TheJollyLlama875 09-15-07, 12:16 AM	I present to you... a challenge! There is a level 2 druid/wizard/sorceror spell called Fins to Feet. For 1 hour/level, any creature with tentacles, tails, or fins gets feet and a movement speed. Give me an unstoppable army of land-sharks! Other fun facts to remember: breath can be held for twice the constitution rounds. Sharks have a 13 constitution. Dire sharks have a 17. Bonus points for: Making them able to breathe air Having them under my control (more specifically, biting people who aren't me) Splashing classes as little as possible. The limit is 4 classes, base and PrC. Making land-sharks available to me at lower levels. I'd rather have 4 land sharks at lvl 8 than 20 land sharks at lvl 20. Not using material from Dragon. That stuff is silly. Sheer overwhelming numbers of land-sharks. Go, my land-sharky minions!
CrimsonDeath 09-15-07, 02:56 AM	I don't know about creating hordes of them, but the Greenbound template gives them a +16 racial bonus on Hide checks in a forest. Hmm... Summon Nature's Ally 4 can get 1d4+1 Medium sharks. There's a metamagic feat-- Boost Summoning or something-- that lets you cast another spell on the creatures you summon as they arrive. It increases the spell slot by one level. So, a level 9 Druid can summon 1d4+1 land-sharks who can hold their breath for 26 rounds-- more than long enough for the summon to wear off and return them to their natural habitat. If you'd rather have Huge sharks, wait four levels and cast Summon Nature's Ally 6. (Personally, I was rather proud of the half-red dragon acidborn shark with a circlet of blasting-- a shark in a vat of boiling acid, with a frickin' laser beam on its forehead.)
