05-10-04, 07:03 PM OOC:

I plan on running a Thread about a assault vs Celestia. This thread has long been waiting for repleys from certain people. Most never repleyed :( Anyone is allowed to post its will be a open thread for all.

Few things:
1) This thread will do some things that people of Celestia might not be pleased with or think is ok (And I speak of the players themselfs). Thats fine, This thread will be in its own universe so it will have no effect on the overall Celestia story lines. As No matter what I can't please everyone nor will I try. People will die.. place will be destroyed play along.

2) Power Gamers will not be tolerated. Theirs a very big difference between a Powerful PC/NPC and a Power Gamer/Munckin.

3) Connected to 2, Keep in mind what is happening in the thread. The Dark lord himself has brought the battle to the city of Celestia, Threatening the Dark Lord with a dagger to his back will hardly impressive him and get you killed.

4) Both sides are playable, good, evil.. the peeps inbetween all are fine to play.

5) as always HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6) need to add... ITS JUST A GAME HAVE FUN!

Thank you :)

This thread will start up by the end of the week. But I wanted to post this now to biuld interst. Thier will be a few helping me lay out the story, but it will still say somewhat free formed.

Any question... Comments... Flames??

Again i realize this thread is going to ruffle some feathers :) but it is about time to play out the scene as its been biulding for a year now.

05-19-04, 11:47 AM I am interested in joining this thread once it starts--however, I would ask to reconsider your plans to start it so soon--many of the players that are in Celestia (i.e, Acaed, Bhryn, Jeajea, etc) are still in school--and next week, at least for me, is final exams. I would ask that this be put off for at least a week, at most two. We've waited so long for this, what is 1-2 weeks more? You do not have to listen to me, but I ask that you please do...

05-20-04, 07:56 PM Acaed, your opions on matters like these are always more then welcome :) Thanks for the update, I was going to have to put the thread off for another week anyways... as Baby has desided it was time to come :) (aka scheuled induce this weekend)

Sooo...

This thread will be held for a minimum of a week... but most likely the 2 weeks. As I want those involved in celestia to be a part of this.

As the old saying goes... All good things must come to a end :)

Acaed if you would like to take a part in some of the story *other then joining the thread* drop me a email

06-10-04, 01:22 PM Well I guess I will slip on into this battle at Celestia... strange why is it always the very good guys have the worst days...

06-11-04, 10:05 PM hehe

I think Part of that is you never hear of the good guys lauching a huge assualt vs some great evil.. Its always the group of heros doing battle. And Evil doesn't seem to have as much patients as good does :) look at any Fantasy novels :)

Thanks for hoping on board Kirion hopefuly others will join.

06-24-04, 08:09 AM what would the level of characters be? Or is it all just free form such as you create a wizard, and he's as strong as you want him to be or as weak as you want him to be???

06-24-04, 09:57 AM Its rather free form.

I dont want to see a bunch of 75th level Godlings... but on the same note, 1st level peeps will die :(

The people that i have seen involved in issue dealing with celestia I would range from 10th-50th
After all we are dealing with Angels and other beings. A Solar Angel from the MM is 20 odd hit dice.

Thou most of the higher end peeps dont do kill everyone in a flick of the wrist attacks. So please keep this in mind.
