| Gehenna11-03-05, 10:02 PM | So, the build so far is: Neraph Sorcerer 5/Mindbender 1/War Weaver 4 Feats: 1 Improved Initiative 3 Enlarge Spell 6 Mindsight 9 Ocular Spell Stats: Str 10, Dex 12, Con 12, Int 16, Wis 12, Cha 19 The spell list is (at present): 4 Polymorph Globe of Invulnerability, Lesser 3 Arms of Plenty(Lords of Madness) Haste Shivering Touch(Frostburn) 2 Touch of Idiocy Rope Trick Invisibility Cat's Grace 1 Distract Assailant True Strike Disguise Self Ray of Enfeeblement Charm Person 0 Doesn't matter The basic premise of the build is to walk around with Polymorph, Invisibility, and either Arms of Plenty or Haste in the Eldritch Tapestry. For ocular spells, I'll have either 2 Maximized Touch of Idiocys or 2 Maximized Shivering Touchs ready (Maximized through Rods of Maximize, Lesser). The first round of battle, I pull everything out of the tapestry, become invisible polymorph into a Coure Eladrin and blast them with the eye rays. Since I'll be invisible, they are denied their Dex bonus to AC and I get a +2 to the attack (one of them?). Since I'm tiny, I get another +2. My new dex is 24 and my BAB is 4. So, my ray attack should get 15 as a flat footed touch attack. If both rays successfully hit, I deal 36 DEX damage. Anyways, that's the build. What I'm looking for are any suggestions to improve the spell list. Also, I'm willing to sub out Improved Initiative if anyone has a suggestion. |

| Gehenna11-03-05, 11:05 PM | Yeah, I am an outsider (+0 LA!). And yes, if there is more than one opponent, then we will very likely be a gang of invisible 9-headed hydras with extra arms. Alternatively, I can make polymorph target only myself and give everyone else extra arms and invisibility. "The point" of a class is subjective. Just because I can benefit everyone doesn't make the War Weaver bad at self-buffing. Oh, can I polymorph my familiar into a 9-headed hydra with me (it's a toad)? It would have half the hp as my new form, but it would still be effective. |
