Hi,
I'm searching for a way to get an effective Eldritch Disciple Hellfire Warlock with an at least 16 BAB at LVL 20 and I'm quite lost atm since I can't find a good way without sacrificing either a bunch of damage or a good load of cleric casting...
I didn't find any builds on this topic so I hope you can help =).
Thx in advance

How about persistant divine power?

A dip into duskblade will qualify you for Abjurant Champion, you can then use Abjurant champion to get full CL & full BAB for 5 levels. All of the abilities will be pretty much lost on your character, unfortunately.

Something like: Duskblade 1/Warlock 6/Abjurant Champion 2/Hellfire Warlock 3/Abjurant Champion 3/Warlock 5

That would have -3 BAB from Warlock 11 and -1 BAB from Hellfire Warlock, giving you a total of 16 base attack at 20th level. You lose only 1 Caster Level this way.

Otherwise, yeah, divine power would work... temporarily.

Except that he completely loses all cleric casting with that build.

You could do this feat intensive build with a Illumian race

Cleric of War 4/Warlock 1/Eldritch Disciple 5/Hellfire 3/Eldritch 3/abjurant champion 2/Sacred Fist 2
This will give you +16 BAB and Cleric of 13 and warlock 15
7th level cleric spells, and eldritch hellfire of 13d6

Need to take these feats to get in: Combat Casting, Improved Unarmed Strike, Combat Reflexes, Stunning Fist, Improved Krau Sigil and Magical Training.
Also you need a War Domain with a martial weapon

Magical training needs to be taken at first level and you need to choose a 0 level abjuration spell.
When you take Improved Krau Sigil select that 0 level arcane abjuration spell to make it effectively 1st level arcane to gain access into Abjuration Champion.

All in all it isn't even worth it but this is the only way to gain what you wanted without using Persistent Divine Power. Which persisting it would be far, far better.

Ah, well given that build I'd be tempted to ditch Abjurant Champion and just go for 4 levels in sacred fist. You lose 1 CL that way, but no BAB.

All in all, it's just a bad deal if you ask me. Too diluted. It'd be better to go for one or the other, but not both.

Why do you need 16 BAB as a Warlock? Are you using the Eldritch Glaive blast shape?
