Me and my friend are trying to convert warhammer 40k to d20 system. My friend and I know its not original but we want to put our own spin on things and the like. Help would be much appreciated. I'll post some of our progress in a little while.

Wow, that was really constructive, thanks for that, contributed a lot. Also, space marines should have armor. To represent their power....armor.

Warhammer40k d20, Pokemon d20, Harry Potter d20...It looks to me as if everyone was afraid to be sued by Wizards of the Coast but don't care about other companies. Because surely, no one has made a D&D d20 website yet. :P

I said, just my two cents. I didn't have anything else to say, constructive at least. Maybe psyker powers should be feats or spells?

They'd be idiotic as Feats. How about spells or, oh, I dunno, continue in the vein of the beyond-all-obviousness, how about these psionic psychic powers be oh, I don't know....psionics? Add in some rules for daemonic possession or sudden head-explosion. What I'm more worried about is capturing the epic grandeur and gothic brutality of the 40k universe properly, and then really delving deep into how the society of the Imperium really is, day-to-day. Not just the wars they fight to defend it, but what it really is they are defending.

If you get angry at an honest suggestion, you should get anger management classes. Seriously, just say "I think that pysker powers should be psionic powers". You don't have to get all hissy. can you please tone it down. Could "Tyranid" be a template of some sort?
