted by Lord Tarran I'm not a hundred percent sure what's going on myself, I'm just here to help. Something was very wrong. Did you just feel that? Something is about to threatened Dai'morra. I didn't realize her possible death could cause such ripples in fate's fabric. Where is she!? Aravilar takes hold of the werewolf's fur and says, "Let us away." Aravilar teleports the duo to Dai'Morra's side. "My sweet, you are in danger," Aravilar says hurriedly. He casts a quick abjuration, covering a fifty-foot radius with a soft blue light. He looks around anxiously, ready to fire a bolt of flame at anything suspicious. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-09-04, 09:51 PM | Dai'Morra heard Aravilar's words again and responded to him in his mind, "Do not fret Aravilar I am safe and sound still talking with Sulay. I shall be near you soon enough my love." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-09-04, 09:57 PM | Aravilar grinned grimly. "You will notice, my lady, I am already near you." He looked about wildly before closing his eyes and summoning a dome of fire to surround all in the area. "We will be safe, for now. None but the gods themselves could break this barrier. It was a gift from Mystra, herself." |
| Lord Tarran02-09-04, 09:58 PM | The werewolf takes his massive wolf form, armor plate, the same color of the moon, appearing around him as one would armor a wolf. He growls at Sulay, screaming in mind speak. This one stinks of rage! Safety is one thing, but you are simply not safe with one with those feelings. I should have told you, but I somewhat took guardianship over the fortress. Therefore, it is my responsiblity to deal with those who would hurt the inhabitants. The wolf continues to growl, staring the man down. HIs fur begins to pulse with lightning and ice, his eyes glowing with fire. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-09-04, 10:03 PM | She looks to see Aravilar beside her and smile then looks to Sulay, "It seems we must talk later, why don't you go rest?" She looks to Aravilar and Tarran, "What is the meaning of all this? Is something wrong?" |
| Lord Tarran02-09-04, 10:06 PM | Simply, that man stinks of rage and anger, directed towards you. The both of us felt a huge backlash, a vision, of your death. Apparently, someone heavily involved in fate has a problem if you die, and told us. So we rushed here, and found a creature who obviously did not have the best intentions. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-09-04, 10:24 PM | She looks at them confused, "Your talking of Sulay? That can't be right.. its not possible, is it?" Dai'Morra turned to look at Sulay with the same confused look. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-09-04, 10:34 PM | "Tymora be with us," Aravilar muttered. He turned his palms towards Sulay, summoning blue-white flames but not yet throwing them towards him. "My sweet, let us away; There are more defensible places than this courtyard," Aravilar pleaded. Aravilar quickly held his hand out, and a silver-white bow appeared. He drew the string, and an arrow of blue electricity appeared. Aravilar trained his bow on the man Sulay. "Move, and you will find this arrow through your gullet," Aravilar warned him. "Blink, and this arrow will find your heart. Breathe, and my arrow will silence you." Aravilar stepped between Dai'Morra and Sulay, still aiming at the man. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 01:17 AM | Dai'Morra looks up to Aravilar then to Sulay. Quickly she stepped in front of Aravilar's bow, "No.. I can't allow you to do that Aravilar." Her eyes looking into his, "Do not harm him until you question him first, if he proves he is here to harm then punishment shall be spoke of!" She stood completely still in front of his bow, her aura proving her stubborness and determination. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-10-04, 01:47 AM | Aravilar calmly aims over Dai'Morra's shoulder. "My sweet, I have been attempting to do so this entire time. Mindspeak, my love." Aravilar blinked, and he sent a wave of mental force at Sulay. Speak, knave, before my fingers grow tired. Aravilar looked to Dai'Morra, lowering his bow, although he kept the brilliantly shining arrow nocked. "My sweet, stand back. I only wish to protect you. Come; let us away from here. I am certain our werefriend can handle this man." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 01:50 AM | Dai'Morra gently places her hand on the hand that holds his bow, "Not until I know he will be safe until he is questioned. I don't want innocents killed within my fortress." Her eyes have a slight glow to them as they continue to make eye contact with him. "Promise me Aravilar, you must promise before we leave here. Promise you will make sure he is not harmed until you know for sure." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-10-04, 02:02 AM | Aravilar lowered the bow, releasing it. As his fingers left the soft wood, the bow disappeared. "As you wish, my love. He is not to be harmed," he said. He turned to Tarran and nodded for him to stay his hand. "My lady, we must go, hence from this place," Aravilar pleaded. "Allow the lord Tarran to handle the... interrogation. Your life is in danger; come, away! We must get you somewhere safer than this court." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 02:07 AM | She smiles at Aravilar and then to Tarran, "Thank you." She turns back to Aravilar, doing so causes her hair to whip gently around her, "Alright, let us be off then. I am sure you already have a room or place in mind, so I won't need to suggest one." She smiles, her eyes finally losing their glow. Dai'Morra takes a step closer so that she now stands at his side, her hand holding his and her other wrapped around him. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-10-04, 02:19 AM | Aravilar nodded to Tarran, then took Dai'Morra's hand. He nodded to Tarran again, giving a silent command, before moving his fingers slightly. Dai'Morra and Aravilar disappeared. The highest tower of the Fortress was always left locked, for it was built by Aravilar many years ago in the earliest part of the Fortress's construction. The duo appeared inside the room, and Aravilar muttered, "Naur." Candles alighted along the circular walls of the tower chamber. "This room is protected by many layers of spells, including a few unique ones I devised just for this purpose," he explained. Aravilar moved to a mirror, which was leaning against an armoire. "Yesta." The worldwindow shimmered, the liquid silver roiling with color. "Who was the attacker in my vision?" Aravilar asked the swirl of color. The window continued to boil, seemingly a liquid trapped under glass. Then... Suddenly, the glass shattered, slicing Aravilar's face and hands. "Oh!" he cried as he shielded his eyes. He looked to Dai'Morra. "This is not good." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 02:28 AM | Seeing the glass shatter and hit Aravilar she gasped, "Are you alright?!" Dai'Morra placed a hand on his arm, the peices of glass dissolving and the wounds on him healing, a white feather fell down beside her after she did this. She saw it fall, bent down, picked it up, and handed it to him with a soft smile, "Here, my love , so a part of me will always be with you, literally." She winked at him then grew serious, "What is it? I didn't get a chance to see in it, if there was an image there. Nothing to bad I hope..." Dai'Morra frowned growing worried, she held tightly to him as fear she would lose him. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-10-04, 02:34 AM | "If there was anything there, my sweet," Aravilar said, holding the feather in his hand, "I did not see it." The feather slid through his hand, resting inside his palm. Aravilar leaned over and lightly kissed Dai'Morra. "As long as we stay in this room, I am confident nothing will transpire. However," he said, motioning to a window on the far wall, "you may look out this window and see wherever in your fortress you wish. It is another worldwindow." Aravilar put an arm around her waist, leading her to the window. He said, "Yesta," and the window shimmered. The fortress came into clear view, the sun low in the sky. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 02:43 AM | She sighs, "A prisoner in my own fortress how sad this has become dear Aravilar..." She turns to face him and wraps her arms around him pressing her cheeks against him, "I shouldn't have listened to the king, I should have never left.." She sighs and hugs him tighter. Dai'Morra looks up to him and kisses him softly on the lips then rests her head against him. "This is not what I imagined at all, I thought it would be peaceful here for awhile, but things are progressing so much faster than I am prepared for. Thank you for coming Aravilar..." |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 07:40 AM | When they walk into the inner garden, the ranger's eyes start to shine as if he set eyes upon a mountain of gold which was reflecting in his eyes. "This.. this place is magnificent! Ahhh... Makes me home sick, it does... You sure do run a wonderous establishment m'lady" He looks at lady Dai'Morra, smiling happily. "Oh, I think there was something you wanted to talk with me about, m'lady?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 10:39 AM | {ooc: Just a note to ya Sulay, Dai'Morra isn't there with him anymore, though Tarran is... you might want to reread the posts you missed ;) } |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-10-04, 02:57 PM | When Ava's abjuration is activated, the voice in Sulay's head returns: ~ My dearest lord, may i humbly ask thee to take a mere few steps away from this magical blueishness? Though my will to serve thee hast never been greater, this light may prove a miscredit to the effectiveness of my loyal aid. The voice soundd slightly irritated, and not as slow and acurate as it was untill now. The very second at which the fiery barrier surrounds the area, the voice sounds again, truely alarmed this time: ~ Lord Solhon, i anxiously insist - And then it dissappeared, though a short cacophony of sonic disturbances could be heard by Sulay, and in a much fainter volume, also by the others. The voice seems to have dissappeared completely: untill now, its presence could be felt at a corner of the vigilante's conciosness, even when it didn't speak, but now nothing is left of this presence at all. |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 04:04 PM | ((ooc: Wow... yea.. as I was posting, the thread went along quite alot without me!! hehe.. I didn't even expect things top go this way! wow... but oh well.. u gotta make the best of every situation, as they say.)) "Who? What? What in the nine hells is going on here?!" The ranger looks confused, he stares amazed at the developements, unable to speak even a single word. Then, when the strange voice in his head fades and he is left alone with the werewolf, he sighs, and his hands drop relaxed to his sides. "Tell me my friend, since when have your kind become so rash to judge and to act in violence? Aren't thou of noble blood? Aren't thou a servant of nature as I am? What are these crazy accusations I am hearing?" The ranger speaks, his voice steady and self confident, though deep inside he feels great insult, and knows that as much as he was lucky to be a guest of the fair lady Dai'Morra, he was not so lucky concerning the intellect of her companions... So it seemed to him. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 04:12 PM | "I cannot stand this... She looks to Aravilar, "I shall be back my heart.." Dai'Morra disappears and then reappears beside Sulay and Tarran. She lays her hand on their shoulder, "Don't worry this won't hurt." She grins to them and then disappears back into the tower where Aravilar waits for her. She then lets her hands drop, "If I am not safe there, neither were they. If Sulay is what I think you are saying then I want and wish to hear it from him. Though I must say I am a true skeptic." {ooc: Just so everyone knows, there is an OOC thread for this now, so please use it, if there must be a lot of OOC chat. Thanks! } |
| Lord Tarran02-10-04, 04:18 PM | The werewolf's snarl lessens, as suddenly the pall of rage and anger that had covered the ranger vanished. He blinks several times, confused, seeing such an adamant feeling leave him. He says in mind speak: Do you hide something from us? A moment ago you were full of anger, rage, jealousy, and now I detect nothing but confusion. No creature can hide emotions from me, your scent always gives you away, bit I detect nothing I did a moment before. He blinks several times, cocking his head right and left. He closes his eyes for a moment, suddenly his eyes spring open, glaring at the air immediatlely above the ranger. There is something about you. Some creature of evil. It tries to influence you, I can feel it. You know of what I speak, now tell me, what do you know. I have an awful feeling I might know the creature. |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 04:31 PM | Sulay glares at Tarran, trying to comprehend what is it exactly that made the wolf sense rage in him. "Friend, I haven't the slightest idea what are you talking about. What rage and what evil presence?! I was just about to get my rest, as I am tired from my journey, and then the lady invited me to talk in the garden. All of the sudden you two barge in and interrupt... interrupt a conversation that hasn't even began... And now all these talk about evil and enraged essences? You must forgive me for saying this.. But the only ones in rage seem to be you and that ol' over-self-confident mage" He stops for a second, then continues with a more calm and curious.. even somewhat sarcastic tone "Then again... Now when I think about it... You probably sensed the anger, arroused by your own intervention in my private affairs. Though anger does not arise easily in me". |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 04:39 PM | Dai'Morra stifles a laugh when Sulay speaks of Aravilar as the "over self confident mage." She clears her throat to get Sulay's attention and points beside her where Aravilar stands. Dai'Morra stands beside Tarran and Sulay, "Wait, both of you.. just calm down for a second.." |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 04:50 PM | "I am calm, lady Dai'Morra.. Something I cannot say for sure about these other two gentlemen." he bows slightly and smiles to the werewolf and the Elven mage. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 04:53 PM | Dai'Morra could hold her laughter in, she laughs softly, but then regains herself clearing her throat again. She nods to Sulay, "Do you know of they speak? Are you here to do harm to me?" Her voice was not accusing, it was more curious and friendly. It was obvious she had not believed what they spoke either, but still she had to find out the truth. |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 05:04 PM | "Harm you?? I know we have just recently met m'lady, but I would have held my heart out with my own arms and give it to you to do with it as you will, and you ask me if I would harm you? I would have probably taken my own life first!" His eyes sparkle as he says these words... Realizing only a minute later, he was confessing he has fallen for the fair lady in such a short time. o O (Bahh.. I'm so embarassed right now....) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 05:12 PM | Dai'Morra gasps softly hearing Sulay's confession, "I.. I don't know what to think or say. I must admit I am quite flattered by your words m'lord Sulay, I didn't expect it..." Her cheeks flush then return to normal, "I am happy to hear that you are not here to harm anyone including me. It seems my intuition of allowing you in was correct." She smiles softly, though it appears she is still shocked from his words. |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 05:16 PM | "I am but a guest in this house, and if my presence here hinders anyone, I shall leave, for I bid harm to no one" He bows slightly... An action which he probably practices to much.. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 05:18 PM | She straightens him up, "Please your bowing is much to formal for a place like this. You are welcome to stay here as long as you like Sulay. I am happy to have you here no matter what the others think." She smiles at him, "So please do not let these men anger you in their words. They only have my interest in their minds, as I'm sure you would do the same if you thought someone was here to harm me." |
| Shadow1990502-10-04, 05:22 PM | As akroma flies above the tower examining the fortress and woods a light appears from the courtyard.." Terran?..."her expression changes as she notices an uneasy presense from the courtyard. "An interigation..againsed him?...." She lands next to Tarran and conceils the evil grin. She walks to the man, "There is no such evil prescense in this man." She gentely places her hand on him, "Why do they question you so?" She grins sternly at Tarran, and conceils the words from others, "I sense no evil from him, but evil shall arise soon." She touches her blue emerald on her golden plating. "You must listen to me." OCC: wow, a lot has happened, the board moves rather quickely. |
| ThePreacher02-10-04, 05:37 PM | "Thank you m'lady, I shall gladly stay.. And yes, you are probably right.. They were only worrying for you." He smiles to her and turns to the others, reahing out his hand in a handshake gesture. The suddenly a winged being appears where they were standing and places it's hand on him. It's words comfort him in an odd manner.. As if the voice it self radiates positive, calming energy. He turns to the angelic being, fascinated - "Why thank you for the show of trust.. ammm.. I'm sorry, it seems we haven't had the oppurtunity to be aquainted. My name is Sulay Solhon.. And you are, my friend?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 05:46 PM | Dai'Morra unfolds her angelic wings seeing the angel appear, though her wing brushed lightly against Aravilar and Sulay as she had stood close to them. She smiles a bit, "Sorry, I forget I need more room with these wings." She looks to the angel, "Fellow angel, it is good to see you join us." She bows her head respectively toward her, then smiles, "I knew that Sulay was pure in his words of truth, I hope that Tarran and Aravilar believe him now too." |
| Shadow1990502-10-04, 05:56 PM | Her face saddens, "Akroma, Im sure youve heard of me before." She awaites his answer nervously hoping he has not heard of that name that was once feared and revered as Akroma Angel of Wrath throughout the lands. her eyes begin to glow an angelic beauty, "You have such a kind heart, I fear though that something will arise soon, which is probably what they sensed." her emerald begins to glow...She looks to Terran, "your appearance has changed." Akroma grabs the dagger, and her appearance takes on that of an elegant elvin warrior, "this weapon has proven usefull." She then begins to take her normal appearance. "You look very worried, does something burden you?" " I can do anything I want to you. I am good and you are evil. Is it wrong to torture torment? Is it wrong to kill death?" |
| Shadow1990502-10-04, 06:02 PM | She gestures to Dai'Morra, "I have a question to ask of you about this battle?" "I hope perhaps that I have not burdened anyone with my coming to this fortress." She looks to the others....in wait of a responce. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-10-04, 06:06 PM | She smiles to Akroma, "What would you wish to know of this battle? And no, you haven't burdened anyone, please don't think like that, you are welcome here." |
| Shadow1990502-11-04, 04:59 PM | "When is this battle coming, and why?" "No one has informed me of this.." "perhaps you can clarify some of this.., and is there anything I can do to help, I am fully recovered." She gestures to Tarran. "Also I would like to try out this new dagger", she grins. "I will do all I can to protect this fortress, and everyone." "You have all done so much for me." " I can do anything I want to you. I am good and you are evil Is it wrong to torture torment? Is it wrong to kill death?" :w: :w: :w: :w: :w: :w: |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 08:01 PM | Aravilar's eyes ignited, fire burning in his pupils as Sulay confessed his feelings. Tace, caudex Sulay! Sis verbas tuas ad columba mea dicere procedes, lingulam tuam in antica tui ardebo, utorque incantaticis mei! Tace! ((OOC: Hehe, Tarran, I'll PM you a translation.)) Aravilar sent this message to Sulay, literally burning through any enchantments he might have in his mind. The mage stood a bit closer to Dai'Morra and he held her to him. "This room was meant to be a secret place, my dear, a retreat from the rest of the fortress. But, as you see fit, they may stay here," he said, slightly annoyed. He kissed her forehead. "I will trust you, Sulay, for now..." Aravilar's eyes promised threats to Sulay. Aravilar turned back to Dai'Morra. "The vision is not valid anymore. If Sulay was indeed the man who was your killer, then there is no more danger." He paused, then added, "Come with me, my love... I must ask something of you." Aravilar held out a hand to Dai'Morra, his eyes' flames fading, their colors returning. |
| Lord Tarran02-11-04, 08:05 PM | {Thanks} Now simply confused, the wolf sulks. He knows he felt something, he just doesn't no where its from. He simply lays at Dai'morra's feet, listening in. He says to Ava. What are you feeling right now. Something is about to happen, and something is amiss here. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 09:09 PM | Aravilar turned to Tarran. "My lord wolf, there is something afoot. I cannot say what, as of yet... I do not know." He squeezed Dai'morra's hand, waiting for an answer. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 09:24 PM | She speaks into Sulays mind, "We will need to finish that talk, I will get back to you on it." Dai'Morra smiles at the wolf near her feet then looks up to Aravilar, "Why must we keep wandering off? Am I still not safe, especially with this many people here?" She turns to the window and looks at it, she sighs. Finally she walks over to Aravilar, "As you see fit m'lord and love Aravilar." Dai'Morra takes his hand. |
| Lord Tarran02-11-04, 09:33 PM | The wolf makes a strange noise, like someone trying to get others attentions. Would you like me to go? I see the two of you can keep away from each other for more than a few moments. He grins broadly, as he takes human form, and positions himself near the window. Worse than young pups. Come Akroma, we should leave these two be for a bit. They need a little time. He watches as the angel tacitly jumps out of the window. He simply grins at them, shaking his head in a mock disapproving way. He takes Sulay's hand as he leaps out the window, whistling "Here comes the bride." He lands hard on his feet, but the ranger is untouched. The werewolf puts him down, and apologizes again, laughing all the way to the grand hall, something about the two about to be in the same postion as his pack daughter and Blake. He sends to the two of them in thought: Call me if you need me. My friends will arrive in four hours. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 09:35 PM | Aravilar smiled grimly to the angel before speaking a command word. The duo appeared in what looked to be an underground storage room; no windows lit the room, but several dozen candles burned. "Dai'Morra, my sweet, I cannot help but feel... troubled... by Sulay's words. He doesn't seem to be exactly trustworthy..." But it was obvious Aravilar was not talking about his faith in Sulay. Aravilar was alluding to Sulay's love confession. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 09:48 PM | She could tell by the tone of his voice what he meant, "Aravilar, do not trouble yourself over his emotions, I believe he is able to control hisself enough to be trusted. Do not worry my love.." She hugs him tightly with a smile on her face then gives him a kiss. "I would like to talk to him soon though, him and I never finished our conversation. I hope you don't mind but it is something important." |
| Lord Tarran02-11-04, 09:52 PM | The werewolf decides he always wants to have an eye on the ranger, and concentrates his energies to makesure he is always watching {OOC:This can't be fooled by anything short of The Lady of Pain.} |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 09:55 PM | Aravilar was still not sure. "I've only known your feelings for but a day now... I don't want to lose you," he said, his eyes sparkling. He looked into her eyes, a wistful expression clouding his face. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 10:15 PM | She smiles up at him, "Lose me? I doubt that deeply m'lord Aravilar. I seek none but you..." her eyes gazing up into his as she smiles warmly. "The stars shall shine upon this night and be ever jealous of our feelings. The moon will not dare look upon us as it will melt of envy. Only these walls dare to turn their blind eyes this way." She offers him another smile then hugs him again. |
| Lord Tarran02-11-04, 10:21 PM | Don't worry, Blake. Amaru has delivered premi pups before. He's an expert, stop worrying. You pup will be fine, and so will Blair. Stop worrying. Suddenly, after shutting the mind linkn with the unknown one, grins. The werewolf, starts counting down suddenly, for no apparent reason. Ten....nine...eight...seven...six...five ...four... |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 10:21 PM | [An in-character OOC] Now, can all of you see why I love this angel? Aravilar held the angel in his arms, and he said, "The gods themselves will be jealous," adding to her poetic words. He reluctantly released her and said, slightly frowning, and said, "You should return to Sulay and speak to him of his... love... matter." He raised an eyebrow and said, "I surely hope he will not be too let down by our love..." Aravilar sighed. "Let us away..." he said, opening the portal once more. |
| Lord Tarran02-11-04, 10:23 PM | {OOC:Not be let down. HA!} The wolf stops counting down for a moment, looking about, thinking he heard something. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 10:32 PM | {ooc: Sorry had to get a bit poetic ;)} Dai'Morra grins, "You never stay in one place do you?" She then follows him into the portal. |
| Lord Tarran02-11-04, 10:37 PM | HE resumes three...two...one. HE scents the two of them, and rushes to them. AS he arrives he says. Well, took you guys long enough. Though both your scents say your uneasy, and neither of you will give into your young pup feelings. By the way, I'm now a pack grandfather. {OOC:I'm out for the night. Valete everyone. I'll post tommorrow.} |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 10:45 PM | Aravilar smiled at Tarran. "Oh, I will most certainly give into my feelings," he said, leaning over to Dai'Morra and kissing the top of her head. "Congratulations, Tarran; you'll make an excellent grandfather." Aravilar stayed close to Dai'Morra, his spellfire aching in his veins. "Oh... my blood burns so much. Not like usual; usually, I just feel a coldness running through me, but tonight," he said, looking out the window into the night sky, "I feel different. It is hot, not cold." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 10:53 PM | She smiles to Aravilar and then looks to Tarran, "Yes, you'll make a great grandfather!" Dai'Morra folds her wings into her back so they are no longer visable, she moves her shoulders a bit afterwards. She smiles, "Well I need to go speak with someone, and I ask that I not be interupted at all by anyone or for any reason unless it is life threatning." She nods to Tarran then hugs Aravilar. Dai'Morra walks to Sulay, grabs his arm, then disappears with him into the study on the second floor. Using her power she makes the door close itself and then points to a chair, "Have a seat Sulay, we can now finish our talk." She smiles to him and sits in a chair across from him. The room full of bookshelves, red velvet chairs, a magical fireplace, and a table with a pitcher of water and two golden goblets. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 11:20 PM | Aravilar watched her go, and mumbled, "Eam sequemini." There was a brief, almost unnoticable flash of golden light, before Aravilar turned away. He looked to Tarran and said, "Tell me more about your grandchildren, my lord." Aravilar shifted uneasily, sitting down in a chair. He was obviously preoccupied. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 11:26 PM | Dai'Morra sighs and speaks to Aravilar's mind, "Do not fret Aravilar, I shall return to you soon enough. You know as well as I do and should know from your experiences that matters like these are important and need to be addressed. I.. Aravilar...?" |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 11:33 PM | ((OOC:    Did you translate that Latin, Ashy?)) Aravilar spoke back, "I know that these things are important, but we are at war... Should we not be preparing?" He thought for a moment, then frowned. "Maybe it's just me wanting to be with you... I mean, after whatever happened with Silmarien, something has been different... With you, and me, and everyone. I certainly hope I didn't cause any problems by going there, to the Halls... At least, I'm the best man!" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 11:41 PM | {ooc: Actually no I didn't! lol.. if what I said has any relation to what you said it is pure coincidental! } She smiles, continuing to speak into his mind, "All things happen for a reason and so do the consequences that come from them. Though, what happened with you I think was good. I mean, you did love that other woman..." She lets her voice trail off and sighs deeply, "Nevermind Aravilar, we shall speak later of this." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-11-04, 11:49 PM | ((OOC: I said, "Follow her," as a spell incantation to mindspeak with you. :D)) "Me? Love Silmarien? Preposterous," Ava said, shaking his head. "Well, hurry back, my love... I deplore of every moment we are apart..." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-11-04, 11:57 PM | "I will dear Aravilar, I will... please see to the plans of attack for me." She smiles to Sulay, "Well, lets get things started. But first, would you like a drink? I'm afraid all I have with me is water, though I'm sure I could arrange for some wine or some other drink to be brought in." {ooc: lol.. I am psychic! *hehe* } |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 12:06 AM | Aravilar gave a silent bow, silencing the spell, although he left the spell open as to monitor Dai'Morra's condition. ((OOC: Yep, you can read my mind. :D)) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 12:13 AM | She claps her hands and turns to the ghostly figure that appeared, "Oh, send word to Aravilar and Tarran that they are officially appointed generals of the fortress? I think they deserve it.." She smiles and the ghostly figure nods to her, "Very well m'lady Clayrentha." A second later the ghost appears near Aravilar, "I have come to bring you and lord Tarran with news from lady Dai'Morra." She smiles to Sulay, "I'm sorry, that'll be all the disruptions for the rest of the time we speak." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 12:20 AM | Aravilar smiled to the figure. "I accept this pleasure my love has conferred on me." Aravilar conjured four small silver stars and affixed them to his armor. Thank you, my dove, Aravilar said. I await you. ((OOC: Time for bed! :D Good night, sweet dreams, Ashy. ;):D)) |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 07:18 AM | As events run with the speed of light, the ranger seems to have become even more confused than before. Feelings of regret about coming to the fortress start to show up in his mind, but then when he looks at the lady of the fortress, these feelings fade away and other ones take their place. "So.. What exactly is it you wanted to discuss m'lady?" He looks her in the eyes, though his glance seems to wander off elsewhere, somewhere inside Dai'Morra's head, as if trying to see her soul... With no success ofcourse... Unless looking like a complete moron is considered to be success. ((ooc: Wow.. u guyz sure do make the thread flow while I'm sleepin... Anywayz.. Cool stuff, being carried by the werewolf without even asking.. But hey.. I guess he's much more powerful than me.. Afterall, I'm only human...err.. atleast half of me.)) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 07:24 AM | She smiles, "A few things really, one involving your participation within the fortress and the other, your feelings for me." She leans forward grabbing a cup and pouring some water into it. "First things first, I'd like to discuss how you feel about me Sulay. I want you to know that perhaps you should let your feelings hinder your ability to protect and fight as you normally would. I think it is sweet how you feel but I cannot go on words alone." She smiles at him then frowns, "Oh! This is silly, I don't have to sit all the way over here.." she moves the chair beside his and crosses her legs, "So, anyway, tell me Sulay, are you just infatuated with my looks or does my personality count for anything with you?" |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 07:51 AM | Akroma still stands in the courtyard dazed and confused. "Tarran....?" She smiles..."grandchildren of course",...She nods, "did Tarran call for me...Oh", she begins to blush. "now where am I?...." "Oh there he is." Akroma attempt to fold her wings, "bleh...How does she do that?" Well she is of a different race of celestial." "The only thing we have in common is telepathy, and ability of flight." She flies to Tarran, "Now speak to me of these grandchildren." |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 07:52 AM | The daydream ends and Sulay snaps back to reality, he blinks.. then rubbs his eyes.. "M'lady? where are y..." He turns his head around.. "Woah!" He almost jumps from his chair. "Phewww... You scared me there.. " He smiles "I'm sorry.. I must look like a real mess to you.." He looks away, as if seeking a sanctuary. "It is hard for me to answer both of your question m'lady.. But I understand you will not be satisfied with that kind of reply. So I'll try and explain myself as best as I can" His gaze returns to Dai'Morra's eyes. "At first I did not understand and was suspicious when I heard there is need in battle, but then came in the answer for your second question - I do not know if it is your stunning look, I do not know if it is the doing of your heaven like eyes, I am not sure it is your optimistic and gentle spirit... I can only say what I feel.. Something I cannot translate into reasons and consequences..." He pauses for a moment "All I can tell you is that I shall fight, no matter who or what it is. For you have taken my heart and entrapped it within you. I cannot say for my skill in battle, as I my nature is not of one who takes pride in his valor on the field of battle.. However, I shall say this one last thing - If it depends on my life, not a single hair on your angel head shall be harmed!" His eyes sparkle as he speaks these words, but then he turns his eyes away, as if embarassed with his own speech. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 11:56 AM | She nods in thought at his words, "Well it seems you know what you are doing, and seem to be fully focused. I shall have to test.. er.. question you further. Until then, let us speak of happier things, war often makes me sad..." She unfolds her wings giving them room to stretch out, she sighs. "Well, do you have any questions for me perhaps? I find it odd that few of you have asked me questions other than the fact of who and what are we battling against." She offers him a smile and then looks to the window across the study. Slowly she walks over to it and runs her fingers over the glass's smooth surface, "A window allows us to see what is now, a window allows us to see what is in the past, and a window allows us to see into the future. Which makes me wonder, what about the extremities of each? Should the gods be so kind as to give us windows to each and let our hearts be satisfied by looking through them as my heart is looking out this one to the sunset?" She seems to be saying this to herself but loud enough for Sulay to hear her. Her fingers continue to run over the surface of the glass. |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 03:47 PM | "well.. I must say I have never thought of it that way. For me, windows were always a point of view on the present, a high place from which I observed and learned... A portal to my home.. Only in my mind, that is." He stands up from his seat and walks up to Dai'Morra, standing beside her. "So, what does the future hold for us, m'lady?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 03:50 PM | She looks at him, "Us? M'lord Sulay I don't understand by what that means, us as in the entire fortress or us as in you and me?" Her eyes looking back out of the window and then back to him. |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 04:31 PM | He looks at her, wondering. o O (Hmm.. Somehow I always seem to put that equivalent meaning into my words.. Oh well.. Guess bad habits don't go away easily.) "Well.. I am a little hesitant on answering that.. Was that a trick question?" He smiles to her and shakes his shoulders "Hehe.. It's just that I got the impression there can be no us, as in you and me.. So my question was more general.." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 04:51 PM | She looks to Sulay smiling, "No it was not trick question, I wouldn't ask such kind of trick questions. I normally speak my mind unless I think the consequences are dire. As it may be, I don't tend to trust one's word m'lord Sulay, if you want me to believe your words you must prove them to me. You must give it you all. " She smiles again then frowns, "I see into the future as of now and it doesn't look good Sulay.. we are on the losing side!" Suddenly she grows quite grim, "And... and..I.." |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 04:53 PM | The werewolf turns to the angel and Ava, saying plainly: My grandchildren, yet to be named, are also Veran, like myself. Their powers come from my pack-daughter, Blair, who has my Veran bloodline in her, and Blake, whoses Veran blood comes from my great great great grandfathers blood line. This makes him one of the most powerful in possiblity Veran to walk the earth, the combination of the two most powerful bloodlines. He has both all of my powers and that of Blakes, which are fairly powerful themselves. Its going to be interesting, seeing how this turns out. After we stop the minor invasion, I'll have to take leave for a bit, going to see them. My first grandchildren. Ha! I didn't ever think I would have a pack daughter. |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 05:00 PM | She walks slowly listening cheerfully,"Tarran....", she says hesitantely......."Why is eveyone in denial of telling me what we are to fight, and when?.." "I went to Dai Morra, but she refuses to speak of it." "Also I am strong enough to ask you for the Soul Reaper back. You speak wearily of it, and will not let me touch it." "I think you are forgetting who I am?" She says aggresively. "er....or who was...", she calms herself. Her eyes begin to glow, "just hand it to me." "Then perhaps we can get back to the subject of your grandchildren", she smiles |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 05:07 PM | "You what m'lady?" He looks at her, a worried expression on his face. o O (She seems to be very young... Though she said she's 300 years old.. damn.. I wonder if she's just playing games with me) "What exactly do I have to give it all to m'lady? Is it the fight you are talking about? If it is, then you still haven't answered my long asked question - Why and who is the attacker?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 05:13 PM | She turns around quickly, her hair lightly whipping against Sulay as she speaks. She sits cross legged in the chair, "I saw myself out there...it was not pretty.." She sighs then looks back to him, "The enemy has devil blood running through their veins they hate what I stand for, what I am, and what I choose to be. They hate my fortress for their's isn't like mine at all. This place has a few surprises and I'll leave it at that. The enemy has around 100 troops within their walls, training til they can no longer stand. These men are not human their devils in disguise..." she looks downward. "We are not ready for them Sulay... we won't be..." she shakes her head despairingly. |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 05:21 PM | Akroma, I have yet make sure the Reaper won't harm you again. You are a celestial, the weapon is evil. Put two and two together please! Also, you are not strong enough yet. It will be at least until next moon rise. Don't even think to try to take it by force. I'll know long before hand, and cut you down. I normally don't attack friends, but I will to defend my self. |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 05:30 PM | "100 men, that is all?" He stares at her, unsure wether he should sidt beside her and comfort her, or let her be. |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 05:34 PM | {OOC: Comfort her. I can't wait to see what happens:devil:} The werewolf was listening at the door like a bad puppy, thinking, 100 men! HA! IF there devils they better make Pitfiends look like Lemures if they hope to live when my men get here. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 05:41 PM | {ooc: lol, Tarran I'm thinking your waiting for a good fight to happen... *hehe*} She stands, "That is not all, do you want to know what I seen out there Sulay? I seen each one of you that has come here fighting, blood dripping from your wounds, weapons soaked in each others blood! And if that wasn't enough, I was the first to fall, I was the first to die!" Tears begin to stream down her cheeks, her emotions running quite hight now, "I was the first to fall, meaning I am the weakest here! I fell before my own men! How shameful!" |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 05:48 PM | She walks over to Tarran, "You speak of these beings as weaklings, but they are not." She lays her hand againsed Tarrans shoulder, "fine, but when I fully recover, I will have it" "You speak of me as a Celestial, but I am not. "I pocess the same powers, abilities, and apperence, but I was created from a false god Ixidor." "You know little of me, and you do not wish to anger me." "I to am your friend, but you should not set restrictions for me for I do not appreciate it." She smiles, "Now you say your the strongest of your er......pack." "Well I do wish to see more of your abilities." |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 05:53 PM | {Dai'morra, tell me, if I should prove Tarran's powers again, should I go easy on her, or come full circle in my Veran powers? And yes, I'm warmongering right now. I could really use a good fight.} My lady, should you be from another plane, or from the matierial, it doesn't matter. I'm a fairly accomplished kiler of all sorts. Should you want to test my powers, I will have to check with Dai'morra. But, I doubt she'll say no. |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 06:02 PM | "Do you wish to fight me?" Oh...well Terran..I do not wish to hurt you in any way." "Im sure you do not need her approval for this, do you owe debt to her?......" "Well if you do wish to fight me, I will not fight you in this form." The dagger begins to transform into a staff as Akroma chants. Her appearance begins to change to that of a elvin warrior. "Perhaps now you can fight without worrying of air strikes." |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 06:03 PM | "Dai'Morra, you are sitting right here infront of me... beside me.. " He sits down near her and take her hand in his "You are not dead, you are very much alive! For a dead being could never make my heart beat so fast" he pauses and looks her in the eyes. His own eyes glitter with enthusiasm. "Return my feelings or not, they are not mine to take. But, mine are yours, and so is my life. And as long as I live, you shall not come to harm, that is a promise... No, that is a vow." Sulay stands up and then kneels before the lady of the fortress, holding her hand. His face takes on the most serious expression seen by anyone until now. "From this moment and until I take my last breath, I am yours to command. May you find use in my service to you, and may my actions help thou save this place which is so dear to you." Then he stands up, smiling again. "And now I must ask your permission to take my leave, for I am truly tired from my journey through the lands... it was a long way until I got here." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 06:12 PM | {ooc: Oooo.. go full out Tarran! :D } Dai'Morra looks at him and smiles, "Those are beautiful words Sulay, spoken by a true knight." She then holds to his arm whispering, "I would be careful to not let lord Aravilar hear such words from you, he is quite the jealous one. I wouldn't want either of you to get hurt." She sighs and starts to say something but hears voices outside her door, this does not make her happy. Dai'Morra rushes to the door and opens it, "Who in the gods name dares to listen on my personal conversation with Sulay?" Her eyes look down to Tarran and then to Akroma, "How dare you! You have found my true anger button!" Dai'Morra turns to Sulay, her body shaking with rage, "Enjoy your rest, we'll speak again when prying ears aren't around!" Dai'Morra storms off to her room. |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 06:18 PM | Akroma still standing there with her arm on Terran looks up at Dai Morra....."Are you feeling well, your face is a little red, oh and dont worry about the whole jelousy thing, I wont tell anyone." Akroma shuts her mouth as she has relized what she just has said......"er..perhaps I was linked telepathicaly, but it was on accident....she looks to Terran as for help. "She seem angry, why did she run off like that so quickely?" |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 06:19 PM | "Goodnight m'lady.." He walks her off with his eyes.. somewhat saddened. o O (Oh well... Now she thinks I'm a knight.. just great..) He walks out of the room, greeting the strange couple outside the door, and continues to his own room. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 06:19 PM | Aravilar shifted uneasily in his chair, and he suddenly stood. "I hear the drums approaching," he said, a grim expression rising on his face. The elven mage raised his hands, and a loud alarm sounded through the fortress. His voice, magically enhanced, sang out, "To spells and to arms! Tel'Mythal van tier t'nor!" A pale blue light shone above the fortress as the protective spells began to take form. Aravilar, with the greatest care, said softly, "....My sweet, I--" He was silenced by a flash of light from the outside. The Mythal fell over the Fortress, the strands of raw magic weaving together. The high mage said, "Ad puella mea eo." He disappeared, and appeared at Dai'Morra's side. "My love, the attack begins," he said, fire blazing in an aura around him. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 06:29 PM | She sends a mental message to Sulay, "My dear Sulay please join me at the front, the battle draws dangerously close.. and within one second I shall be up front." Dai'Morra was quite angered still and wondered why Aravilar did not ask her of it, "Does he not care?" She looks up to Aravilar and pulls her dagger out from the side where she keeps it against her bare skin on her hips. "Gather the others General Aravilar, make sure everyone knows!" Dai'Morra disappears and then reappears a few feet in front of the on coming army. "HALT! I dare you to come closer fiends of the hells, yes.. I know what you are! How could I not know, your bodies reek of the hells and its burning flesh stench that makes one turn so far from you! You have come to my fortress and dare to invade upon my territory, you must not know what lies behind me..." Before she was finished two arrows come flying out at her, one hitting her in the chest, the other in her stomach. The poison from one of the tips of the arrows slowly begins to seep within her veins. She falls backward onto the ground, her body hitting with a thud, her eyes cast upward at the clouds that pass without a care. |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 06:34 PM | "Terran!".....It has come,.."Akroma flies out into the sky to see the incoming battle....she spots a figure lying on the ground. "The fiends!" She teleports to her, and lifts her up quickley, and takes flight." You will be fine. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 06:44 PM | Aravilar cursed loudly, firing five blasts of spellfire into the enemy lines before concentrating on Dai'Morra. "Gods, send!" he cried, his body erupting into an inferno of white-hot fire. His fire-form sped towards Dai'Morra and Akroma at a blinding pace. When he reached the flying forms, Aravilar said, "Gods!" He raised a hand, casting a healing charm on his love, and then saying to Akroma, "Allow me to take her back to the tower. Send for the reinforcements!" |
| Finwe02-12-04, 06:44 PM | In a chamber in the fortress, secluded and dark, Finwe sits, magical energies coursing around him. The shearp power emanating from him crackles in bursts of power. He holds a single diamond, perfectly formed without flaw or scratch, as large as a fist, covered with golden shavings. He takes the diamond in two hands, and mutters an incantation, slowly and intently; "The moon shall fall The earth shall break The gods shall die The fires will burn All shall be consumed Thus all that once was shall be gone, and born anew The thunder booms The mountains quake The river dries The clouds gather Darkness rises A single flame, brilliant and pure, shall descend from the heavens upon wings of gold and silver The fires will burn All shall be comsumes Thus all that once was shall be gone, and born anew, when the storm comes..." Upon finishing, Finwe crushes the Diamond with his bare hands and throws it into a roaring fire, where the flame melts it. ...and the Fate of tortured souls shall be a final and utter end. |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 06:49 PM | *Ignore* OCC: I must sign off line Au revoir! |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 06:53 PM | Aravilar thanked Akroma and said, "I owe you one." He picked up Dai'Morra, flying high into the sky, well above the advancing army. He looked to the blue shield of the Mythal, which was pulsating with spell power. "My love, why did you go off like that? You could have been killed!" The mage held her to him. "You had me worried to death." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 06:53 PM | Dai'Morra shakes her head after Aravilar heals her, "No! I am going back out there!" She disappears from Akroma's grasp and reappears where she was standing earlier, facing the men angrily. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 06:55 PM | Aravilar mumbled to himself, silently cursing his love's tenacity. "Ardet," he said, and several walls of fire were raised in front of the advancing army. He slowly flew down to Dai'Morra's side and said, "I will not let you face them alone." He raised his hands, pointing at the army. "They will not live through this night." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 07:00 PM | She looks at Aravilar, quite angrily, "No! Do not fight at my side, I do not wish for the others to know I am weak! I saw the future Aravilar and I plan on changing it! I will not be the first to fall this day!" Dai'Morra disappears from his side and reappears at the very end of the line of the army. "You never let me finish fiends!" She growls at them, her angel wings spread out behind her, her white aura almost to much to look at. She advances on the first man she sees and begins to attack him with her dagger. |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 07:04 PM | "Damn, I guess I won't be getting no sleep anytime soon!" He cursed away and took the next turn at the hallway. o O (Now where is that "front"?) He came to a door. He entered the dining room. o O (Ok, now from here I can get to the gates and the walls) He continued towards the exit until he was outside in the courtyard. The drums of war thudded and pierced through the cold night's air, then he suddenly realized it has been a long time since he last heard these kind of sounds. o O (War never changes...) He climbed the stairs to the inner walls, in hope to get a good view of the sorrounding. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 07:06 PM | Aravilar raised an eyebrow before teleporting again to her side. "I will NOT stand idly by while you are attacked!" He yelled as a blast of spellfire tore through the enemy lines, rippling through several ranks of soldiers. "I love you too much to watch you be attacked!" Aravilar yelled even more loudly, and a large, crystalline spear of ice appeared. He threw it at the advancing soldiers, freezing some in their tracks. "I will not ALLOW you to die!" A huge maelstrom of flame erupted inside the enemy lines, but they came, by the thousands, overtaking the fires.... |
| ThePreacher02-12-04, 07:12 PM | ((ooc: Amm.. man, what thousands? Dai'Morra said there were only 100 men  )) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 07:13 PM | "Aravilar, I am not weak! I don't wish you to prove that by helping me! Let me take care of these guys, since you are more powerful you go find the leaders. These guys are nothing to me, please Aravilar, please go seek the leaders." She then turned her full attention on the demons, her dagger becoming what appears to be an ice dagger. Her hand turns blue to avoid taking damage from the cold. "Go Aravilar! Do not linger here with me as I shall be fine!" |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 07:17 PM | ((OOC: It's all in perspective. What would YOU think if YOU were surrounded by a bunch of soldiers? You'd never know how many there are.)) Aravilar cursed loudly. "If I must go, a piece of me will stay." Aravilar pulled a piece of flame from his arm and stretched it out. The fire expanded, forming a clone of Aravilar, wreathed in flame. "Stay here and protect her. I will not suffer her to be lost," Aravilar said to the fire-clone. The flaming elf nodded, casting some abjurations. Aravilar sighed, and warped time and space to reach the rear of the soldiers. "Pathetic knaves," he said, reaching the army commanders. "You are quite overmatched." |
| anglar02-12-04, 07:35 PM | Anglar arrives by the side of Aravilar. "May I be of some help here, or are you too proud to accept my offer?" Anglar unsheaths his blade, the one given to him by Frostbite Ravenheart, and sets into a defensive stance for the incoming horde. He nods his head towards Dai'Morra. "Milady, I wish it were on better terms that we speak again." |
| aravilar_holistacia02-12-04, 07:51 PM | "Your aid I would certainly accept, my lord," Aravilar said, drawing his moonblade. "Thank you for your help. To arms!" he said, charging the lines. |
| Finwe02-12-04, 08:20 PM | In the heat of the battle, Finwe's battilion emerges, flying over form the otehr side of the fortress. As they crest the highest tower, they make a sharp dive down into the disguised demons, crashing into them with great force. They form a protective cicle around Dai'Morra, although they are not enough to completely protect her. Many foes fall on both sides, the two forces contrasting sharply. OOC: Finwe and Aravilar all share a telepathic bond and have other meathods of communication as well, fyi. That's why the celestials are protecting Dai'morra - Aravilar requested it. |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 08:23 PM | A mind shattering howl is heard, as Tarran rushes forward, in giant wolf form, his armor glinting in the light of the fire. Behind him, eight similar beasts stand, followed immeidately by eight werebear, more impressive than the normal. A single wererat stands at the lead, sitting atop a magnificent tiger. He salutes Tarran, who nods, telling them to do what they do best: Kill evil. The werewolf comes to Dai'morra's side, his tail between his legs. He says in thought: I'm sorry, my lady. Its just that, simply, I don't trust the ranger. I doubt he himself wishes you any harm, but I swear upon my guardianship that something is trying to take him into the darkness. Anyway, my friends back there will tear a sizable hole in the army. This should be interesting. I'll deal with Akroma later. Right now, we have fiends to kill. Ava, ready? I'm thinking of releasing a fairly large blast loose. Can you magnify it? Its druidic, yes, but can you? |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 08:45 PM | A grin appears on her face, "If Tarran wil not give me the Soul Reaper I shall take it from him, for that is my chance for reserection."Her eyes burn red as she links to Tarran...she begins to chant louder to disturb the link, and distract Tarran from the whereabouts of the weapon coceiled somewhere on his body. Her eyes glow brighter as she chants, "His link is hard to break I must try harder!" Her hair begins to flow through the wind as her angelic armor glimmers..."Give me what is mine!" An evil grin appears on her face....as she looks down to her hand. The once blue angelic sapphire has turned burning red with such power and rage. The Soul Reaper forms into a long sword glistening red..as she poses an attack stance for flight. "They shall all die, and I will live once more!" Her wings spread to full length as she flies above the armies...she then lowers her blade, and cuts through the army among the line chanting. It appears that she is hidden beneath the army, but then she reappears burning red like that of a pheonix from the blade. She then stops, and looks down at the portion she has went through as a long red line appears..into a burning flame almost instant killing numerous amounts at once. The red flames of their souls begin to rise and appear before Akroma, "Forge with me, and I grant you full power from the god Ixidor!" She then lands next to Dai Morra with a gruel expression, and long blue hair flowing through the wind. She then flies further into the air above her, and holds the reaper ready for another attack as she chants...."Their souls shall all be mine for the taking!" The Soul Reaper sliced through all three women, killing them almost instantaneously. As the explosion that was triggered by the impact engulfed her body in a blinding light, Akroma finally died in peace, knowing that Ixidor had been avenged at last. OCC: The image link isnt working, so if you would like to see Akroma in this raging form then click on this link. Untitled Document |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 08:50 PM | Soul Reaper melts in Akroma's hands, showing that the used weapon had been Serafriend, the sword the angel resisted using, and had used so beautifully. The werewolf laughs. He breaks a skull of a man coming at him, before saying to the angel: The Reaper is mine angel. It's locked away, far from your reach. Use Serafriend, just as you have, and maybe after the battle I will return the axe. If its so important to you, we will fight later. Right now, I wouldn't try that again. My psionic defenses will blast you into oblivion, god born or not. |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 09:05 PM | She look down at the wolf figure. "Silence or you shall be obsorbed!" She says this not reconizing anyone for Akromas Vengence has been Unleashed. "You being shall die soon for your threats will go to vain!" She holds her hands in the hair with the dagger, as her emerald darkens further, and the dagger is broken. "This weapon is of no use. the Serafriend begins to crumble slowly to the ground where dead lay. "For this you shall die!" a barrier appears around her as she flies closer to the wolf. She approaches him eyes fully burning read, "You shall see the light from Ixidor as well!" "Akromas Vengence begins." |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 09:27 PM | Tarran smiles broadly as he sees the angel coming at him. He knows she has no chances, its just whether or not she realizes it before death that was a problem. True Death does wonders. He allows the shield to come, his body simply absorbing the raw magic power. He blinks, now able to gauge her among his various other foes. No more powerful than that cerebilith was, he says to himself, as he nimbly dodges her physical attacks, and absorbes the magic. He simply smiles, watching as this enraged creature he had mistaken for an angel became more and more demonic. He does not strike, waiting for the oppurtune moment. He calls to Dai'morra: My men will take care of things for me! He then swoops in, faster than even Mercury could see, breaking one of the angel's wings clear off, leting loose a wounding spell into her as well. {OOC:Tarran is resistant to magic, and immune to the five elements, psionics altogether, and has the half damage quality. Anything that fails to overcome his magic resistance, (which is anything not fired by an overdeity) is absorbed, and helps to strengthen him. He has the True Death quality, which upon killing an outsider, that outsider is permanently destroyed, out of the reach of anyone below Divine Rank 50. He instantly pierces all defenses, including spells, of anything that attacks him. Only base AC, meaning 10+dex bonus, counts against him. Tarran is simply the most powerful killer of outsiders known. The spell was a defeater of fast helaing and regenertain. Its an epic level spell, no save, no SR, that negates both for a minute per level. Tarran has a lot of levels.} |
| Shadow1990502-12-04, 09:43 PM | OCC: I will be off tommorow, so have fun with the battle and btw Tarran, Akroma is already dead, "not much you can do." although you may bind her, but she is Akroma Angel of Wrath *hint hint* You should really stop gloating for at liest two seconds....Dont end the battle without me...sorry.....:( |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 09:48 PM | OOC: Sorry to gloat, but Tarran is kinda of the ultimate slayer of beings. Also, being undead doesn't matter much. He can kill demiliches without going for the lick box. Binding, however, to wait for her to calm down isn't to hard, now that she no longer has two wings. The werewolf watches the angel fall, and casts stasis on her, until her can deal with her properly. He descends into the midsts of the evil army, and proceeds to rip all sort of hell. They never knew what hit 'em! |
| Finwe02-12-04, 09:51 PM | Suddenly, the battle ends. :P j/k Hey Tarran, I think that you now qualify for being entered into the list of !@#$!!! Level Characters. (see the character posting board for more detials). |
| Lord Tarran02-12-04, 09:58 PM | Said the same thing there, but no one listens. I need to post the full char sheet first. The werewolf slays a few more. Boring, he moans. |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-12-04, 11:49 PM | As soon as Sulay leaves the Fortress, and thus also the impenetratable friewalls layn uppon it by Dai'Morra's First Captain, the voice comes back into his mind, sounding the same way as it sounded the first time he heard it. ~ They dared to humiliate thee, eventhough the fortressmistress' affection towards thee is obvious! Shalt thou, my revered lord Solhon, suffer this childish force-bragging, that seems to become a tradition withing the castle that should serve goodness above all else? If fear for the pathetic psychs of thy rival keeps thee from devastating them intellectually, then it is a selfless decision i admire thhe for, and could never commit to myself... ofcourse, as always, my honest will is to aid thee and thy glorious acts. Show them thy power, dearest lord Solhon: utter the words "Death to all Tyrants!", and an army shall come and obey thee through me. When the voice dictates the command words, which he claims would bring an army ro Sulay's controll, the latter; can feel an inspirational charge released wihtin him: a feeling of purpose, rightousness, and gallantic courage swirls in the ranger's soul, when the obnoxiously polite, servitoral voice teaches him the words "Death to all Tyrants"... Even the sleepless fatigue seems to fade from him. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-12-04, 11:56 PM | Dai'Morra continues to fight the devis that charge at her. The devils start raming into each other and soon a huge pile of devils start piling on top of her. She screams out for Aravilar's help. Dai'Morra digs her dagger into the devils legs. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-13-04, 12:59 AM | Aravilar appeared, breathless, silverfire streaming from his hands. The devils recoiled at the light and fires... "My lady!" he cried, throwing more fire into the mix. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 01:05 AM | As she fights one off, one bites into her skin ripping some of her flesh off of her arm. "Aravilar!" She screams out in pain from the wound she just received, quickly she retailiates by stabbing him with her dagger and dragging the dagger downward on his leg. He fell down and Dai'Morra tries to get on top of him to stab him in the chest. The devil grasping her wrist tightly and suddenly in his hand appears some dried stuff and forces it into her mouth. Dai'Morra rolls over and begins to spit it out, though things start looking odd to her. As she stands she begins to stumble around as though drunk, her eyes seeing everything in double and spinning around. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-13-04, 01:12 AM | Aravilar snarled, blasting the devils with a huge bolt of spellfire; they were disintegrated by the blast. "My sweet!" he said, running to her. He held a hand to her mouth, allowing some healing spellfire to cleanse her body of the toxins the demons had injected. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 01:16 AM | She smiles to Aravilar, "Thank you again my love for helping me out. I don't know what I'd do without you!" She wraps her arms around his neck and hugs him. Then quickly getting to her feet she stands very close to his side. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-13-04, 01:26 AM | Aravilar picked Dai'Morra up, swinging her around in the air before placing her lightly on the ground. "It looks as if they are retreating; we should call back the leaders and have a meeting. Shall we away to the Tower?" Aravilar waited expectantly. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 01:29 AM | She nods, "Yes, that is a good idea..." As she starts to walk away one brave devil manages to put her into a headlock, and she coughs, "Ara.. *cough*.. vilar.." |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 01:44 AM | As the battle goes on, the ranger climbs to one of the sentry towers and looks into the distance trying to learn about the goings of the army. Then he saw Dai'Morra.. And a wave of fiends sorrounding her and her lover. Then he saw the werewolf and the angel.. And finally came into the scene the Elven warrior. o O (Cursed she be! I see she is set on making me break my vow! Won't happen dear lass, won't ever happen!) He quickly exits the tower and runs to the arc of the gates. Suddenly, the voice returns. Sulay listen's, now very irritated. Then a feeling of vigor floods his body.. Almost making him want to give in to the oferrings. "Bahh! I must be getting old!" He looks to the sky, then to the forest.. He knows he has to call for aid. o O (I never was a general, dear invader, and I do not intend to start now... But tell me my rude friend... Who the hell are you? And why do you insist on trespassing in my mind?!) |
| aravilar_holistacia02-13-04, 01:55 AM | Originally posted by Dai'Morra Clayrentha She nods, "Yes, that is a good idea..." As she starts to walk away one brave devil manages to put her into a headlock, and she coughs, "Ara.. *cough*.. vilar.." Aravilar pulled his moonblade and stabbed the demon squarely in the forehead, a neat, inch-long gash forming in its skull. He kicked the body away and said, "Let us away." The duo appeared in the Tower. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 01:59 AM | Not waiting for a reply from the alien voice, he looks into the distance.. In his thougts, he send out a message. A few seconds pass, and a loud cry can be heard... A roar maybe.. But not like any roar... It had a noble tone. From above the peaks of the forest trees, emerges a dark silhuette. With great speed it flies over the raging battle and towards the lone ranger on the citadel walls. o O (Yes my friend, it is time for you to repay that debt...) The silhuette fades, and now anyone who looks up above can see a great eagle, one of draconic size... It's feathers blister and it's mighty voice thunders through the skies. It flies over Sulay and picks him up with it's claws, the ranger does not resist. o O (There my friend! Where the angel stands!) With great speed the eagle gains hight and flies over the scene where Dai'Morra is taken hostage. The ranger in the meantime readies himself.. Though he wished for a more comfortable.. Position. o O (I must take a clear shot.. can you do something fast?) The eagle sounds a great shout as if in reply and suddenly sulay's cape and part of his chain shirt is in the heaven beast peck. o O (Ghaa... Great.. Thank you.. Much better! Now downwards my friend! With the speed of light!) The eagle's voice sounds once again, piercing through the sounds of war. He descends, fast to where the demon stands, holding Dai'Morra captive. o O (I must get this right... I must... No second chances..) Sulay manages to get his bow in his hands and pull an arrow out of his quiver, he readies the bow. With great speed come the eagle, descending from the skies, right above the heads of the angel and the demon. o O (May Tyr guide this one...) Sulay releases the bow string.. The arrow is fired... The aim was clear, strieght towards the demons scalp. The eagle does not seem to stop though... He and his companion continue to descend in a parabollic trajectory... Finally crashing to the ground with great force. Right on top of the enemy lines. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 11:46 AM | Before they had disappeared she caught sight of Sulay flying downward and realized that he was in serious trouble. After Aravilar made them appear in the tower, she smiles and looks up to him. "Thank you Aravilar, but Sulay is in trouble, we must help him! I will not let him die like that!" She hugs him tightly then disappears. Dai'Morra knew the chance she was taking was a big one but decided to do it anyway. She reappears where she thought Sulay crashed down at. Frantically she began to search, though the devils saw their chance to try and take her down again. She looks at the devils and frowns, then flies higher up into the air to get a better look while trying to dodge most of the arrows that were being shot at her. She catches sight of Sulay and flies down toward him, lands only for a second to pick him up, then takes off into the air while trying to keep a good hold on him so she doesn't drop him. Her beautiful white feathery wings beat upon the air carrying them upon the air and over the battlefield, where there lay many dead. Dai'Morra tries not to let her eyes linger on the battlefield to long or she knew she'd regret it. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 01:39 PM | "Ammm... M'lady.. That wasn't necessary... Though I am grateful for your concern. However, now you probably do not think too highly of me.. As I failed to be there when it most mattered." He drops his head for a second, as if ashamed, then he speaks again - "I must ask you however that you give me another chance to prove to you I was not swearing in vain. Let me prove you, my word is one of a trustworthy man. You can let me down now, I will see to it that none shall follow you inside the fortress". In the meantime, the eagle rises on his great legs, and smashes through the enemy with his great wings, while fending the front with his great peck. Then he flies up, rising above the ground where the enemy gathers. The eagle's rage drives it to strike again and descend upon the ones who have tried to harm him, but as it is about to attack, the ranger's thoughts flush into his mind. o O (That will do for now, my dear friend. You have helped me many a time, and once again, this is no exception. I shall call upon you again in my time of need. Thank you. Please hurry to your flok, as you should not endanger yourself for such veile creatures.) |
| aravilar_holistacia02-13-04, 01:47 PM | Aravilar walked along the ramparts of the walls, directing blasts and spells at the advancing soldiers. "Aim for their necks!" he cried. "Fire!" From vantage points along the castle walls, golden arrows were fired, the quarrels speeding quickly towards the enemy lines. Aravilar brandished a wand and let the lightning fork across the front lines, wounding several. "They must not get any closer!" he shouted, and more arrows loosed into the lines. Aravilar sighted Dai'Morra flying into the sky and he spoke a few command words. Behind her, a blue shield of light deflected any attacks sent her way. Aravilar closed his eyes and said a silent prayer to Mystra. |
| Shadow1990502-13-04, 04:52 PM | Akroma lays Forlorn on the ground under the dead. She begins to look to the werewolf "please help me..." She grins relizing she has fooled the wolf. Her emerald glows a darker red as she begins to tranform into a wolf like creature similar to Terran, "Your blood flows through my viens." She smiles and begins to run towards him, and fanishes with the speed of a teleporter. She then appears behind him, grabs his arm, and smiles,"Would you like to take a flight." She grips his arm tightely and begins to swing him with the strength of Tulkas himself. She then releases him as he flies through the woods a long distance away from the battlefield. She then tranforms back into the celestial figure, "Over centuries of time I have dealed with overconfident fiends as that." "They will soon fear the name for which they will cry for at the time of their death." She begins to fly into the air her blue angelic like hair flowing into the wind, and her wing begins to regenerate. Glowing red orbs appear from her hands as she begins to chants. She looks down at dead soldiers, "Yes, they will add to my army quite well, and will make good followers of Ixidor." The dead begin to rise along the grounds...as Akroma chants. "Now seek vengence upon Ixidor, and kill those who oppose you!" She leads ahead of the army in the sky to enter the fortress. OCC: Im not sure if youve ever looked up Magic History, but if so surely someone knows of Akroma. She is the freakin leader of the Planes. She commands masssive armies of Ixidor, and is feared among the lands. I didnt want to rub anything in until now, but you really are pushing me Terran. Oh and btw "Since when did werewolves become magic resistant?" Only firewitches and some very strong archmages posses that ability. Yes, im sure youve created your own character, but try not to rub everything in so often.:mymy: |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-13-04, 05:05 PM | Originally posted by ThePreacher o O (I never was a general, dear invader, and I do not intend to start now... But tell me my rude friend... Who the hell are you? And why do you insist on trespassing in my mind?!) While Sulay went through the fortress and up to the turret, the voice faint to the point of indistinction, and "background noises" covered it. Obviously, the fortress's magical defences were stronger in these parts. The voice only came back once the vigilante was became airborne, carried on the giant eagle's wings. ~ If it is lack of strategic skill thou fearest, worry not - thy new army's sheer force shall render any planning and directing unnecessery; besides, is the noble goal itself not enough? As to my unforgivable intrusion, i am truly sorry, master Solhon, yet my deabilitating flaws deprive me of any other way to speak to thee: i've no mouth to utter words, and neither fingers to write with, nor limbs to gesture... my tenacity is causd by pure admiration, and desire for thy ends to be achieved, for thou deservest such achievemtns, dearest Lord Solhon! |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 05:09 PM | Dai'Morra landed on one of the ramparts and set it him and smiles, "No I do not think any different of you. Forgive me for saying this but I shall not sit around while this fight takes place outside of my fortress. Why must everyone insist on me locking myself in my room with my most valued item that they wish to have!" She suddenly stops realizing she had just let out her most protected secret, she raises a hand to her mouth, "I.. shouldn't have told you that.." She spreads her wings readying herself to take off again." |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 05:51 PM | "A lady should not fight... Well, atleast without backup" He grins an evil smile "So I must implore you to take me with you whenever you wish to act so foolishly again. Forgive me for these words of insult but I am but a simple man m'lady, and I speak what is in my mind. You should not rush so relentlessly into battle without planning and without the slightest clue of the enemy's abilities. How can one angel fight off a thousand devils? In legends mayeb that is possible... But here and now.. The times are different I think." He steps closer to Dai'Morra, looking her in the eyes. "Tell me m'lady, what exactly did you wish to achieve by that appearence in the midst of the enemy lines? As I saw you were almost killed twice. Only a few seconds after sending that message to me you left the fortress and faced the enemy on your own. Haven't your many years of experience on this earth tought you better than this?" As he speaks, the alien voice returns. Sulay tries to ignore it and concentrate on the lady Dai'Morra... But the power involved seems to be too much even for a nature man's mind. o O (Tell me, what is it exactly you want from me, dear invader? Why have you chosen me as the targe of thy offerings of greatness and splendor? What is it you seek to gain by this?) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 06:02 PM | Her determined face grew to a saddened one as she sat down against the wall and drew her knees close to her, "Sulay, these fiends angered me beyond reason, I have something they want and they shall not have it! I refuse to hand such an item over and the item is worth much more than my life. I would kill myself knowing that it would be safe forever, I would hand the devils my soul to know that the item rests safely away from their grasp. Do you not think that army was for nothing? I lied to you and everyone else about why they come here, though I suppose it wasn't all a lie. They do hate me, they loate me even, they hate my nature." She sighs and rests her chin on her knees. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 06:18 PM | The ranger takes a few steps closer and sits down beside her. "How is throwing your life away for nothing going to prevent them from getting what you speak of?" He takes her hand with his, making her rais her face again. "Which brings us to the next question... What exactly is this item you speak of?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 06:26 PM | "I wouldn't throw away my life so easily, I would only do it knowing if I did do it that the item would be placed somewhere safe. Anyhow, the item is this..." she makes a feather appear in her hand hovering above her palm. It glows white and she looks down at it, "It belonged to someone I knew long ago.. the best being I ever knew of. My thoughts were so high of him, my life was for him. He betrayed me and ruined what I thought of him. A few years later he was killed by two powerful devils." She looks up at him, "The very two that lead that army out there.. I want to fight them myself! They killed him! I didn't get to say good bye Sulay... not even to tell him what I thought of him and that he had let me down. I tried with all my heart to bring him back, but nothing worked." She lowers her head again, tears streaming down her cheeks and she wipes them away. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 06:29 PM | "M'lady.. Please do not cry, for you have much happier days ahead of you. Thus there is hope .. Thus there is a reason to smile and none to cry." He wraps his arm over her shoulders and draws her near to him. "But I still cannot understand.. Why is it that they are after this.. Relic?" |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 06:32 PM | She smiles up to him and rests her head on his shoulders, "It holds a great amount of power within it. It came from the wing of my master, whose name I shall not reveal. He held great power within him and he only used his magic for good despite the bribes and pleads from those who wanted him to show his powers off." |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 06:52 PM | "Well... I do not understand all of this.. And I guess I don't really need to. But the task is simple.. Don't let the bad guys touch the feather. Alright then. Let us make haste and plan the defense." |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 06:53 PM | {ooc: just in case you are looking for a new post, see the one above ^^ } |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-13-04, 06:59 PM | ~ Not to dictate thy forms of speech, yet my wish is that thou referth to me as "servant" rather than "invador"; What thou callest "invasion" is but a necessity caused by my cripplity. What i "want" - as thou willeth tp formulate it - is for the Kkhurrngghal to remain in th hands of those who seek to protect innosence, rather than corrupt it; i strive for the cosmic prevelation of good above evil, to put it in simple terms. The voice, that was always overly-polite and had a constantly appologizing tone of servitude, now becomes much dryer - atleast for a short time - but then changes slightly again, taking on a hearty, penetrating intonation, like that of a man who laies all his cards open on the table. ~ There are only two pure hearts within this compound, dearest lord Solhon: thyne and that of thy love; i would have humbly included my own, yet i have no heart, the same way as i have neither limbs nor lips. One whos heart is tainted with selfishness, compromise, pettyness, or powerlust, cannot lead these defenders to victory this time, which leaves but two: Dai'Morra Clayrentha of Wakenia, and Sulay Solhon of Cormyr. In that order. My awe before the angels, those whose very essences embody goodness, holds me from communing with her; i am not as greate of spirit as thou, my most revered lord, and i dare not inntiate such closeness to a celestial, for unlike thyself, i am not worthy of such proximity to these purest of beings. For these reasons this day must be won by thee, for otherwise it shan't be won at all... please do not turn thy back on what i know thou hast belief in. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 07:15 PM | o O (You are right... I shall not fall today! And exactly for that reason I am reluctant to take on your offer, as inviting as it may be. Friend or foe.. I do not trust what I do not see my friend.. As simple as that. May the gods be with you, whoever you are.. And may I have the same blessing. I hope we part on a note of good will and you understand my refusal. Thank you for the concern though.) The ranger then closes his mind to the intruder.. Though ofcourse he is unable to block him, but if again adressed by the alien voice, he simply ignores it with all his might of will. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-13-04, 07:20 PM | She looks up at him and then stands, "No.. do not plan anything m'lord Sulay. I shall be doing my own, please understand. I can't let them have it, and I will go take care of the two needed to be taken care of. Sulay I ask that you, Aravilar, and the others plan for the army. The two generals are mine! A white glow appears in her eyes and she disappears. |
| aravilar_holistacia02-13-04, 07:31 PM | He wraps his arm over her shoulders and draws her near to him. When Sulay did thus, Aravilar's eyes alighted. "You, my lord Sulay, should stay away from my love. I trust you less than I do the Lord Asmodeus--and the Lord is not in my favor." Aravilar stood very close to Sulay, a hand on his moonblade. "You would do well to remember that I love this angel. I do not take kindly to her being caressed by the likes of you." Aravilar's eyes were smouldering, a bright yellow-and-gold glow in his pupils. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 07:33 PM | "What tha... damn that woma...err.. angel! I can't believe she's 300 years old... Actin so foolish.. bahh!" The ranger shakes his head with dismay and walks out of the room, again looking for the exit. On the way out though, he notices and recalls the sudden guest. The Elven mage. "The likes of me?" He looks at him, a tired look on his face. |
| ThePreacher02-13-04, 07:54 PM | ((ooc: I'm out for tonight, so hold your horsies.)) |
| Quathmoir Dlaeh Issarhai02-13-04, 08:14 PM | Without saying a word, the presence dissappeared from Sulay's mind. A flash of light appeared betuin the ranger and the mage, spinned very slowly, sending short raies, and then dissipated just as slowly. Now both Sulay and Aravimar could hear it once again, though it was obviously directed elsewhere - they were obviously not menat to hear it, but the voice's wielder was apparently slightly uncarefull, and so he was heard by both. The voice was no longer pleasant and servitorial: it was now cold, harsh, and emotionless, although a hint of anger could be felt by those who would pay greate attention... the voice you would expect form a true tyrant {although Sulay can still remember this voice offering him to promis death to all tyrants}. ~ These fields be waste! Functioneers - to my command, answer my call! Nothing more could be heard; the entity to whom this voice belonged obviously left Sulay's mind for good, and its last words were intended for other ears. None can tll wether it even noticed that its call was heard by those present here. *** At that time, away from everyone's sight, much closer to the fiendish armies' fortress than to Dai'Morra's, fanglike stone formations began rising, positioned in a circle, its radius about 6 meters, and all the "fangs" facing its center. The rising of this twisted stonehange was slow, so none of the fiends was impaled, but then energy began dancing on the edges of these "teeth", and strokes of lightning began darting from one "fang" to another, untill a thin web of unleashed electricity formed a full, hemyspherical roof over the formation, if the stone fangs were its walls. Nothing remained of the fiends who were within the circle at the time by which this formation became complete. {{OOC: If anyone plaied Populus, this stone circle looks like the shrine where shamans respawn.}} |
| Lord Tarran02-13-04, 09:47 PM | Upon the betrayal of the angel, the werewolf flies through the air. Of course, why would Gaia have blessed him if for nothing else but to kill him? The arms of his goddess catch him, as he roars in his fury. Ancient power begins to course through his veins once more, as all his powers come to the fore. His own wings, giant furred (yes furred) wings burst from his shoulders, as his size doubles. His fangs turn to silver, his claws as well. His fur takes on a silver sheen, as he glows in inner fury. He pounds through the air back to the battle. He roars: "My blood runs through you, Angel, but was is done in blood may be undone. I have control of my blood no matter where it be. When i found thee angel, you had no wings, no arms, no legs. With Blood be made, by Blood undone! " Green fire pours from the druidic beast of fury, drawing the werewolf blood out of Akroma. He smiles in his wolfish way, feeling the power of a godborn join him once more. Since killing Taatsael, the power he was used to absorbing had ben lacking. The essence of a gods chosen was welcome. A howl breaks out, redirecting his own men to reform there lines. Another howl, and more came to the front. Hordes of silver wolves, dire rats, and dire bears Line up behind them. the creature's easily out number the other amry two to one. "RARE!," he calls. "Rellt! Come here!" The wererat and the leader of the wolves come forward. "Arrange your people in horde form. I want full spell power up, bracing for heavy loses. This is going to be a long night" Tarran lands softly next to the angel, smiling in his way, rueful. "My dear, I try to save you, and you repay with treachery. I thought you could be redeemed, but you are Forsaken, Akroma. This is the end." His fangs slam shut. {OOC:Sorry it took so long. I think this is okay. } |
| Shadow1990502-14-04, 03:34 PM | OOC: Terran you are really breaking certain rules for the plains, you cannot kill off someones character, perhaps hurt them, but kill them off! Anyway such a pathetic werewolf cannot kill Akroma Angel of Wrath. I would of thought you would of known this name, but apparentely not! Im very angry right now for I am offended by your actions! I just cant believe this.....It is againsed the rules to kill of a player. Akroma lays to the ground her severed wings and arms lay beside her as she takes a one last breath.."Ixidor, please give me strength....." The emerald begins to glow a dark blue as her body is engulfed in a bright white light. Moments later she reappears with energy flowing through her body by the sight of a god. Her face darkens as she chants these words, "Foolish fiend, No one but Ixidor can create or destroy his creations!" As soon as she says this golden battle armor appears around her with a long violet robe at her waistline. Her hair flowing a longer dark blue as her eyes glow brightely than ever before. She looks to the decending wolf, "I will have much fun with this one." She teleports before him standing much radiant then before, "Why do you challenge me for I cannot be destroyed!" OOC: Also if you had looked up Akromas history youd find that she can often be Bipolor meaning she can be very nice one moment and turn brutal the other. This is why she was given the name Akroma Angel the Wrath. "A werewolf please..killing Akroma Angel of Wrath...that would be like an insect killing a giant." I have lost respect for your character and for you yourself. Overall I am very dissapointed with this thread, and your post will be reported.:headexplo |
| Finwe02-14-04, 04:01 PM | As the werewolf and Angel face of, a blast of flame errupts between them, a shockwave emanating from the blast so powerful that anyone near it is hit with a force like a raging leviathan, knocking them over. Two streaks of light streak forth from seemingly nowhere and each begin to encircle either Akroma or Tarran. The two shields of energy repulse eachother with the utmost strength, but hinder the two in nothing else. OOC: Neither of you two can resist this spell, and magic immunity doesn't apply, because it is not cast directly at you two, but instead in your general vicinity, so there is no save either. Basicaly, it creates to energy fields around each of you, but each are of differing polarity. So, simply put, you each basicaly count as having a telekinetic sphere around you whenever you try to get near eachother, but the energy fields provides no other hindrance. |
| Shadow1990502-14-04, 04:21 PM | Akroma looks up to Finwe, "Release me!" The earth begins to shake, and the skys begin to darken." A loud noise from the woods is heard of that of a massive army. She then grins and looks to the werewolf, "I told you to give me the Soul Reaper!" OCC: As said before Akroma can be Bipolor, and she can get very angry at times, but she can be very nice. I did not wish to anger you Tarran or harm your character, but you expect Akroma to get bashed by a wearwolf......? "No pardon me a wearwolf blessed by Gaia....:mymy: |
| Finwe02-14-04, 04:34 PM | OOC: Finwe isn't holding Akroma anywhere, merely preventing her and tarran from fighting. The energy feild has no other adverse effects. Also, Finwe isn't even on the battlefield, he was just casting through his commander, a phoenix. Finwe apears near Akroma, a smirk on his face. "Does my lady require a taste of respect, perhaps a side of humility? Or is your tounge to drowned in the taste of contempt to taste these other things?" |
| Lord Tarran02-14-04, 04:46 PM | As the field takes effect, the wolf bows his head to the superior magic. Glad he wouldn't have to deal with the pompous angel...yet...the werewolf shrank back to normal proportions. With a quick prayer to Gaia, and a quick prayer for Dai'morra, the wolf braces himself in front of his army, preparing for battle. ((Thanks, Finwe. Also, Shadow19905, reporting me, without bothering to check the ooc thread was a mistake. More improtantly, because I changed what I wrote. Thanks, for being as thoughtless as I was. Finwe, everyone, I thank you again for pointing out my monumental screw up, and helping me fix it.)) |
| Shadow1990502-14-04, 05:40 PM | OOC: Oh wasent that nice.., and I dont think the actions I took were harsh either. Why did you need others opinions to change your post. You knew you intentionally meant to kill my character off....Im glad youve changed your post, but how would you feel if someone killed off your character?....." :weep: Akroma still in a a crazed position looks to Finwe, "Release me now for I have vengence to pay to the werewolf who has binded me, and insulted the god Ixidor!" She then turns around, and gestures to the woods, "The followers of Ixidor will come soon, and all shall perish soon enough." "Akromas rage can result in death for if she is calmed the once elegant angel will return to her state." |
| Lord Tarran02-14-04, 06:02 PM | Tarran howls, as the wolves of his army follow the same way. All of the summoned beasts disappear, only the orginal 18 creatures and Tarran remain. Those creatures are now armored the same way Tarran is, all glowing in power. Tarran tromps over to Finwe's commander (who I assume is standing somewhere near Ava and Dai'morra) Without changing out of wolf form, he asks. What do you want me to do? I disbanded my army, I didn't want so many to get hurt. Instead, I summoned moonplate for all my men. We are a small bunch, but we can take a fair bit. Anything in particualr you would like me to do? He glances at the raging angel, sighs, and continues: And what are you going to do about her? She tried to kill me, and has gone mad because of the damned axe! What are you going to do Lord Finwe, you can't keep the shields up forever. OOC:Siani didn't fry me alive, so for now I think I'm okay. Can we just continue already? Or do we need to continue dwelling over my mistakes. |
| Lord Tarran02-14-04, 06:47 PM | Tarran yells to the female Verrati in thought: Lil' run back to the castle. Underneath the table is a bottle, open it. Moments later, a cracking sound is heard, as the light creature comes to Tarran. HE says to it: Calm down Akroma, please. |

"Akromas rage can result in death for if she is calmed the once elegant angel will return to her state." OOC: As I said before, Finwe "I have the power to bind you from a man, and My power reached further beyond what you might know. However, you are not currently bound by any force. You are simply unable to reach you r"quary." The legions of Ixdor are popycosh. You may have a grudge against the wolf, but he is foolish and unknowing. Would you slay the child who did not know whom you were and insulted you because you did something he did not like, or merely scold him?" OOC: Pheonix's don't really stand, they perch. Tarran hears a voice in his head; "The battle is won. You are under no obligation from me other than to leave Akroma alone, as she shall do with you, or she shall experience pain beyond belief. |
| Lord Tarran02-14-04, 07:13 PM | The wolf nods, before sitting down next to the perched phoenix. He says, How will this end, I wonder? |
| Pipers Youth02-14-04, 07:26 PM | disregard this post......heh.....heh......sorry My friend didnt sign off when I went to go post....This is why I hate sharing a computer! |
| Shadow1990502-14-04, 07:31 PM | Akroma grins as she is distracted from Finwe and looks to the light creature, "Creature of Ixidor why do you stand there, make haist and kill the fiend who has bound me with this retched sphere." The creature stares at Akroma for a moment confused...then begins to tranform of that of the appearence of Akroma herself. "What are you doing?..kill the fiend now!" The creature stands there before her, and replies in a calm silent voice, "no...." It then breaks the sphere around her and enters her body..... "What....are you......" Her eyes begin to glow a bright white, as the creature begins to fuse... Her gold armor begins to shatter and Akroma falls to the ground naked and folorn. A loud noise is heard from the ground as creatures begin to diffuse from her body. These creatures are that of the lives Akroma has just taken recentely from the devil army...They disperse into the ground and begin to surface to seek food. These creatures are deathworms. As akroma lays on the ground her appearence changes, and her face lightens to that of a fallen angel. The broken armor had cut her flesh, as she lays on the ground nude and helpless. Her eyes close.....and a bright light emmits from her body as evil begins to disperse from her emerald OOC: I know that it just restricts Akroma from attacking Terran, but she is quite dramatic.....:tantrum: |
| Lord Tarran02-14-04, 08:23 PM | Tarran, now in human form, motions to the lead werewolf. Rare walks over, and nods. She walks over to Akroma, seeing if anything is wrong. She tries to pick the angel up, and run her back to the castle, where she will be safe. |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-16-04, 12:14 AM | Dai'Morra tries to teleport within the castle, however, she gets stopped by a force field surrounding the enemy's fortress. Dai'Morra falls to the ground on her back, she takes a minute to catch her breath. Standing up she dusts herself off, then looks behind her to see three devils appearing. Two devils grab one of her arms and the other hits her on the back of the head with the hilt of his sword. After knocking her out they drag her back to a huge room, and chain her up on a wall. Her body slumps down and her head hangs so that her chin touches her chest. |
| ThePreacher02-16-04, 12:24 AM | ((ooc: What enemy fortress??? )) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-16-04, 12:29 AM | {ooc: The devils... they had one setup a great many miles away ;) } |
| Shadow1990502-16-04, 12:36 AM | OOC:Was this further into the woods?......Also try to remember that once Akroma was returned to normal, and the evil spirits released from her they took the forms of deathworms, which seek food. Also these deathworms can be fatal as they consumed, and killed Ixidor himself. I would worry about them. Glad your back!::D |
| ThePreacher02-16-04, 12:36 AM | Sulay just stands there, waiting for the Elven mage to reply. Though the last doesn't seem to answer. "Well whatever Mr.control maniac.. I must be away. See you later.. " With these words, the ranger walks by the mage and exits the room, heading for the exit of the fortress once again, in order to scout on the enemy's progress. When he reaches the citadel's walls, he climbs to the towers and looks out to the fields. The army seems to just grow in numbers with every passing minute. While the ones on the defending side are busy sulking in personal quarrels with each other. "This night I must return to my old self.. once again" The ranger's face turns grim, and his eyes sparkle with the light of determination. Though he knew, determination will not be enough to survive this hell. It would take a miracle... o O (A fuc*** miracle...) |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-16-04, 12:41 AM | {ooc: Akroma-- The fortress is a week's travel away.. and thanks! Preacher--Because its fun and its to help the story carry on, this was discussed with Ava on the phone, so it was done on purpose. :D Everyone, please use the OOC thread for OOC questions and comments, I do not want this thread filled with OOC!} |
| aravilar_holistacia02-16-04, 12:16 PM | Aravilar scowled at the receding Sulay, and shook his head in disgust at the words "Mr. Control Maniac". "These... people... will never understand," he said to himself, walking through the door after him. "Sulay." Aravilar called to the ranger as he followed him to the ramparts. "You're going with me to the enemy fortress. I need someone to go with me, and seeing as Tarran and Akroma are quite busy in the defence of the keep, you seem to be the only choice left to me," the mage explained. Continuing, he explained, "I cannot do this alone, much as I would like to. Not even I can fight off the demons' elites, such hundreds they must have in their stronghold. And you could not rescue her if you tried." Aravilar said, "We must work together on this or we will both lose someone dear." |
| Shadow1990502-16-04, 01:53 PM | Akroma looks up, "Tarran?.." She then notices it is that of a woman."Ah so are you in his pack....pardon me im not sure what you call it." "Where are you taking me, I thought I was just outside talking to Tarran about his grandchildren." She blushes, "Oh my, what happened to my clothes?" She then relizes that she is bruised and cut, "What happened?". Akroma stares blankely at the woman carrying her. |
| ThePreacher02-16-04, 02:05 PM | "What do yo..." The ranger turns around and stops in mid speech. "What are you talking about? Rescue who? What enemy fortress?!" He speaks hastily, though skepticsm could be heard in hist one of voice. |
| Lord Tarran02-16-04, 08:55 PM | Tarran turns into his giant wolf form, his armor grew spikes as it reappeared. HIs eyes glowed red. He growled at Ava: Hop on. I'm going to charge the fortress. I'd like to give you a ride, and I would like to have a cannon on my back. A saddle appears. He howls, and his pack files ahead of him. He waits for Ava. Elsewhere, Rare continues to bring Akroma into the castle. She says: I'm bringing you back to your room. You exploded in rage, and Tarran did something, not sure what, that put you down. And yes, I'm in his pack. I'm Rareni, the pack healer and empath. |
| Shadow1990502-16-04, 09:56 PM | "What are you talkng about?" She stares blankely at the wolf. "Are you sure your feeliing well?", she says hesistantely to the woman. "Perhaps you should put me down, I can tend to my wounds." She smiles to the woman, "I thank you for what ever you are doing......"Where is everyone, perhaps we can go see them, whats going on?" She pulls away, "I would ask you nicely to release me please." |
| Lord Tarran02-16-04, 10:03 PM | Rare glances upwards for a moment, before allowing healing magic to seep over the angel. She heals quickly, Rare being a much more ffective healer than Tarran. SHe arrives at the room, and places Akroma lightly on her feet. My lady, some time after your last memory, you exploded into a rage. Dai'morra has been taken captive, Tarran and the others are going to try and save her. The main battle is over, though a few deathworms popped up. I'm sure Lil' take care of them however. Tarran himself asked me to bring you here, to allow you to rest for a moment, and get your bearings. He also made it fairly clear to make sure you don;t fly into a rage. She places her hand on Akroma's forehead. a blue light coming out of it. I just placed a emotion probe in you. I now am fully aware of your emotions, or at least I think I am. Celestials are a little harder to read than others. I'm getting a little confusion right now, is that right? |
| Shadow1990502-16-04, 10:20 PM | Still confused and dazed of what is happening Akroma looks at the wolf, "What have I done?" A tear falls down her face, and travels down her breast, "Well at liest I wont be taking any more blood", she blushes. Well if Terran has told you to watch over me then perhaps we can go together, "Im fine, just a couple of bruises, and cuts." She then spreads her wings and gestures outside, "Are they there?" She smiles, "then we shall go." |
| Lord Tarran02-16-04, 10:24 PM | The wolf scans Akroma's body with her eyes, before saying hesistantly: Maybe you should put on something a bit more decent. I'm not sure where they are. The mythal that Lord Aravilar put up makes it impossible for me to keep my link with Tarran. {This is my last for the night. See you tommorrow.} |
| aravilar_holistacia02-16-04, 11:13 PM | Originally posted by ThePreacher "What do yo..." The ranger turns around and stops in mid speech. "What are you talking about? Rescue who? What enemy fortress?!" He speaks hastily, though skepticsm could be heard in hist one of voice. Aravilar said, "My love has been captured by the enemy. Their fortress lies to the north; Come! Stop this arguing, and let us away!" For then, Tarran came. "Tarran, let us away. Sulay is coming as well. I would be honored to be the artillery in this siege," Aravilar said, smiling slightly. Aravilar hopped into the saddle, and he cast an enchantment on Sulay, granting him flight. "Come, Sulay," Aravilar said. Away into the night the trio flew, over the woods and meadows... {Off for the night. Valete!} |
| Dai'Morra Clayrentha02-16-04, 11:18 PM | Dai'Morra soon wakes, finding that she has a pounding headache. "Aravilar.. Sulay.... Tarran..?" Her voice a whisper, but barely so. She tries to move but finds her legs unable to, she tries to see but is blinded by darkness. Yes, her eyes were awake but the room was so dark! This was not natural darkness for she could see in that. A noise could be heard beside her and soon she feels something heavy hit her on her head, sending her into a realm of unconsciouness. |
| ThePreacher02-17-04, 11:37 AM | o O (It must be raining arrogance and stupidity in the land where that old fart came from...) While trying to adjust to the unnecessary spell which has been cast on him, Sulay calls out to his friend in his thoughs again. In a few moments, a giant eagle joins Sulay's side while in mid air. Sulay maneuvers to the left and grabs on the winged beast's feathers, positioning himself on his back. o O (Follow that self loving ego maniac.. yep.. that's him) |
| Shadow1990502-17-04, 05:09 PM | ah...er.....She blushes, "Yes, I think I may need something." She says that quickely grabbing a curtain hanging near the entrance. "Wow these are beautiful, Lady Dai Morra sure knows how to treat her guests." She then wraps it around herself trying to cover up as much a she could. "I hope this isnt to provacative, so I think we can find them without anyones help.....ne?" She then walks outside of the fortress. "Oh...my..what happened why do dead lay here?" "Is everyone okay?" "Speak with haist, because we shall leave soon to find my friends." |
| Lord Tarran02-17-04, 08:01 PM | A battle just happened. Many of these died at your sword. I'm actually not sure where are friends are, we're still in the mythal. Oh, that reminds me! She reaches behind herself, producing Serafriend. She hands it to Akroma: Tarran didn't say to do it, but I think you should take this back. This is what you used to slay these beings. Tarran believes that you are free of...nevermind. |
| Shadow1990502-17-04, 09:46 PM | "Oh, yes Terran gave that to me." She smiles, "He has been very kind to me you know, and even nursed me back when I was injured." "Now what are you talking about..I slayed many of these people?" "Are you feeling well?...perhaps you mistaken me for someone else." "I just remember talking to Tarran, and then waking up having you rush me off into the fortres while everyone has dissapeared." "You have much explaining to do, but now we must find them." She then spreads her wings and flies further above the fortress. "You may follow if you want, but I do not intend to stay here knowing that my friends could be in danger." "I will return to give the dead a blessing, for their souls are trapped here." She then flies into the woods not knowing were to go or where her friends may be. She then looks to the dagger, "Something is wrong...for Tarrans dagger glows uneasily." |
| Lord Tarran02-18-04, 09:09 PM | {Sword! Shadow, its a longsword.} Rare looks at the sword, seeing the glow. SHe begins walking out of the mythal, before saying: If it glows, that means something is wrong with a fellow celestial, not Tarran. We must hurry, for it signifies Dai'morra is being hurt. Follow me! Rare bolts, changing into wolf form as she runs. Her armor appears, as her feet leave the ground. She is a blur of silver power, who suddenly stops, seeing the deathworms. Without a word, she pulses a blue nimbus, in which she charges through the worms, unhurt. She stops once she passes them, waiting for the angel. |
| Shadow1990502-18-04, 09:22 PM | "Oh my, your are quite quick." Her face saddens, "the deathworms, what are thye doing here?" She then flies lower to the deathworm holding the sword in ready to battle. She then swoops with such power and grace killing the deathworm. "I hope we wont run into any more of those." I should make haist to keep up." She looks to the blurred figure below her running at high speeds. "I hope she knows where Tarran and the others are." OOC: Tarran, im sorry, but she can really shape it into anything she wants it to be. It would just be efficient to keep it in a dagger form while carrying it. Sorry.... "I will return for you." |
| Leenaria The Pixie02-26-04, 12:11 AM | Dai'Morra continues to hang from the chains on the wall. The cold iron on her skin waking her several times with chills but to only but stuck and knocked out again. |
| kulideb02-27-04, 04:12 PM | A soft wind began to blow and the sound of silver bells could just be heard. the air seemed to shimmer. A lady dressed in a tatterd gown, appeared. Her long silver and blue hair moved as if teased by the wind. Her hand rested on the hilt of a large silver sword. Cassy stepped away from the shimmering air, which disapeared as she moved away. She looked around as if expecting some one to meet her. |
| Leenaria The Pixie02-28-04, 07:19 AM | OOC: Sorry Kulideb, but this thread has been closed due to recent complaints and immature people. |
| anglar03-08-04, 07:27 PM | Anglar walks around the grounds of the Fortress. "Lady Dai'Morra! I have come bearing greetings and good news. Where might you be found?" |
| ThePreacher03-09-04, 01:44 AM | Man... can't u read? The thread has been closed. |
