My Name Is Quarius Citaquaira, I once was Zenith Archmage of Shadow Magic In the famous Council of Archmages; however Things Changes, The Assembly of Archmages Decided that The Power within the Council of Archmages should no longer be focussed on Five Mages who form the Zenith Archmage, and that Ever Mage should have an Equal Vote. For Reasons like Stability, New Generation idiology And Tiredness My Fellow Zenith Archmages Allow this, Causing a Change in the power balance within the Council of Archmages, Inflicting the greater part of the Attending Archmages with Great Indifference for the Good of the Council. We had a few Powershift, a take over, and the beheading of a Dictator Mage, And bit by bit Nearly all the Attending Mages left, Including me.

Nowadays the Halls that Belong to the full assembly of Archmages, Are possed by four inhabiting mages, not particular Great in Magic or Lore. I as Former Zenith Archmage of Shadow Magic Seem to get rid of this Scum Polluting Our halls.

Everyone Who is willing to assist me in Regaining the halls of The Council, I Will reward with an honoured Membership, Full access to all our libraries And Archives And if that doesn't satisfy your states I have An Amount of gold to hand out, and some artifacts from the Plane of shadows.

Please Let me know Whomever Feels interested in joining me in my Coup. I am Especially looking for Qualified Mages.

Interesting...and a challenge, to be sure. Still, I'm not liable to find a more appealing chance to test my skill...

She again pauses, arranging her reply in her mind, before her arm sweeps across the golden letters. They flow together, branching outward to spell out her reply:

Quarius Citaquaira, I have recieved your plea, and I offer you my services. I am Izili Damau, called the Weaver...mayhap you have heard of me. Regardless, I am able and willing to assist you in this venture, provided I am properly compensated. Respond as you will...the message will reach me.

As the last flourish is finished, the words begin to fade and die, floating back through the weave of magic until they reach the Zenith Archmage of Shadow Magic.

I twist the strands of power to my bidding, and thus can rend asunder spells and magicks as if they were nothing more than paper. Many can use the weave, but I control it. You will find that arcane power washes over me as if it were nothing, and spells flung against me reflect back on their caster's stronger than before.

No matter how strong your foes are, I am ready to swear that they have never met an opponent like myself before.

05-18-07, 10:48 AM Well, Izili, And Others, Before I start I want to make sure that everyone understands my motives for this Coup D'etat, and that everyone is in agreement with the actions that need to be taken. if possible I would like to avoid bloodshed and just make my opponents yield and grant me the command over the council so I can restore it in the glory it oughts to bear.

as For my motivation, I shall give you a short summary:

I have been in the Council of Archmages Eversince Short After its foundation. Under the founder Andros of Netheril I furthers my education in magic and Specified in Shadow Magics, After some desturbing Events, caused by Dealings with the Extraplanar, The Number of Archmages of the Council was Decimated, Under these circumstances I and a Group of 3 other Archmages became part of the Five-headed Zenith Archmage, We rebuild the halls and raised the Council to an Golden age in which its former Glory was overgrown. At that point in time we were the highest instituation for magic in all the world.

Change came, the Zenith Archmage was Erazed as the institute of power within the Council. in that situation I left the Halls, Because of Business on the Plane of Shadows, and did not return for eight months. I left the Council with Frostbite or Crowley in charge, When I returned they were both gone, with them Famous Archmages like Zollex, Master of Sarcasm, kedi, thasis, Ravendark, baerdith And premier666 Had Fled the halls. All of them Great mages in thier own way.

I had known that the Council was Decreasing in size and in influence, but never had I seen Such a Quick Deterioration in the years I served the Council. There is no intelligence left in the current magical actions of the council's Archmages, no more High Quality Techniques in the teachings of the council. We used to be the place where all arcane Casters could gather to reach to summit of of Arcane lore and Wisdom. not Anymore... We have been decreased to a mere, School of magic.

On these grounds I base my will for a coup, I want to rebuilt what the council was.

If anyone has any questions about My mission I would gladly answer them.

It would appear that worldgate was good for something after all. I accept your offer. When does the coup occur?"

when we are done with that we can begin our first assult.

Now I would like you guys to show me what kind of power you have that could be usefull. I need to know this, so I can improve your points of weakness when competing with Archmages.

05-22-07, 06:01 PM "I am most adept at turning others spells back upon them, but am also capable of high circle conjurations. I have ben personally present at several major battles involving powerful magics, as well as having been taught at the finest magical Academy in all of my Kingdom."

ooc:The reason hes not sure is becuase he has amnisa and all he has from his past is a journal and a spellbook.this is my first time playing a wild mage so would you guys help me out with wild magic.

And what am I Quarius? Someone who just plays around with magic? A voice leaked in from all sides. It soon became apparent that the voice was coming from hundreds of snakes that started to crawl in from every corner. I see once more you fail to include others, such as Dyne the archmage of war, or myself, the Archamge of Serpents.
This ragtag group of wannabe archmages would never have enough strength to match those at the halls. Despite what it may seem, there are still some of the more powerful of us at the council, such as Crowley and Aramar. Send your lambs, and see them slaughtered.
