| Devourer of Dreams11-14-04, 07:59 PM | The tall elf stands in front of the crowd. "Creatures from another plane are invading! Does anyone have a plan for what to do?" |
| Captain Binkle11-16-04, 09:35 AM | "Kill'em all!" a drunken gnome shouts. |
| Devourer of Dreams11-20-04, 04:33 PM | How original. Any ideas on how we do that? Plain-out charge hasn't worked so far, by the way. |
| Coolie11-20-04, 05:38 PM | Alf, Stop your screamin' and tell uz lad whoze invadin'? If the magical Lepurchauns of the enchated forest, I don't think we need ta worry! |
| Devourer of Dreams11-20-04, 06:07 PM | I can't recall the name, but they're red, four-armed, evil, good fighters, and basically not leprechauns of the forest. |
| dungeonman311-21-04, 07:11 PM | "How bout the shoot der leader, they will either give up or burst into rage and start fighting with no tactics and we can kil im off then" A drow says from the crowd. |
| Devourer of Dreams11-21-04, 08:01 PM | Good plan, but we don't know which one's the leader. |
| dungeonman311-21-04, 08:09 PM | "say where are dai coming from, maybe we can close that off" |
| Devourer of Dreams11-21-04, 08:21 PM | Another good idea, except there is nothing to close up. The creatures are just appearing to the west of here. |
| Captain Binkle11-30-04, 09:50 AM | "I got a friend who'd be able to help. He's a wizard of unimaginible power. I have seen him dispatch an invading army with a wave of his wrist. Devin Everguard is his name. He stopped that army by calling forth a devestating spell. I believe that he called the spell, "Vengeful Gaze of God"." the gnome pulls forth a hand held mirror. "Devin Everguard." The image in the mirror becomes cloudy. As the fog lifts the image reveals a mage studing tombs. "Who bothers me while I study," the mage says not looking from the tomb. "It is I, Captain Waldo Binkle, friend Everguard," the one-eyed gnome says to his palm. "Ah, Captain Binkle. To what do I owe this honor?" Devin says closing the tomb. 'I'm in a spot of trouble. It seems the town I have recently visited was next on an orc hoard's list," he explained. Devin nodded. "I shall see what i can do," the mage waves his hand before, and the image began to fog. "Well, now we wait." |
| Devourer of Dreams12-02-04, 08:01 PM | How long will this wizard of yours take? |
| Captain Binkle12-06-04, 10:11 AM | As the elf finishes his sentence an excentric moon elf appears before the gnomish captain. "Ah, welcome Devin Everguard, son of Rugan Everguard," Captain Binkle said bowing respectfully to the epic mage. "Captain. You do know after this we are even,"the mage said evenly. "Does this mean we can't be friends?" Devin sneered and teleported to the tallest tower overlooking the city. "Ah, there's the problem," he said as he noticed a heavily armored troll guarding an orc who screamed orders to his army. Devin smiled as he readied a massive fireball. The Orc commander and his troll bodyguard both burned to dust in the core of the fireball. Orc bodies flew in all directions. Confused grunts and snorts erupted from the army. Over the course of a moment the word of their leaders demise travled through the army. Disarray and chaos took the army as several Orcs bean to quarrel over who was now leading. "The rest are yours to deal with, Binkle!" the maginified voice of Devin said as he teleported back to his studies. Captain Binkle looked at those gathered and grinned broadly. "That should balance the scales." |

| Devourer of Dreams12-06-04, 08:53 PM | "Orc? Now we're being attacked by two armies! The guards can handle orcs, though." |
| Ssin'urn Streea Ssinjin12-09-04, 02:25 AM | A drow assassin stands in the shadows with her back leaning against a wall. She remains silent and unobserved while listening to the voices and sharpening the blades of her falcatas. She slips them over her shoulders, climbs up the side of wall to the roof and steps through a portal. |
| Devourer of Dreams12-10-04, 07:42 PM | "Drow! What are you doing here!" |
| Ssin'urn Streea Ssinjin12-11-04, 09:38 PM | "Drow! What are you doing here!" Five other suspicious and unusually large looking male drow fighters carrying crossbows with lethal poison tipped bolts hurriedly follow after her. One of them shouts as they move quickly attempting to exit the plane into the portal chasing after her. |
| Captain Binkle12-13-04, 07:16 AM | Captain Binkle seeing the Drow scurry, draws his rapier and gives chase. |
| Ssin'urn Streea Ssinjin12-14-04, 03:00 PM | Captain Binkle can see a great darkness and flames licking out from just inside of the portal as he approaches. The portal slowly starts to close as he can hear bloodcurdling screams, pleading cries for mercy from terrified voices, angered shouts of interrogation, and smell an unforgetable stench of melting flesh wafting up into his face. Something flys out of the opening from a red, four armed creature landing in front of him and rolls over to his feet. As Captain Binkle looks more closely it is a smoldering chared human foot bone missing two toes with a bit of the flesh still burning. The portal closes. :schemes: |
| Captain Binkle12-15-04, 07:07 AM | (((OOC: That was nice. A+ material.))) |
| Devourer of Dreams12-17-04, 05:17 PM | "That was... disturbing." Meanwhile, the guards are beaten back by the orcs, who seem to be doing well without a leader. "Something's wrong here." |
| dungeonman312-21-04, 05:47 PM | The drow stares as the orcs hord the castle, just standing outside the castle he is enraged, he throwes a sword stabing an orc in the back the yells to the gaurds "get down", the gym at the bottom of the sword glows then explodes in a flame, half the orcs are dead. |
| Devourer of Dreams12-21-04, 06:56 PM | As the orcs fall, they change into strange, four-armed, red creatures. "It's illusion! The creatures are attacking!" OOC: Cookie to anyone who figures out what they are. |

He pulls a rather large axe off his back and orders " be ready to push the ladders off the walls and don't be scared to kill those that get on to the wall" this last part was directed to a young scared human helping defend the wall. |
| dungeonman312-22-04, 02:50 PM | The drow stares in wonder mouth open. |
| Devourer of Dreams12-22-04, 05:26 PM | OOC: Drizzt gets the cookie. :cookie: The elf rushes to the wall and starts pulling beads off of a necklace and throwing them down at the xill. As the beads hit, they explode in a blast of fire. |
| dungeonman312-22-04, 05:35 PM | The drow smiles then shoots an arrow, the arrow hits an orc a blows in firey flame freezing half the orcs in place |
