3.5 rules

There are 3 things he must excel:
1. Be self-suffecient.
2. Use hit-n-run tactic (it is all about speed).
3. Use save-or-die spells (run - kill - run back. Option: run - kill - kill - run back).

I think to create Wiz10/Archmage+.
Starting points 22. I maxed Int to 20 (inc. +2 from levels) and Con to 10, other abilities - 9.
The goal is to be as much core compliant as possible, as I am not sure weather DM is lenient.

The possible ways I see.
1. Quikened polymorph self.
2. Polymorph into shadow dragon (NA 13, Spd 80, Fly 150 Avrg).
DMG errata lowers it to Spd 60, Fly 120 Avrg - max values possible.
3. Human. Improved init, Skill focus: spellcraft, enchantment (best save or die), evocation (best power spells and otiluke's spheres / force cages).

Use disguise to prevent spells like PWKill vs me. Enemy won't guess my type.

The archetype is to be 26 y.o. human male, but to look like a 26 y.o. elven girl (very small, like that one in "Resident evil" film). At the same time my human look is nominal only as I will polymorph each battle into Shadow dragon ASAP.
Enemy cannot see this change under the hat of disguise, so he will be a bit surprized, when the girl flyes 120 ft. flapping arms.

10 HD Young Shadow dragons from Monsters of Faerun are small size and they will probably look like a small girl in disguise.

My favourite quotes will be:
-turning head-
"You are all going to die here!"

-in a childlish voice-
"I don't rely on chances."

People, could you help me with some ideas to make this character more a reality, than a concept, as I am not very proficient with game mechanics?
