" Is it all worth it... I mean Power, money, In this struggling part in my Life all it has brought me is defeat, Isn't that right Batman?" Pondered Luthor while batman descended upon him

" Luthor, Savage is going to destroy the world you know that as well as I do. He will end up destroying this planet and moving to the next."

" I know, but who cares its all going to end one way or another. This is how it will end."

" No its not, not if the Justice League has anything to say about it."

BIC: A large rocky meteor travels through space at an amazing speed, its course brings it nearer and nearer towards earth. As it enters the atmosphere above Africa, it begins to glow red hot as molten chunks break loose and are sent hurtling into the atmosphere only to be burned up before impact with the earth's surface. On the plains of Zimbabwe, a gazelle turns its gaze to the sky, still munching on the grass that hangs lazily from its mouth. Its eyes grow wide and its mouth drops its meal as it spies the great fireball descending upon it's home. Other animals; gazelles, zebras, hyenas, the resident pride of lions that had been sleeping away the heat of the day, and even the cautious and reclusive leopard in its treetop perch; perk up and turn towards the sky. As if in unison the creatures, predator and prey side by side, flee the area. The great meteor impacts the earth's surface, toppling trees and creating a shockwave of dust and debris. The ground shakes with the impact and immense heat emanates from the crash site. A large crater, nearly a mile across is now where once was grass and the occasional tree.

Many of the animals escaped, although a few were incinerated in the impact. The ground inside the crater is molten and a large nearly molten ball of rock is visible in the center. Looking more closely, the rock shines underneath the molten rock. Suddenly the rock and now apparent metal from the meteor is thrust forth by a massive gray fist covered in bony crystalline protrusions, creating a spray of molten rock and shrapnels of metal. The fist is followed by another great punch, creating a hole large enough for two or more lions to fit through. Darkness still conceals what creature those massive fists were connected to.

A shadowy figure moves within, slolwy at first but steadily the massive hands reach out once more, taking hold of the sides of the ship and pulling themselves farther out to reveal a hulking gray humanoid monstrosity. The being wears only green form fitting shorts and a matching green cloak tied around its massive neck. The being is tall and muscular, its crystal bony protrusions jutting out in various places from his body. The beings face is weathered by unimaginable forces of nature. The crystal bone structures form bars to protect the eyes and mouth, the same structures protrude from the elbows, knees, shoulders, and knuckles of the creature. The being stretches and yawns, a roaring noise that puts the native lions to shame. His face seems to belie a strange innocence as he looks around at his surroundings.

The being slowly walks to the edge of his impact site and pulls himself from the crater with ease. He surveys the land and seems to lock onto a spot towards the north west. He begins to walk from his crash site determinedly in a straight path where his gaze is fixed. The animals, even the mighty lions and the curious and brave hyenas and even the arrogant leopard in his high tree, seem to shrink away and flee the very presence of this strange being.

Doomsday has arrived on earth.

OOC: I'll have him pop up in a more appropriate location soon. Hope that wasnt too long of a description, I got a bit carried away. :D

" Is this that menace Batman warned us about?" asked one Grey looking gorilla.

" Yes, the Description fits. TAKE HIM DOWN! " Roared another gorilla wearing a small head piece. Shots fired all at Doomsday.

BIC: The shots from the weapons of the gorillas splash harmlessly against Doomsday's thick skin. The beast almost seems not to notice as he strides across the african plains. Doomsday's facial expression changes back to one of innocence and slows his pace until hes at a stop.

A deep rumbling whisper is heard by the gorillas, "Batman?"

The beast raises a hand for ceasefire, "Please cease you assault, I wish to speak to this Batman."

08-28-07, 01:41 PM Doomsday lets the beams of energy splash against him once more as he smacks the rockets from their flights as they near him, his speed quite surprising for his bulky body. After the assault, he waves his hand and sends a shockwave of phantom force in a half circle around Doomsday, the force knocks the gorillas in its path off their feet.

The creature speaks again, this time though something is different, more benevolent, about his voice. "Restrain me if you must but I wish to speak to this Batman." As he says this he claps his wrists together.

An intense beam of white light blares from the ground under an old building, demolishing two of the walls. Stepping from the dust is a tall humanoid, the sun glinting off his dark helmet. Suddenly, part of the tower falls towards him, and he effortlessly flings it aside with his mind. Bashing aside an old car, he emerges onto the streets, looking around with an angry glare. "Earth. I'm back." Darkseid glances around in distaste, and begins walking down the abondoned road.

08-29-07, 06:19 AM Nearly asleep at the watchtowers moniters Guy Gardner watches the earth slowly rotate in the screens,suddenly red lights flash a alarms sound two screens shift to Doomsday near grorilla city and another shows Darksied in a small town in america. Guy hits the botton to sent this alarm to the oncall heroes and runs to the transporter. Doomsday your gona pay for what you did to ice!

Darkseid lifts a car and throws it towards Flash. "You don't want to move." He continues on his way down the road, slightly amused that such a pathetic creature tries to stop him.

As the two collide, Flash and Darkseid are both knocked backwards. Darkseid merely shrugs it off, grinning. "Impressive, mortal. I did not wish to kill you at first, but you have moved up on my list..." Darkseid wastes no more time, firing his Omega Beams at Flash.

09-02-07, 12:14 AM Distracted as he is with obliterating the spot where Flash landed, Darkseid fails to notice his new attack. The Flash strikes like a thunderbolt, knocking Darkseid to the ground. However, victory is short-lived. Darkseid surges up, grabbing Flash around the throat. "Now you die!" Bringing his arms down and his knee up, attempting to break Flash's spine.

09-02-07, 11:00 AM The flash vibrates and twists arms as fast as he can make a mini-tornado effect to hit Darkseid."I don't know what you're up too but Im not going to let you mess with earth!"

OOC:Sorry im not letting you get many hits it just when the Flash gets hit a lot he ussaly gets hurt.Bad.

09-02-07, 12:32 PM ((Don't worry. Flash has super-speed as his defense. He has low health, and Darkseid has high attack power. A few hits would kill Flash.))

The Flash's attack seems to anger Darkseid. He rips up a piece of the street, leaving a hole where it was. He throws this at Flash, and immeadiatly rips up several more with his mind. The street is now full of holes, limiting movement.

09-04-07, 07:22 PM Flash's kick connects with Darkseid, kocking him to the ground. The weakened street cracks under the pressure, and Darkseid rips up another chunk of road as he stands. The ground trembles, and the street gives out, sending Darkseid tumbling into the dark hole beneath the street.

09-05-07, 10:56 PM Hal Jordan flew into earths orbit and surprising speed. From what he knew when he fought AMAZO, and Superman's Horror stories about brainiac as well as John's about savage. This was going to be hard. Just as he passed the Hubble telescope, Shots flew in all around him. Shots that opened wormholes, immediately maneuvering himself to avoid the shots, Passing the moon rockets flew at him quickly running out of options he redirected the shots into the wormholes he dived into Antarctica. Finding what he needed he dove into the portal to scartarce, He landed on his knees looking to see 5 men mounted on Raptors, one Grey haired man gave him a hand to stand up welcome back, Hal.

Else were in the heart of Africa, Doomsday stood before the police of Gorilla City.
" We cant trust him, he is a demon from the stars. " said the Grey looking Gorilla.
" What is there not to trust?Batman knows how to contain mabeye even kill him." siad a taller Gorilla.
" Very well, I will let him know ." Said the Grey gorilla Calling Bruce Wayne.

09-12-07, 10:28 PM Guy Gardner materializes out side Gorilla city not far from the location of doomsday and the gorilla patrol. Before Guy can run after doomsday his communicator goes off ,its batman warning him not to engage doomsday in battle, after much convincing Guy agrees, but continues to the area that doomsday is in . If doomsday starts trouble I will slow him down until the league arrive.

He stares at the sea ahead, brooding. Behind him, a radio softly plays music. "Rock the boat. Don't rock the boat baby. Rock the boat. Don't tip the boat over..." "Africa... I will find my answers there. Luthor, I am coming for you..." The boat plows on, straight for Africa.
