05-14-04, 06:32 PM :b: hey lets go on a mini quest. I dm. I walk into a bar, I stand up on a table and shout out *I NEED PEOPLE TO GO ON A QUEST WITH ME! MOSTLY MAGIC FOLK! WHO'S GAME?* The Elven wizard jumps off the table and waits for a show of hands...

05-14-04, 07:15 PM You'll wait for a very long time on this side of the boards. If you are trying to do some in character stuff, you want to use the Rec Room / In Character side of things.

05-14-04, 10:25 PM Yes, these boards are for discussing D&D, its rules, its stuff, it isn't for paying D&D. There are other places for that.

And these are MESSAGE BOARDS, not chat rooms.
It can take HOURS to get a reply on a message board. The fact you had to bump it after only TWO MINUTES does not bode well.

06-06-04, 09:16 AM Actually, the forum that I found this thread in is specific for In-character only, ISRP (free form) for the Crossroad Tavern setting. If you'd like to look up ISRP (http://wizopages.wizards.com/areas/isrp/index.html) and join in, please be my guest. But if you're interested in a small DMed message board game as this appears to be, I'll move it on to the Map of the Planes which is perfect for such games.

If, on the other hand, you prefer a faster-paced game might I recommend that you find people to meet up with at specific time and DM a game on the Wizards Live Chat (http://tank.wizards.com/chat/world/html/login.html). You will need to register a screen name for that, because your message board one won't log you into the chat system and vice versa.
