I've been looking around comparing abilities, powers, and spells, and I'd like some input from the community.

I'd like to compile abilities/feats/spells that allow a PC to make monsters around him involuntarily "share" Damage.

The end aim of this is for not only all attacks directed at the PC to cause the attackers damage (like Empathic Feedback), but to actually SHARE damage with unwilling targets, like Dahlver'nar's pact magic ability, Shield Self.

Please list the source book for your reference (and the page number, when possible).

When it's all said and done, I'll use the information to attempt to make a build in which not only is every attack made on the PC a Damage Source to others, but perhaps allow the PC to Sneak Attack himself to nuke his targets

Add Rhapsody of Pain Earrings and spice to flavor.

The list so far:
Affinity Field (pg 75, ExPsi)
Affinity Field, Pain (pg 78, CPsi)
Blood of the Martyr (pg 92, BoED) [Deals Damage to the Self and Heals Target, might be useful to target oneself with it to deal damage to share]
Empathic Feedback (pg 98, ExPsi)
Empathic Transfer: Hostile (pg 99, ExPsi)
End to Strife (pg 98, BoED)
Fate Link (pg 107, ExPsi)
Glory of the Martyr (pg 99, BoED)
Share Pain (pg 132, ExPsi) [Willing Target]
Share Pain, Forced (pg 132, ExPsi)
Shield Other (SRD)
Shield Self (pg 28, ToM)
Tomb-Tainted Soul (pg 31, LibMrt) [For Negative Energy AoEs]

If Blood of the Martyr works RAW, then you could target yourself and lose all but 1 of your HP, which would then immediately heal back. You would share that damage with your target. Hmm.... *grins evilly and keeps looking*

Also, I need some rules links about damage halving.

If I Share Pain, Forced and use Dahl'ver'nar's Shield Self and get hit for 12 Damage...

Does the affected creature take 12 Damage because each effect resolves seperately? 9 Damage because it resolves in a stack?

Understanding these rules will help me assemble a build, I'd appreciate the input.

Binder 1
Ardent 19

Mantles to use:
Pain and Suffering (This is your main mantle)

Powers to use:
Empathic Feedback - At 10 min/level, it's hard not to have it up before any fight
Share Pain, Forced - Use this at the start of the fight
Empathic Transfer, Hostile
Fate Link - See note below

Feats:
1 - Improved Binding
3 - Practiced Manifester - CPsi

The main Attacking idea:
Run around with Affinity Field, Pain and Empathic Feedback up before a fight, when the fight starts, expend your focus to share half your damage with the enemy then use Shield Self to make him take half damage again and for your action you would use Schism (available through Expanded Knowledge) to have your 2nd mind use it's standard action to put up a Shared Pain, Forced on your enemy.

In total, your enemy will be taking:
50% damage from Pain & Suffering Mantle
50% damage from Dahlver-Nar
50% damage from Share Pain, Forced
100% damage from Affinity Field, Pain
5 damage from Empathic Feedback
-
Total: 250%+5 damage

That means any damage he does to say, say 100 damage, he'll be taking 255 which isn't too shabby.

Cheesy note: Use Fate Link with Expanded Knowledge to kill someone extra quick and silently without even fighting them. Just get a ant or similar small insect and deal the damage to it, the enemy will instantly take the damage without anyone around. Also, it looks like the range for fate link is only there once you initially use it, if this is the case, then you can run around a mile or two away and kill him that way.

Alternatively, you can use Empathic Transfer, Hostile to transfer 140 points of damage from yourself (maybe from a earlier battle?) to the creature that you fate linked with the BBEG earlier and kill the insect that way while you heal up, then ambush the BBEG and your good to go.

I also love that the display for fate link is a smell.. "Can you smell that??!? That's Death coming for you!"

What's the Horizon Walker in there for? The only thing I remember that granting immunity to is fatigue.

Don't forget about Jovocs (MM II) and their nifty little aura.

And there is always my favorite: Amulet of Retribution from BoED.
