HowdoesDragonWrought kobold work? [Archive] - Wizards Community

dragon wrought kobolds dont recieve any negatives from aging so a venerable kobald gets all the bonus for age but non of the negatives

dragons (or creatures with the dragon type) that are venerable have access to epic feats. the creator of the feat spoke out and said it is not RAI but it is RAW. questionable abuse.

there is a ritual or something you can take that improves sorcerer spellcasting to something closer to a wizards progression on new spells and what not.

I was thinking of beinga druid/master of many forms, for a levl 12 dragon shape.

or i wasthinking of being a Barbarian/frenzied berzerker, and take leadership,and try to convince the DM that i get a bonus to leadership score for being an unarmed kobold ripping people's guts out.

I think the original arguments pointed toward:
(1) ... it gave the Dragon type
(2) ... it gave the Dragon age categories
(3) ... it improved almost immediately after de-egging
(4) ... upon achieving old age category, it "improved" it's self.
Number 4 being the most controversially important.

Personally, I feel that Old dragonwroughts are too important to sit on the side-lines any longer.
Hence : STR -4 , DEX +2 , CON -2 , INT +1 , WIS +1 , CHA +1
Overall a little weak.
Sucks up a feat.
Have to take flaws to take advantage of it.
Old CO-board types, and most humanoids will try to kill you immediately.

Some of the builds are quite fun.
psly4mne's is the best.

Later, Dragonpacts confirmed that Kobolds are treated as Dragons.
Additional arguments suggested Old Kobolds qualified for Epic feats without needing to be Dragonwrought.
This was "conveniently" ignored.

More fun was Tsuyoshikentsu noticing something.
Martial Monk from Dragon Mag (gawd rest it's soul) gets any Fighter Feat at 1st , 2nd and 6th levels.
Kobold Martial Monks can get Epic Fighter Feats at those levels.
Tsuyoshikentsu was "conveniently" ignored.

If you just play it as is; "by the authority of the TO-board"; it's not as bad as Planar Shepherd.
Unless, of course, you want to play an Old Kobold Planar Shepherd.
