The whole point of VoP is that you give up your reliance on material goods as a means to give more to the needy, while being rewarded spiritually from it by gaining exalted bonuses to somewhat offset the lack of items. Without the normal VoP bonuses, you're QUITE up the river, even with an extra 20 character levels and the Saint template.

What do you have so far? It helps most of us more to provide a framework around which we can optimize, rather than giving us the guidelines. As it stands I would suggest a Druidic Avenger 20 - Monk/Monk PrC(s). For feats, I would normally suggest Exalted Wildshape, Rashemi Elemental Summoning, Natural Spell, and Extend Spell, but since this is a special case, I'm not quite sure what to suggest, since you only have one set of feats to fuel two classes.

Personally, I would just be a regular VoP Druid with a monk's belt.

And even if it did offend my "sensibilites", notice that I continued to offer what meager advice I could think up.
