08-19-07, 12:41 PM Deep within the negative energy plane, you see a light as approach this light you see a table hewn of stone and inlaid with iron and ivory in archaic patterns. The light emanates from a chandler that seems to be hung on the air itself. There are many spaces for people around the table but no chairs. The center of the table there is a commemorative inscription carved into it. It reads “Lich Counsel all who come to this table are equal for the extent of occasion that is spent here. Time has come to put aside rivalry and work together for the common goal of all lich kind, and that is to insure that we control all.”
(more to come feel.. free to post any lich)
