| FireDrakeK01-06-08, 09:37 AM | so i've been posting a lot on various boards this week, but i think this question goes here. i'm designing a large estate for a character i'm playing in ebberon. money is not an object, but that doesn't mean i want to get ripped off. for a little geographical background, if any of you are familiar, the estate is located in breland, just north of the kings forest, about 3/4ths of the way from Wroat to Baron's Keep. it's built into the side of a large hill. as this is in breland and not for instance, Thrane, it is an estate, and not a castle. it' not built to withstand siege, merely to hold lavish expensive parties, and pamper a relatively small but noble family. my delema, is, i don't want to get ripped off by artificers and mages, (and casue if i can limit all the magical functions to 2nd level spells or less, i can make the GM happy) what i need is various spells and magical effects that would be enchanted into the place. keeping in mind that i do have room for 120 servants so far to run the place, i would still need various magical supplementation. what spell for instance makes bathrooms work? what is a Decent spell that would enable the people in the kitchen to teleport with food in hand roughly 60 feet to the dining room. waht spells would be operational in the kitchen and the rest of the house? calm animals on the stable? maybe a cleanse air spell as well? thoughts? thanks |
