Khaira 07-20-05, 12:17 AM	I am posting this as a disclaimer and as a service to all those who are now playing in my threads or to those DMs whose threads I am involved in. As some of you may no doubt have noticed, my online activity has been diminished of late. This is no temporary fluke or random event. Life has thrown some rather difficult curveballs my way recently. As much as I'd like to just shrug these hits off my shoulder and just say "Oh well, like goes on", it's become very clear to me, recently, that I cannot do that this time. There's simply some heavy matters that I need to deal with. As such, my online time may steadily decrease. I am still going to keep my threads going, but I cannot make any promises. These things that I am having to deal with are, undoubtedly, going to take a lot of my time. More than likely, most of my adventures will have to be on hold, for some time. Any of the threads that I am currently playing in (Laseira, Evil Intentions, Treachery of a Red Wizard, Hunting of Dante Ambrose (for Dante, at least), and others I may have missed), the DMs of those respective threads may feel free to just drag my characters along until such a time as I can post. For the threads that I am running (Hunting of Dante Ambrose, Trial of Khaira, OOC Recruitment for Khaira's Harp), I will try to keep up to date on these threads, but it may fall to my respective sub DMs to try to keep things moving. In closing, my friends, I can only say that I hope that these things I must deal with take only a short time. I hope that, soon, I can take up the mantle that was, at one time, me, and join again the fun times we have had here on the Map of the Planes. Dandrie Swift 07-21-05, 09:22 PM	What doesn't kill you makes you stronger and as for winter winds. Nothing in all the wide world or planes for that matter, makes you feel more alive. Reminding you that you are not immortal. A summer day is comfortable, but takes away the will to do anything as if the very garmets you wear are made up of heavy chains. Give me the winters hardships: a playful snowball to the ear, walking on thin ice where every step may be your last, that feeling you get when you look at the frost covered trees in the morning glory, the frigid cold and that cold winter wind biting at your face making it tingle. If you can survive those hardships (loosely speaking of course) you are rewarded with the summer. What does the summer reward you with? A cold winter? Persevere Khaira and the worst will pass. ps: i like winter ( don't get me started)
