Psynaps12321 04-04-06, 12:31 AM	Hmm I remember a thread a while back about useing UMD to raise your Caster level using staffs..or wands maybe it was. Anyway it got up to 106. But anyway it was for DC and Bypassing SR. Does anyone remember this thread and can direct me or does anyone know how to over come a REALLY high SR like a 50 or so?

Dark_beebles 04-04-06, 05:04 AM	Use assay spell resistance, or spell vunerablity. Then take Arcane mastery at low lvl you are able to get over pretty much everything's SR in the MM1 (Balors, Pit fiends, Solars ect..). Not the ultra way to do things...but it works. Also the others are right..No SR spells are really nice even to opponents who dont have SR. Because they usually dont allow a save either for the most part (orbs).
Prominence 04-04-06, 09:17 AM	Getting a buddy in your party to take a level or three of marshal would also help, as they can give you their charisma bonus to your SR check.
