The people over the Piosnic Naruto builds statted him thus: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?p=11513111&highlight=deidara#post11513111

Deidara’s Signature Abilities:
Kibaku Nendo(Exploding Clay)- Using the mouths in the palms of his hands, Deidara can infuse clay with chakra. He then molds it into a shape depending on the abilities he wants it to have and vomits it out. After molding the clay, Deidara can enlarge it to various sizes depending on the intended purpose of the clay. Deidara then says to make the clay explode by saying "Katsu". He can also use his clay to create a flight-capable clay bird as a mode of transportation. This ability is approximated Crawling Tattoo and Power Stones of Concussion Blast. For the Bird is best represented by the Astral Construct and Stabilize Construct power.

Other Stuff:
Deidara also has a scope on his left eye, for long-range observation. This is represented by the elf sight power and the skill tricks Point it Out, Spot the Weak Point and Clarity of Vision.
